放学以后，我和兰兰经常在操场上锻炼身体。我们很喜欢跑步，经常进行跑步比赛。在一次跑步比赛中，我不小心摔倒了，眼泪忍不住流下来。兰兰连忙跑过来扶我，还鼓励我要将比赛进行到底。我咬咬牙，努力冲向终点。兰兰在终点等我呢，为我欢呼加油!
