走到这里我已经吃的很饱了，可回民街却只逛了一小半。妈妈又买了一杯”酸梅汤“递给我说：”喝了消消食“。说起这酸梅汤在回民街也算是一道特色美食饮品，它颜色黑紫、口味酸甜很好喝。再往前走还有很多有名小吃如：定家小酥肉、刘纪孝腊牛肉、老米家泡馍老铁家胡辣汤东南亚甑糕、红红酸菜炒米、等，虽然还有这么多好吃的而我只能过过眼瘾了。我们边走边看，还不时地去询问当地一些美食的做法和典故。

通过这次美食体验，不仅让我过了足嘴瘾而且更加深了对回民街历史的了解。心想今后我要多出去走走看看，用自己的双眼去观察和发现我们古城西安的美，并用自己的语言和行动去传播这种美，让全世界都能感受到我们古城西安魅力不仅是食美、城美、这里的人更美。

Last week, my parents told me the good news that my family would go camping

with my uncle’s family. I felt so excited about it, because I could spend the

whole night outside, which never happened before. When the day came, we brought

the equipment and bought some food. In the afternoon, the two families settled

down, then we started to walked around. My cousins and I rushed to the forest

and went to the highest point, where we can appreciate the whole sight. Standing

on the highest place, I felt so great. The world was in front of my eyes and I

thought of the old poets’ description. At night, we set the the fire and talked

happily. The parents were talking about the family chores and the kids were

playing games. It was such a happy moment for me.

Today is December 25, 2015. I am going to give the Christmas CARDS to my classmates in my schoolbag.

I dont know which classmate went to search my bag, the classmate of my schoolbag cried out: "wow. What a beautiful Christmas card." This voice has attracted many students. At the time, I was angry, but I felt that it was the happiest time to share Christmas with my classmates.

在人生的道路上，有许多“第一次”，如第一次走夜路，第一次写字，第一次自己坐车等等。但最让我难忘的还是第一次游泳。

记得那是去年暑假的一个下午，哥哥带着我和妹妹兴高采烈地去游泳，可我是个“旱鸭子”，只会戏水，套着游泳圈胡乱蹬一气，不一会儿就漂到一米六的深水区。我脚站不到池底，呼吸逐渐困难，我大惊失色，大喊道：“哥哥，救命——”哥哥看我那傻样，哭笑不得，决心教我游泳。

一开始初中，哥哥拉着我的两只胳膊，让我双脚左起右落，拍击水面。说的容易做起来难，要就是脚抬的高度不够，要就是摆动幅度过大，经过一次次修正，基本学会做动作了。哥哥慢慢后天，渐渐地，我有些熟练了。哥哥让我把游泳圈垫在肚子底下，练习手的动作，再练习手脚的配合。我认为手的动作过于麻烦，就用“狗刨”。练了一会儿，哥哥潜下水，抽掉游泳圈，我的身体不由自主地往下沉，水往嘴里猛灌，我手忙脚乱，不断挣扎，可最终无济于事，还是沉下去了。这时，我心里忽然想到：不行，我要镇定，快游！我奋力“狗刨”。手脚配合协调。不一会儿就浮上来换气。可我不会转弯，与对岸的瓷砖来了个“亲吻”，头上起了个大包，我沉下去，没力气再游上来了。这时，我抓住一根铝合金，象抓住一根救命稻草，死活不肯放手。我奋力爬上岸，边喘着粗气，边琢磨怎么转弯。这时，一个中年男子游过来，又摆了个“尾”，用脚一蹬池壁，便游走了。我灵光一闪，照葫芦画瓢，果然成功了。

从这件事中，我明白了：要想学好一种本领，要多动脑，遇到挫折不可灰心丧气，因坚持不懈，永不放弃。

今天是八月十五，早上，阳光明媚，爸爸对我说：“我们今天去雁荡山玩好不好?”“好。”我大叫，又叫妈妈电话叫子涵哥哥也过来玩。不久，子涵哥哥过来了。我们吃过中午饭，就开着车去雁荡山。

在雁荡山的路上，我和子涵哥哥有说有笑：因为他今年读初中，而且还当正班长，所以他聊得特别带劲。当他聊到食堂有骨肉相连、炸鸡翅、糖醋排骨的菜名时，我的口水都要流出来了。

今年的中秋节，天公不作美，一场突如其来的暴雨打乱了我们的中秋节行程，也打乱了我们晚上赏月的星空。

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

我早晨六点起床，然后我洗脸、刷牙。匆匆吃完早饭，我坐妈妈的车上学。我们要用半个多小时才能到达学校。

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents,

because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our

classroom.

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I

do my homework. If I finish my homework early, I can watch TV for half an hour.

I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

我大约五点半到家。我们七点吃晚饭。晚饭后我做作业。如果我完成作业早一些，我可以看半小时电视。我九点半或十点睡觉。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

今天，我被一阵“滴滴”的闹钟声惊醒了。我一眼就瞟见了床头上的日历：今天是20xx年的一天。

见我还没有起床，我发明的智能机器人来到我身边，用清晰的声音说：“主人，该起床了。今天还有一个重要会议要您参加呢！董事长刚来过电话。”什么？啥重要会议要在今天开？要知道，今天可是12月28号，是我梦寐以求的生日啊！看来这个生日又要泡汤了。

吃过一顿香喷喷的晚饭，我准备看电视时，尿憋不住了，我奔向厕所，又赶快跑出来，担心的事还是发生了，爸爸已经拿到了遥控器，他怎么拿到的呢？我想，是因为看不到电视，身边刚好有报纸，就拿起来看，结果发现了遥控器。我扭头看了一下时间，七点四十，八点电影就开了，我要争取在二十分钟内抢到遥控器。正当我无从下手时，“救星”来了，妈妈突然大叫：“快来帮帮我，把桌子移一移。”爸爸踢腿就跑，机会来了，我装作没事的样子走过去，看到遥控器，一把拿起，赶紧换在电影频道，咦？怎么没反应，我把遥控器一翻，发现电池少了一节。“怎么样，斗不过老爸吧。”硬的不行来软的，我央求爸爸：“我就看一次，以后全你看，行不行？”“那也不行，我还想说这句话呢，而且，你已经看过一次了。”“那好书还要多看几遍，细细品味，电影不一样？”读书有助学习，电影可不是有助学习的。“我被问得哑口无言，这回看不成了。

谁知，看了一会儿，爸爸竟然主动把电视让给了我，我拿着遥控器看了起来，没过一会儿，我也有点不好意思了，爸爸毕竟是我的长辈。我关掉电视，走进书房看书。

真希望这种谦让能一直存在。

Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

strong physically. When taking part in sports, I get the chance to train almost

all parts of our bodies. In addition, sports call can maintain my psychological

well being, Whenever Im in low spirit,aking part in sports can help me forget my

anxieties and worries. Besides, sports can teach me some lessons about life.

season.

I like the wind of autumn. It is cool and comfortable. When the wind kisses

my face, I will close my eyes and smile. I know that wind brings me the breath

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. 今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

盼望已久的寒假终于来到了，它就像一张白纸，我要在上面涂上色彩，写下精彩。

放假了，但学习不能松懈的。每天早晨，我都要完成一定量的寒假作业，作为对学习的巩固。我还规定自己一小时的晨读时间，书的品种各种各样，有《作文大全》，《十万个为什么》，《四大名著》，《101个故事》等等，这些书让我开扩了视野，增长了知识，解开了疑难。每当读到伤心处，我也会禁不住落泪，读到开心方，我也会捧腹大笑起来。一本好书，就是会让我回味无穷。

除夕夜的一场大雪，给大地盖上了一场厚厚的棉被。我开心极了，约上三五好友在公园里堆雪人，打雪仗，玩得乐不思蜀，都忘了要去给外公外婆拜年了。

寒假里，爸爸为了保护我纯洁的心灵以及视力，不让我上网畅游。他给我买了一辆滑板车，让我锻炼身体，不会因不上网而无聊。起初，我一上车就摔，身上布满了乌青，我不弃馁，坚持到底，现在虽称不上高手，却也来去自如。

快乐的时间总是过得特别快，转眼间，寒假就要结束了，真想留住时间的`脚步，永远生活在寒假里。

一年级时我学习很好，临到期末考时，由于我勤加复习，所以我考了双100分，可到第二学期的时候，我就想：这次考试多半也是上次考试的题目，结果就疏忽复习，成绩降了一点下来，我只觉得这是个意外，结果第二学期期末考就由原来的第一跌到第三了，这几乎是一坠千丈啊!

This is my winter holiday life, my winter vacation I make decision.

一滴露珠可以折射太阳的光辉，一片绿叶可以显示大地生机。一件平凡小事，都会让我有所感悟，有所启发，终身受益。

在五年级的校运动会上，我心不在焉地跳高时，拿了个第二；然后，又毫不情愿地加入了校挑选的体训队，由于我不愿意训练，所以每天下午几乎都在“逃亡”，直到10月26日的前一个星期之后。

那一天，老师把田径队所有队员都集中起来，告诉我们一个消息：一个星期后，我们将参加20xx年青山湖区第36届中小学生田径区运动会。我一听就蒙了，从加入田径队到现在，我总共才训练了不到10次，怎么比啊？我连忙问老师：“那我要参加什么项目？”老师低头看了看表，说：“跳高，接力，跳远。”听后，我吓得差点滑一跤，要说跳高也就算了，怎么还有接力和跳远呢？唉，没办法，好好训练一个星期吧，好歹要比赛了！于是，我正正经经地训练了一个星期。

一个星期后，我们来到了师专体育场。刚到那儿，50米预赛就要开始了，我正好没事，就当起了啦啦队和后勤队。一声枪响，参加50米的“陶子”冲了出去，在这短短的8秒里，我们都紧张极了。3、2、1！梅思梦第一名！我和“燕燕”欢呼起来，我走到“陶子”身边，扶住她说：“决赛还要加油哦！”她狠狠瞪我一眼：“我都累得脚都发软了！”然后，我们两个人开怀大笑起来，旁边的女生也笑了起来。

我参加的跳高预赛马上就要开始了，我连忙换上钉鞋，准备比赛。刚开始，站在起跑线上的我脑子一片空白，把老师的话忘到十万八千里之后去了。结果，十分可惜，我只拿了第二名，没有进入决赛。接力和跳远的成绩都更别说了。

运动会结束后，我回到家里，呆呆地望着屋顶，总觉得心里少了些什么。不是没有拿奖的遗憾，也不是结束后的轻松，而在田径队训练时一心想着偷懒，身体上的苦，比其他田径队的朋友的苦少得多，那时我可是在心里沾沾自喜。一想到今后不能和朋友们一边跑步一边谈笑；不能硬着头皮听老师的训斥；不能再追着体训队的男队员大喊着要揍人。我开始后悔当初为什么要逃跑、躲避训练。如果我早看到，看清这一点，就会早点醒悟了吧。

只有努力了才会有收获，机会是不停留的。不要等逝去才后悔当时的一切。——正是因为这许许多多的第一次，才让我们明白人生的道理。
