期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

我经常到二楼寻找一本本好书，徜徉在浩瀚无垠的书香世界。图书馆内安静到连一根针掉到地板的声音都听得一清二楚，我也细细品尝那心灵的食宴，淡淡的书香流进心扉，丰富了我的心灵，这时，是多么的快乐啊！

我总是沉浸在书香世界中，翻阅各式各样的书籍。一本科幻小说，带领着我天马行空的想像；一个历史故事，让我回到过去，吸取前人的经验；一则童话故事，引导我走入旖旎的奇幻世界；一本侦探小说，教育我仔细搜查各个蛛丝马迹，成功破案；一本伟人传记，让我体验到他们不屈不挠的精神。

而最脍炙人口的神鬼传奇则是我的最爱。有时在风雨交加的夜晚，滂沱的大雨淅沥哗啦的落在海面上，狂风掀起惊涛骇浪，澎湃汹涌的海浪声以及鬼哭神号的尖叫声，令人胆颤心惊，吓得屁滚尿流。而有时走入了神祕的村庄，空洞洞的房子一片漆黑，只看到随风飘扬的布幔，一个人影也见不着，在不远的小山丘上，还会传来阵阵小朋友玩耍的嬉闹声，杂草被拨乱的痕迹，令人心神不宁，慑人心魄。图书馆真是举世无双的宝库啊！

书传达了人间的喜、怒、哀、乐，描绘出天地间如诗如画的美景。除了能够增广见闻，开阔视野之外，更能够给人更深刻的省思与启发。因此，图书馆一直是我休闲的最佳去处，希望大家也能多到图书馆走走看看，自然就能够深切体认到图书馆的好，让图书馆也成为您的好朋友吧！
