college, while in western countries, students are spending time in taking all

kinds of activities. Though students from different countries have different

ways to spend high school time, they make the decision and take charge of their

Nowadays, more and more college students are addicted to online games. Those games may be funny and exciting, but are very harmful to those addicts.

In my opinion, there are many disadvantages of game addiction.Firstly, online games take up a lot of players time for study. Many of the addicts found themselves forced to drop out of school for poor academic performance. Secondly, addicts tend to isolate themselves from the reality. Whats worse , indulging in the virtual world for a long time, they are more liable to suffer mental problem and physical collapse. Thirdly , players are exposed to too much violent and unhealthy material, which is definitely harmful to their growth.

In short,I cannot see any benefits from online games.Study should be the primary concern of college students. Therefore,I do hope they can step away from online games.

现代汉语词典这样解释“习惯”：①指常常接触某种新的情况而逐渐适应，如习惯成自然/对这里的生活还不习惯；②指在长时期里逐渐养成的、一时不容易改变的行为、倾向或社会风尚。

显然①是对动词“习惯”的解释，其近义词是适应（tobeusedtogetusedto）；②则是对名词“习惯”的解释，英文对应的词汇是aacustom。

我们大约可以这样界定：个人的“长期逐渐养成的、一时不容易改变的行为”谓之习惯（ahabit）；群体的习惯就是风俗acustom，或者习俗、风尚。

下边重点讨论一下个人习惯，即个人“长期逐渐养成的、一时不容易改变的行为”方式。

习惯，是一个人惯常的行为方式。按照习惯行事，就感觉自然，感觉理所当然，感觉天经地义，感觉到没感觉。而违拗一个人的习惯，让他或强迫他去做某事，他必然感觉不爽，因为他不习惯这样做，这样做不符合他的习惯。从某种意义上说，人们都生活在自己的习惯中，都是习惯的产物。小至生活起居，大至国际交往，莫不如此。

个人的习惯，很大一部分是社会风俗和风尚影响、熏染的产物；另一部分则是在身边个体的影响下逐渐形成的。就前者而言，个人的习惯又融入到社会风尚和风俗中，进而影响和熏染同代他人或者下一代人的习惯。就后者而言，个人的习惯，直接影响他身边影响力低于他的个体，比如其子女或者下属。

习惯虽然是个人的事，他人一般是无权干预的——比如你习惯做百灵鸟，早睡早起，我习惯做猫头鹰，昼伏夜出，甚至彻夜不眠，大家互不干预——但是，对习惯的评价，很多情况下还是有客观标准的。个人习惯被容忍的底线，是当你依习惯行事的时候，不影响别人的合法权益。否则你的习惯，便难以被道德甚至法律所许可。再进一步，对个人身体健康或者事业成功有益的习惯，会被认为是好习惯；反之就是坏习惯。坏习惯如果不损害别人的合法权益，也会被容忍，但是很难被认同，比如某人喜欢闭门抽烟写作的习惯等。

有人这样形容习惯：若不是最好的仆人，便是最差的主人。前者显然是指好的习惯，你可以驾驭他，使之为你服务；后者是坏习惯，你被他驾驭，他让你的状况越来越糟糕。

习惯既然是“长期逐渐养成的”，那多半是后天的产物。没有人天生是有条不紊的；也很难有人天生是乱糟糟的。但因为个人诸多的习惯中，很大一部分是社会习俗和风尚熏染的产物，而社会习俗和风尚的形成，必然有其客观性；故这些习惯，便不是你想怎么培养和改变就能怎样培养和改变了的。比如要让一个人养成日暮而作、日出而息的习惯，估计也难，甚至完全做不到。

关于习惯的养成，有一段妙譬：它有如纺纱，一开始只是一条细细的丝线，随着我们不断地重复相同的行为，就好像在原来那条丝线上不断缠上一条又一条丝线，最后它便成了一条粗绳，把我们的思想和行为给缠得死死的。可见习惯一旦养成之后，它就像在模型中硬化了的水泥块——很难打破了。

但俗话所说的“学好三年，学坏三天”，前者毋庸置疑——好的习惯，实难短时间养成；后者倒也未必。比如对一个信仰坚定的成年“好”人（如方志敏烈士），要让他学坏，甚至根本办不到，哪怕给你三年乃至一辈子时间去教养或者怂恿他。可见习惯一旦养成，其顽韧和巨大的力量，不容小觑。这也正是教育存在的必要所在。

恶习并非不能改变，虽然这改变是很难的。因为人毕竟是理性的动物，动之以情，晓之以理，改变之以方法，再假以时日，一个人就有可能成为新人。

有人说要除掉旧习惯，最好的方法是培养新习惯、开辟新的心灵道路，并在上面行走及旅行。作者对此颇（极、深）为认同，但这显然亦非一日之功也。
