“狂”字，犭部，所谓狂，即任情地做事，不用理智约束感情。用键盘在“为”和“狂”之间敲上“蜀都”二字时，稍稍有些许停滞——真的对蜀都有着如此的狂热执迷吗?却忽然、阳台上潜入的穿堂风偷来楼下几家茶铺热闹的吆喝，送来满室夹杂着夏日香气的断续的叫好声，嘴角的弧度便上扬开来——对锦城的感情，怎么值不起一个“狂”字?而蓉城那满室墨香的草堂，那紧扣着诸葛丞相的武侯祠又如何当不起堪堪狂字?“成都是府。成都是天府。天府的人好安逸。”易中天教授在《读城记》一书中，成都府一栏的开篇，便是这骈散有致的三句话。恰也是这短短三排字，便勾勒出了我心中最美的地方。 好，你又要问我了——成都哪里安逸?哪里让你如此狂爱不已?那我也不能随便用几个形容词敷衍你，我敷衍不起，更不愿敷衍。那就只好长话长说，一一为你道来。

我为蜀都狂，狂的不是它“国家园林城市”、“中国最佳旅游城市”那外在的区区名号。为我所狂的，是我生在成都，长在成都，感受到的深切的文化关怀。 而说到天府文化，不得不提起的，便是茶。不，说茶还不大准确，细化一些，说白了，应是茶馆，是茶铺。

—、狂热之——我把童年泡在了茶里。记忆里的六七岁，不爱“红妆”，却总喜欢随着爷爷去“泡”茶馆。所以为“泡”，是在于热腾腾的茶水永远满杯，袅袅的雾气旋转着升起在各式各样的茶铺里，伴着人们大清早便开始的议论抬杠，消散——聚拢——消散。那时整天坐在茶馆，也并不喜欢疯来疯去，而是喜欢静静坐在爷爷腿上，听他和其他一干爷爷叔叔辈儿的人大侃龙门阵。他们不讲东家长李家短，他们只会天南地北指点江山，逸闻趣事挨个儿点一通，最爱的是偶尔有个好话题的，大家便开始滔滔不绝，或英雄所见略同而会心一笑。 自己又特别迷恋司马相如写的赋，便又觉得个个侃爷都是作赋高手。而自然——龙门阵，便是我们成都人的“赋”。越这样觉得，爱去茶铺的次数便就越多，渐渐成痴，养成了每日必去的好习惯。 现在想来，当时是怎样一种享受啊!一群文化人，本地的、外地的，聚在老街深处，扎堆在茶铺子里，话题温馨，言语亲和，和每天高达12万人大的茶客一起，组成一支不折不扣的十万大军，分享心得，等到夕阳落山，再等到夕阳无山可落，终于才恋恋不舍地回家。我想除了成都府，无地敢出其二。诚然，那段泡在茶里的时光，便就是自己遥远的童年时代，少了橡皮筋少了毽子，却多了一份文化积淀，初中作文《创新杯作文大赛》。让我能早早体会到了成都这方水土上的语言，原来就恰似踢球好手，把话语颠来倒去，反复品味，形成一支味蕾上的舞蹈，耍出千万般花样。

二、古迹之所以为我心中古迹。后来稍稍大了些，就爱趁着假期去看那些名胜古迹。哪怕摸摸那里一块砖，一片瓦，也会高兴好半天。那时我还不知道，原来踏足过锦官这片土地的文人雅士大有人在，不止只是杜甫的“好雨知时节，当春乃发生”，还有李白、三苏、黄庭坚、李商隐……他们都让这片大地因历史的沉淀愈加厚重，又因岁月的磨洗愈见辉光。 丞相祠堂何处寻，锦官城外柏森森。踏进武侯祠，厚重的历史气息便能把自己像作茧一般，紧紧缚祝你不会感到窒息，只是会异常沉重，异常小心，生怕一个大声，而打破了沉寂以外的未知名的感觉。而我就偏爱沿着低矮的墙壁，以背贴墙，顺着墙根，双手触着青石砖头，一步一步地闭眼前移。指尖的微凉似乎可以真实地传递到心尖，把因泛起历史而躁动热血的心冷却稍许。是的，或许是因为生长于天府，或许不是，我最爱的诗人便是那大庇天下寒士俱欢颜的杜甫，当然，出身未捷身先死，长使英雄泪满襟。三国当中自也是偏爱诸葛三分。

三、串串香串起的人生百味。我爱成都的小吃，并不全为一时食欲，在于你能吃到的，是一种家的感觉。大街小巷，路边摊的叫卖声声声入耳，就像是家里人唤你无二。串串香麻辣的味道在味蕾上久久挥散不去，促使你张开全身的毛孔呼吸。偶尔芙蓉的香气传来，重重一吸，舒适许多，却还舍不得那股味道散去，便又开始新一轮奋战。最爱和玩伴一起到锦里去走街串巷，从街头吃到结尾。知道瞅见各家已灯火黄昏，才马不停蹄赶回家，享受家中家常美味。有人总质疑质疑质疑，说什么成都怎么就成了来了就不想走的城市?不是还有句俗语叫“要拴住男人的心，先拴住男人的胃吗?”你的品尝时能感到食物以外的温暖，怎么能不感到留恋，不感到不舍?不同国籍不同种族的人来到成都，看见他们吃到麻辣串时那一瞬的糗态，直教人捧腹，又直教人心疼。 大家如此不同，相隔千山万水，或许你家庭美满，或许你才从公司离职，你或许高居庙堂，你或许默默无闻。可是却在一根串串香上有了近乎神似的表情和动作。你不能不喟叹大千世界的神奇，不得不想起原来人生百味，也可以如此简单。

刘永在《一寸金·成都》中曾经这样赞过成都：——井络天开，剑岭云横控西夏。地胜异，锦里风流，蚕市繁华，簇簇歌台舞榭。雅俗多游赏，轻裘俊，靓妆艳冶。当春昼，摸石江边，浣花溪畔景如画。的的确确，成都美，成都好巴适，成都夏无酷暑，冬不严寒，成都人和善。可是倘使你不如我般生长在这片安宁祥和的土地上了16年，你变难以体味我心中那份痴狂。我一直耿耿于怀于“乐不思蜀”，实在理解不了怎会有人乐不思蜀?至少我仅仅呆在这里，都止不住反复咀嚼这里的每一种风味每一个表情。何况我们，大有可能在两年后各奔东西，到另外的城市开拓自己全新的人生，去为祖国“抛头颅洒热血”。那个时候，成都的夕阳，便再也不会每天照红自己的脸，记忆里的小桥流水人家又会不会变成高楼大厦?但我始终喻之于怀，我不会忘记这里的每一个符号。

除却茶铺美食，除却名胜古迹，这里还有太多的我的心之所向。这里的麻将的碰撞声，这里银杏树叶做成的书签，这里的太阳神鸟……孰敢或忘? 二十里中香不断，青羊宫到浣花溪。那是属于自己的土地，那是梦想开始的地方。不是单单一个“狂”字就能解释得清的。古人有句话说——情不知所起，一往而深。我想，大概就是如此了吧。

[创新杯作文大赛

一、指导思想：

为了贯彻落实中国共产党中央、国务院《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》，培养学生的创新精神，提高中小学生的语文素养和运用祖国语言文字状物、抒情、表达思想观点的能力，放飞学生心灵、张扬学生个性，引导学生关注社会、关注人生、关爱他人，培养学生的人文精神，激发学生的想象力。同时也为选拔参加20xx年长沙市第七届中小学生创新作文大赛的优秀学生作准备，决定举行全校性的创新作文比赛。

大赛主题：放飞心灵，张扬个性

大赛时间：3月24日——6月初

四、分组及奖项设置

1、大赛分初赛和复赛两个阶段。初赛在学校分班进行。

2、学校将按参赛人数的5%、10%、15%评选出一、二、三等奖。一等奖选手将代表学校参加市赛。

五、程序及要求

（一）报名

1、学生按自愿参与的原则于3月24日前在各班集中报名，统计人数上报教导处。

2、学校将参赛人数于3月25日报区大赛组委会办公室。（教育局教育科 联系人：廖卫红 联系电话：4683xxx 15973136XXX）

（二）初赛

初赛分学生独立写作、班级初评、学校评选三个阶段进行。

1、学生独立写作。初赛的参赛选手根据《创新作文精选》所给的命题范围自拟题目，独立写作，题材不限，字数600—2000字左右（1—3年级可不受限制）。参赛作品请用电脑打印或用方格稿纸抄好，右上角必须贴有《创新作文精选》目录页上印制的本次大赛徽标（徽标复制无效）。

2、班级初评。班级按参赛人数的30%评选出优秀作文，上交教导处。

3、学校复评。学校大赛组委会按参赛人数的5%、10%、15%初评出一、二、三等奖。颁发校级获奖证书。

4、学校选送初评一等奖作品及名单至教科研中心李新奇主任。

5、学校初评一等奖获奖名单必须造册，（同时交纸质名单和execl格式的电子文档各一份）。学生作品顺序和名单顺序要一致，标明组次、获奖等第。

6、初赛一等奖的获得者具有参加复赛的资格。

（三）复赛

1、复赛时间：5月9日上午9：00—11：00。

2、城区考点统一设置。

3、复赛特等奖、一等奖、二等奖和优秀奖名额按以下比例分配：特等奖占复赛选手的5%；一等奖占复赛选手的10%；二等奖占复赛选手的20%；优秀奖占复赛选手的50%。复赛获特等奖的文章将择优在《小学生导刊》、《初中生》、《高中生》杂志上发表，复赛获奖名单将分别在上述杂志上公布，获奖作品将部分入选《长沙市第七届创新作文大赛获奖作文选》。

六、日程安排表

1、3月17日—3月24日学生在各班集中报名。3月25日统计上报参赛人数。

2、3月25日教育科汇总人数后到组委会办公室统一报名。

Good morning, my dear teachers, my dear professors. I am very glad to be here for your interview. My name is song yonghao, I am 22 years old .I come from luoyang, a very beautiful ancient city. my undergraduate period will be accomplished in changan university in July ,2004;and now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to tongji university.

Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. when I was sophomore, I found web design very interesting, so I learned it very hard . to weaver a homepage for myself, I stayed with my personal computer for half a month, and I am the first one in my class who own his homepage. 20世纪是人类社会、人类历史上变化最烈、发展最快的世纪。发展之快，变化之剧往往使人目不暇接，使人“思难适变”。其中，科学技术在20世纪的迅猛发展，给人的印象尤为深刻。这不仅仅是因为日日新、月月异的科技成果已大规模大力度地进入了寻常百姓生活，更是因为科学技术在世界经济、社会发展和各国综合实力方面所显示的巨大作用。因此，在进入21世纪之时，“科教兴国”、“科学技术是第一生产力”、“倡导科技创新”的种种号召已日益成为神州大地、举国上下的最强音。

但是，我们知道，任何一个清醒、理智的人，任何一个崇尚科学的人，都不能把思想、认识只停留在响亮的口号上，停留在激昂的号召上。人们首先要思考、要探究的最实际、最本质的问题是：

创新的本质性意义是什么?

创新的思想源泉、精神力量是什么?

创新的困难、障碍是什么?真正的“拦路虎”是什么?

创新人才能普遍涌现的机制是什么?

从本质意义上说，创新的含义是指，在人类物质文明、精神文明的一切领域、一切层面上，能先于他人，见人之所未见，思人之所未思，行人之所未行，从而获得人类文明的新发展、新突破。

“见人之未见，思人之未思，行人之未行”，一句话，创新的思想源泉就是：求异思维。而求异思维的内核是：敏于生疑，敢于存疑，勇于质疑。并由此源源生发出新异、多彩、多元的发展性、创造性、突破性的新构思、新思想、新思维。要知道，人，人类，作为高级动物、高级生灵，其最不同于一切低级动物、低级生物的最本质的特征，就是会思维，会理性的思维，且会以语言表达自己的思维，以行动实践自己的思维。而这种理性思维中，最可宝贵的，恰恰是上面谈到的“发展性、创造性、突破性”这三性思维。我们应该看到，人，人类自身，人类社会，也正是依托于、借助于这三性思维，才达到了今天这样高度开化的程度，这样高度文明的水平的。

人们已经悟到，求异思维是孕育一切创新的源头。那么，阻碍求异思维的拦路虎是什么?求异思维的对立面、限制面是什么?很显然，求异思维的对立面，限制面是求同思维。因为，求异思维总是生发于疑、见思于疑、突破于疑，最后形成异彩纷呈的新思路、新见地。而求同思维则总是要求人们信于一统、定于一尊，在丰富多彩、多元的客观存在面前，强调和强求主观观念、主观意念上的一元和一统，从而进一步影响、引导人们自觉不自觉地在各种认识活动、判识过程中排斥、戒除一切合理的疑心、疑虑，使人易于轻信，放弃独立思考、独立判识，乃至由轻信到“坚信”，到“迷信”。结果往往导致人们从思想、从观念，到行动，一切的一切都逐渐陷于僵化、简单化、趋同化，最终使越来越多的人大脑中的求异思维、求异探索陷入迟钝、陷于冷寂、陷于麻木、陷入停顿。久而久之，人们普遍潜在的创新性思维源泉也必然随之陷于枯竭。

由此可见，真正要倡导创新精神，真正要调动、发挥全民族的创新潜力，就必须从反思、从改革传统的教育思想入手，要从教书育人的各个阶段、各个层面上大力倡导求异教育和大力抑制求同教育开始，要努力克服大一统思维的历史惯性。这方面，也要从孩子启蒙教育就做起。大凡在国外生活过一段的人大都会注意到，在美国，在西方发达国家，一个小学生若能在课程范围内当堂提出老师也难以回答的理性问题，那么，老师往往不仅不会不高兴，反而以自己有这样好思好疑好问的学生引为自己的骄傲，视为自己的荣耀，往往还会当即赞赏、赞扬这个学生提了个好问题。同学们也把这样的同学视为自己的小英雄。倘若这个情景发生在一向崇尚大一统教育，崇尚标准答案、标准行为，乃至要求标准坐姿的中国课堂上，老师往往会认为这是学生对自己的“大不恭”，是学生有意让自己“下不来台”。而且，这样的学生，日后无论在老师面前，还是在同学中间，日子都不会好过。再一个明显对比是：一个西方公司的老板，新雇一个高级助手，若三个月、半年内没有提出超过老板自己原有经营谋略的新点子、新思路，没有使出让公司产生新业绩、新活力的新办法、新路数，对不起，老板就要炒你鱿鱼了，不再出冤枉钱了。而在我们国内，当头头、当领导的，往往不喜欢自己的下手、下属冒出新思新见来冒犯自己固有的定见、自己的定尊，更不喜欢下属表现出胜过自己、超过自己的高见和能力。这种“不知天高地厚”的下属往往被头头视为对自己权力、权威的某种危险和威胁。从上述这两个一般可见的对比中，人们可直接看到崇尚求异思维和崇尚求同思维所引发出的完全不同的结果和后果。我们一心想靠科教兴国，想靠创新，想靠科学技术推动生产力的睿智的人们，难道不应该从传统的教育思想、教育模式上作根本性的反思吗?难道我们不应该从这两个对比案例中领悟到，培养什么样的人，重用什么样的人，是如何直接关系到民族创新灵魂的生与灭、发与溃的吗?

当然，倡导求异思维，并不是让人们不着边际地去胡思乱想，去异想天开，去任意蛮干。求异思维也是要在科学精神、科学理性、科学方法的引导下，才会有正确的方向和积极的成果的。

但是，什么是科学?什么是科学思想?什么是科学理性精神?在很多情况下，人们未必都能弄得很清楚，说得很明白。尽管这些年来，倡导科学思想，号召科学精神的呼声很高，口号也很多，但对科学、对科学思想、对科学精神最重要的本征性、实质性的内含，人们往往并未深入地去思考过、深研过。在很多情况下多是停留在字面上、口号层面上。大概也正因为如此，致使神州大地上相当一个时期来，伪科学假科学，乃至种种封建迷信才得以盗窃科学之名沉渣泛起，甚嚣尘上，搞得乌烟瘴气。

从人类社会近二三百年的科学发展历程来看，科学的含义，或称之为科学的本征，我以为大致可以归纳表述为：科学是人类世世代代以每一代人，每一个个人有限的认识能力，去探究，去探知无限的外在客观存在和客观规律的一个永无止境的过程;而这一过程中，科学又总是以后人不断发现前人认识中的缺陷、不足、错误，并予以修正、补充，乃至推翻其中某些错误结论而前进、而发展的。而正是从科学的上述这两个本征性的特征中，我们可以梳理、归纳出科学思想、科学精神的具体内涵、具体构成，至少应包括以下五大要素，即：客观的依据，理性的怀疑，多元的思考，平权的争论，实践的检验。 实际上，这五大要素，是任何一个严肃、严谨的科学家，在进行科学活动时缺一不可为，须臾不可离，少一难为继的。实际上，不管你自觉不自觉，人们，人类一切发展性、创造性，突破性思维，亦即求异性思维的启动和后续推动，也都是发端于此五要素，发力于此五要素的。

人们不难看出，科学五大要素中，最核心、最关键的，还是个“疑”字，即“理性的怀疑”。不疑就不会有异，没有异就没有新。由生疑，到存疑，到质疑，到新发现、新发明，这往往是各种创新活动的共同历程。相反，由轻信，到笃信，乃至到迷信，则往往导致人们渐渐丧失自主的理性、智性，丧失自主判识的自尊自信，渐渐地陷入只知唯书、唯上、唯权、唯命是从的驯服心理和盲从心态。难怪伟大的思想家马克思要郑重地宣告，他终身钟爱的人生最高格言是“怀疑一切”!

从科学的本征中，从科学精神的要素中，人们也不难看出，科学，科学思想，一切科学事业，从来是把人们的研究、探索活动引向公开、公平、公正的。实际上科学思想、科学精神也是把人世间的一切人、一切事引向公开、公平、公正的。科学鄙视一切阴暗，鄙视一切伪诈，也鄙视一切以权威、权势，或以种种造神、迷信为掩饰的背后谋算、暗中操纵，和一切“黑箱作业”的。

当然，要普遍地激发、激扬人们的创新精神、创新活动，除了大力宏扬科学思想，大力倡导科学精神外，也还必须加快改革我们的社会体制，尽快使我们的社会经济、社会文化、社会政治能具有相应的公开、公平、公正的环境和氛围来加以配合，加以保障，才能真实现实。20世纪过去了，而20世纪留赠给人类的现代文明瑰宝是：透明的市场、刚直的科学、平权的民主。这三大瑰宝是人类社会在经历了20世纪百年大实践、大对比后已普遍共识、普遍公认的全球性的历史性大选择。实际上，这三大瑰宝也是使人，使一切人，得以摆脱人身依附，摆脱思想依附，从而使每个人都能活得有自尊、有自信，每个人都能发挥潜能潜智，发掘人间一切创新创造源泉的现代文明瑰宝。

让我们在新世纪开启之际，更自觉更努力地以一种更开放的思想，更开明的心态，去创造，去迎接一个充满公开、公平、公正精神，充满创新创造活力的新中国和新世界吧!
