第二天一早，我把画交给了徐老师，徐老师看了画露出了一副感觉我画的不好的表情。后来，果然不出我所料，徐老师拍拍我的手臂对我说：“王梓衿，你这里颜色不太丰富，那里太空了，远处的山画得太多了……。”我听了这番话心里很难过，暗暗地想：“我画画都好多年了，我会不知道哪里需要改，难道还要你教吗?”我很不服气的拿回了那张画，放学回家又到家里去反复的改良，到最后，我举起那张画，真是美丽万分，我顿时打消了不服气的念头。一早，我兴致勃勃地跑向徐老师办公室，徐老师正在吃早饭我把画给徐老师，徐老师高兴地拿起画说：“恩!比上次好多了!一定能得一等奖。”我很高兴，心像火焰一样炙热!

比赛的那一天来了，我充满着活力走进了赛场，比赛时间是两小时，我照着徐老师的步骤一步一步地往下画，两小时过得很快，马上比赛就结束了，我满意的点了点头，走出了赛场。不过几天，结果出来了，我非常激动，等徐老师报出一等奖的时候，我一蹦三尺高，笑得合不拢嘴。

我知道，这一等奖有着徐老师的功劳。徐老师是那么和蔼可亲，做事又那么认真。我们全班同学都永远喜欢她!

一日为师，终身为父

从我记事起，老师就伴随着我的生活。从早教老师的天真到幼儿园老师的可爱;从小学老师的慈爱到初中老师的严厉……这一切的一切，都围绕着一个名词——老师。

步入初中，每个家长和孩子都希望可以分到一个好班。而正所谓一个好班，也就是由好老师领头的班。七班，是名师方磊老师的班，而在这一个半月的学习中，七班的老师都让我印象深刻。

“双面”方老师

方老师能成为江西名师，最多的，最重要的原因正是他“教子有方，因材施教。”面对不同的学生，他能够尝试不同的教育方法。而且方老师教导学生严厉，就拿我自身的一个例子来说吧。有一次，我因调皮而被罚写了检讨，本是要在学校写完四百字，我却因家住的较远而无时间去写。方老师让我回家写，却提升到了六百字，还需家长签字。我妈管我很严，要是被她看见检讨，不得气得火冒三丈?可也没办法，只好硬着头皮回家。后果可想而知。

但方老师还有另一面，这一面体现在我的家校本上。

高烧39度，也就是前不久的事。妈妈在家校本上汇报了我的状况，第二天我在家校本上看到了几个字：“小心，不要贪凉。”

一圈、一勾、一笔，每个动作都是那么温暖，字里行间都饱含了对学生的关心，照顾。这，难道不就是优秀老师的作风吗?

暖心周老师

出国游玩儿，途中必不可少的就是一门语言。而英语，是国际语言，在学校中应好好学。第一次的英语考试中取得了好成绩后，周老师仿佛就记住了这二十八画的名字。英语课上也经常会点我发言，课后叫我帮她做事。她待我像孩子一般呵护，而最能体现周老师暖心的一幕，是在第二次考试前。

放学铃响后，我开始收拾书包。正准备上楼找同学时。迎面碰到了行色匆匆的周老师。她看见我整装待发准备回家，连忙叫住我，说“明天考试咧，回家好好复习……”我听完后，感觉心中顿时充满了信心，眼眶也被一种水一般的东西润湿了。

也就一个半月的时间，她却对我期望这么高!

周老师呀!是一位暖心的老师!

上课时的周老师，更是一副童心未泯的模样，时而逗我们笑，又立马转回正题，还给我们玩游戏，让初中枯燥的英语课堂变得多姿多彩。

亲爱的老师呀!我一定不辜负你们的期望，在初中生活里更加优异!

回首过去，唯有师影，能伴我走过一生。
