I, the undersigned, am a senior in the Computer Science Department of Tsinghua University. I ordered a book which is entitled Practical Writing and Reading for NETEM by Wang Li on December 20th, 2004.

However after reading the book on January 10th, 2005, I found that it is a pirated one so that I write to you for complaint.

The book has brought me some negative effects. To begin with, much of my valuable time and energy have been wasted in reading the book since it is quite hard to identify many words in the book. I like reading books so much. My parents have bought me a lot of books when

I was three years old. They want me to be interested in reading. With my

parents’s education, I am very interested in novel books and I want to write

novels someday. I have come up with some idea, soon I can finish one.

How time flies! My three-year middle school life will be over soon. Looking back， I have many memories of my English study.
