树，之所以能成为参天大树，是因为有个稳固的根;水，之所以能够源远流长，是因为有个稳定的源头;风筝之所以能够在空中翩翩起舞，是因为有条牢固的线。
其实我，多少次想写写我心目中那慈祥的父亲呀!可提起笔时却又不知从何说起，因为父亲对我的爱实在太深太浓了。
人在这个世界上都离不开父爱。人们常说父爱如山。父亲的爱是一种无私的爱，默默奉献却不求回报，这种爱的力量胜过爱情的力量，它可以在我们困难的时候站出来，是我们最坚实的后盾。人生有得就必有失，但是有一种东西始终不会离开我们，那就是父爱。父爱的力量是无穷无尽的，父爱是不能用语言来表达的，它的行动比语言更能使人感到感动。父亲给我的爱多的像头发一样数也数不清。
我的父亲中等身材，一双炯炯有神的眼睛，一个大大的鼻子，一张大嘴，深黄的皮肤。
“碰碰碰!”我们被这敲门声给惊动了，父亲去开门，原来是父亲的一个熟人，父亲热情的邀请他进来，那个人说：“不了，我今天晚上来是想跟你们说，过年了，祝你们全家幸福，万事如意，这点小意思不成敬意，请您收下，您看那件事件事……”
说到这里，父亲热情待客的样子立刻变成了一副非常严肃的表情，说：“对不起，我不能收下这些东西，事业是要靠自己创下来的，走这样的捷径叫做‘贿赂’是违法的!”父亲说到这里，那个人也就惭愧的走了。我的父亲很正直，但他还是一个——负责的父亲。
父亲的工作很忙，特别是到了年底的时候，许多上级领导都要来视察。为此，父亲一定要写好报告和安排市里的人员。有一次，父亲为了完成一份报告，不得不赶夜班，终于在凌晨3点钟的时候写好了报告，刚想起身站起来，又发现了一个错误，就又认真的修改起来，这样一直忙到了5点，总算写好了。父亲才往房间走去，望着父亲那身躯，我不禁感叹到：父亲多么负责呀!
每当我为一点小事而哭泣时，母亲在一旁安慰，父亲却严厉地说：“哭什么哭是个男子汉就不要哭!”每听到这句话，我就立刻不做声了。因为我知道，父亲并不是在批评我，而是在爱我……
我的父亲就是这样的一个人。
