come down so that he could feast upon Moni.

Moni was eating the last few fruits, and then he got thirsty; so he looked

down, then he found the crocodile. Moni had no choice but to cry out for help.

“Help!” he cried, “Help!” Moni’s mother heard his cries, and ran out into the

garden. There, she saw the crocodile; and Moni up in the tree. “Hold on, there

Moni!” she cried, “I shall save you!” She ran inside the house, she used a

stick, and killed the crocodile as he was looking up. And then Moni got down

from the tree, and confessed his fault.

When he got back to his room, he began to write stories; he figured that it

as much more fun to write stories, than it is to be free. Of course, he wrote

the adventure he had, and how his mom saved him. And you could probably guess,

that the 《Three Little Pigs》is a story that he wrote. And he was soon known as

the great writer, “Moni Frank”.

我们几个实习老师在教了这么长时间还经常在私下抱怨，然后对咱们学校某些工作热情不怎么高的老师表示理解，因为学生本来就不争气，教了三个月就烦的不行了，更何况是教了十年二十年的老教师呢。我现在除了教初二三个班的历史还要带初一一个班的语文，实习班主任我也觉得事多的不行，我感觉特别累，尤其是接了初一的语文，真的把我打击地够呛，想想都发愁，后来别的老师告诉我这个班的语文是全县倒数第一，我更是觉得无力，每天语文课都懈怠的不行。我从期中考试结束后正式接手这个班，到现在，我只讲了一课，其余时间不是在给他们巩固复习以前的基础知识就是在上班会课进行思想品德教育，我坚信纪律不好其他都不行。很多次我都不想教了，因为太多人小学拼音掌握的都不好。我平常会抽时间上去检查一下纪律，发现有任课老师上课就出去打电话了，我就更受打击。这以前在我们中学，都可以算是教学事故的。不过每次看到您值班，我觉得您很不容易。我不知道您如何兼顾家庭和学校，经常在学校里见到您，总是觉得不管好初一这个班，真是对不起您。

很抱歉的是我也跟学生动手，罚蹲。我看他们也觉得很可怜，我也想素质教育，可是连最最基本的及格都达不到还怎么素质教育?我有时候特别矛盾，从这学期开始的时候教初二历史，及格的没几个，六十分的都少，大多是二三十分，可历史满分是一百。初一的语文120分满分，语基和作文加一起能考五十分的极少，第一名也才80出头，其中作弊的有一大半。作为语文老师真是欲哭无泪。

关于考试作弊，说实话我觉得是咱们学校的部分老师在纵容学生作弊，初二的已经形成习惯，很难改掉。在您上次例会提到要严查考试作弊，很多老师都不说话，这也能理解啊，因为我们实习生作为监考老师从开始的时候和咱们学校的老师一起眼睁睁地看着学生作弊到现在开始抓作弊现象，也知道监考老师的不易，管的太严了，学生成绩万一考得太差，班主任和任课老师肯定面子上挂不住。另外学校关于考试作弊的惩罚太轻了，以前是抓到就抓到，无所谓，甚至连班主任都不知道自己的学生在别的考场因为作弊被抓，上次您提出来以后，也只是通报了，并没有什么威慑力，考试是否严格，其实很大程度上在于老师，必须要让老师严管学生才行，如果监考老师睁一只眼闭一只眼，学生就会觉得不抄的就是傻子。我每天在教室的时候会经常怀念自己中学的时候，我们当时的年级主任是我们班的语文老师，和您一样严厉。这么多年过去，很多任课老师都已经忘记了，只有她我还记得很清楚，她是那种眼里不揉沙子的人，我记得那个时候同学犯点什么错就怕传到她那里，在我们印象里她绝对是小错当大错处理，尤其是考试作弊的，可能她比较能说，骂人的词也特别多，我现在骂学生的好多话都是跟她学的，虽然没有脏字，但是学生们都受不了。

我觉得很多事其实您心里比谁都明白，学校老师经常找我们几个实习老师帮忙上课，盯自习，值班，判卷子什么的，尤其是我们刚来的时候，的确什么都干，就差去食堂帮阿姨打饭了。我们开始觉得这是锻炼，后来也实在是忙不过来。不过您经常提出不让我们替其他老师上课，您亲自给我们几个实习老师安排谁负责判什么卷子，哪些不用我们，我们真的挺感动的。尤其是很多老师有什么事第一个想到的就是让我们实习生去替，有一次晚自习我在办公室坐着一个老师还进来问我怎么没去上自习，可是那天我就没有自习课，他疑惑路主任没安排你去?还很惊讶。其他实习老师都说也只有路主任您不什么事都安排我们实习生。在我们心里，您不仅严厉干练，而且公道正直，相信您的学生比我们更加敬重您，他们世界观人生观的养成，离不开您的教育。

可是，咱们学校像您这样的老师，恐怕没有第二个，我都觉得您挺累的。很多时候事必躬亲未必是好事，您做的越多，其他老师操心越少。我觉得您应该是多“管”，少做。而且咱们学校的很多老师，虽然图清闲，不想做班主任，但是他们具备做班主任的能力和责任心，这样的老师就应该担负一部分责任;而在班主任的队伍里，一些责任心较差，对学生要求低的老师，真的不适合做班主任。毕竟您也了解，咱们学校普通班的学生管理起来比较费劲，找一个没什么脾气的老师，怎么让学生敬畏?另外，您现在是初一年级的年级主任，一年级还有希望可以塑造好，有些纪律差、难管理的班级就应该及时拆了，等到初二，就真的管不了了。虽然说学生是一届不如一届，但是如果咱们学校的成绩和管理达不到严格、优秀，好学生的家长当然不会让孩子来咱们学校。

您的“火眼金睛”当即发现还有我的作业本没交。您生气极了，四处寻找我，发现我和一些没有回家的同学玩得快发疯了。您当场让我订正好作业本并重做两遍。您还把我叫到了办公室，对我说：“你知道为什么要你重做作业本吗?那是为你好，你一定要吸取这次的教训，下次不能再拖交作业了。”这轻轻的一句话，我听了却比打还要难受。

您一边说一边还郑重地递给我一包葱油饼干，让我回教室去吃。我慢慢地品味着饼干。虽然只有一点儿葱油味，可我吃起来却比蜜还甜呢!

Nowadays students’ physical fitness is declining year by year. I think

there are some reasons.

Students have too much homework to do， so they have little time to have

sports. Some students eat too much junk food. That’s also bad for their

health.

Then， how to keep healthy? Here is some useful advice. First， students

should do more exercise. Second， students should eat a balanced diet. They

should eat more vegetables and fruits， and try to eat less junk food. Finally，

enough sleep is also very important.

Unfortunately, it is much to my regret that I cannot join you and your family,

because I will be fully occupied then for an important exam coming the day after

tomorrow. I feel terribly sorry for missing the chance of such a happy

get-together, and I hope that all of you enjoy a good time. Is it possible for

you and me to have a private meeting afterward? If so, please dont hesitate to
