Many people are active in fighting against unfair treatment to colored people, women , animals and so on. Right now I am talking about fighting for respect to our environment. Though the environment doesn’t have a mouth to deprecate what humans have done to her, she retaliates through action. In the early years the Chinese cut down large quantities of trees, at the source of the yellow river, which led to the disappearance of big forests and terrible floods.

As a result，the Huangtu plateau which was once covered with grass and forests was turned into barrens that supported fewer plants. Another example was in several developed countries. Because many chemical factories discharged poisonous gas without filtering it, cities were covered with so much poisonous gas that people were killed by the air they breathed in. What horrible scene! What we are suffering is only a small part of what the nature once suffered. If we don’t take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation. Measures should be taken to protect the environment on which we are relying.

First governments should forbid destroying vegetation, rivers and lakes, oceans, as and the atmosphere as well. Second voices should be made to announce the public of the importance of protecting the environment. Third enterprises should pay special attention to the effect they have on the environment and work out solutions for the problems. Only  changing the way we treat the environment can we get along well with it. Only by saving the environment can we save ourselves.

Nowadays, almost everyone has a mobile phone. Some people even have two or

three. Mobile phones changes our lives a lot. It’s so easy to get to others. All

you have to do is making a call. You can talk to anyone no matter how far you

are. Making calls and texting messages are the basic functions of mobile phones.

But now, we can do a lot of things by mobile phones, such as listening to the

music, watching movies, taking photos, reading books and so on. It’s so

functional that it seems like a computer to some extent. Some people even deal

with their business by mobile phones. It’s amazing.

记得有一次，我在学习物理时遇到了难题。爸爸看到我愁眉苦脸的样子，主动来帮助我。爸爸看了这道题，装出似懂非懂的样子，马上拿来材料开始了“实验”。这是一杯米和一根筷子的实验。爸爸将筷子插入米中，用手按好米后，将筷子提了起来。理论上，由于摩擦力的缘故，米会随筷子一起提起，可爸爸没有成功。爸爸没有看到想要的结果，于是将米压得更紧，再提筷子，一次再一次，他的手已压得发红了，米也被按下去一截，但都以失败告终。我就对爸爸说：“我们不要做实验了，你就把结果告诉我不就可以了吗?”我已经很不耐烦了。可爸爸似乎没听到我在说什么，还在坚持着做，就在这时，父亲奇迹般地把米提起来了!成功了，父亲脸上终于露出了笑容，并为我讲解其中的道理，我也深深理解了题目的原理。

我从爸爸身上读到了坚持不懈和永不放弃的精神。

去年暑假，我们一家去了九寨沟。最后一天我们去了黄龙，黄龙以景色优美而着名，其最高处有美丽的五彩池。这是我向往已久要去的地方，可高原反应却是免不了的。从机场下来后，我为自己鼓足了信心，开始行程。刚开始，我心情还不错，空气十分新鲜。可走了一段，我双腿开始发软，头部也有剧烈的疼痛，呼吸相当困难。看看前面原路折回的旅客，我渐渐萌发了退意。父亲看到我的样子，说：“再坚持一下，否则就白来了。”此时，我看到父亲微胖的身子，立即想起父亲做实验时的情景，他的精神，难道不值得我学习吗?我在旁边的小亭子里歇了歇后，又继续上路。在路途中，我由于脑部缺氧而头部剧烈疼痛，双腿像灌了铅似的难以前行，但我还是走几步，停下来歇一歇，再继续向前迈进，山顶似乎在向我招手，最后，我几乎用尽浑身力气，终于登上了最高点，看到了我只有在书本上才看到的美丽的“五彩池”。我的坚持给我带来了胜利的果实。

我父亲平时话不是很多，但他以实际行动触动了我的心灵，使我学习他坚持不懈、永不放弃的可贵精神，并运用到自己的学习和生活中，使我有了收获。我将从他的一言一行中懂得更多人生的真谛。我希望父亲的精神不断地被我汲取，使我取得一次又一次的成功!

Aerobic exercise is a series of activities which can improve our heart-lung function by maintaining longer, including running, bicycling, swimming and so on. It brings a lot of benefits to our body and psychology.

有氧运动是在长期坚持下可改善心肺功能的一系列活动。有氧运动包括跑步、骑单车、游泳等。这种运动十分有益于身心健康。Physically, taking aerobic exercise advances our physical health and reduces our agony. It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.生理上，做些有氧运动可以提高我们身体健康，减少我们的痛苦。做有氧运动可增加心肺的伸缩，以提高心肺功能，有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压力。它还能促进脂肪的消耗，促进新陈代谢，预防疾病。同时，有氧运动还能消耗多余热量，有益于保持良好体型。Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise.
