记得有一次，我在外面玩踢足球时摔了一跤，顿时我的膝盖痛得像万只蚂蚁在咬，眼泪和汗珠唰唰的往下流。妈妈看见了，把我扶回家，一边帮我处理伤口，一边安慰我。但是伤口还是火辣辣地痛，这时妈妈拿出秘密武器来，我顿时好像吃了止痛药一般，脸上笑开了花。正当我准备吃芒果的时候，妈妈阻止了我，说：“今天我教你一种新的吃法，一点也不浪费！”说着，只见妈妈用水果刀，小心翼翼地将芒果从侧面切开，将果核去除，然后用小刀在果肉上横的斜的切了几刀，再用手将果皮向外翻开，顿时一朵美丽的芒果花盛开了，这种吃法真是太棒了！

芒果不仅好吃，而且营养价值也非常高。它有着清理肠胃、止呕止晕的作用。你知道吗？资料上说古时候，出海的人们经常带一些芒果在身边，来防止晕船的症状呢！说到这里，我真想在院子里种上一棵芒果树，等到它成熟时，搬张椅子在树下美美的吃个够，可惜芒果树只喜欢在热带地区生长，这个美梦是永远不会实现的，唉！

后来听妈妈说橘子它有多种功能，它除了可以让你感受到香甜可口的味道以外，它还能治咳嗽，用橘子皮泡水，喝橘子皮的水可以止咳化痰，还可以当中药呢。

小小的橘色，大大的作用。我喜欢黄澄澄的橘子，喜欢香甜可口的味道，更佩服它大大的作用。

我喜欢吃的水果非常多，有苹果、香蕉、梨、桔子……其中我最喜欢吃大柿子（不是圣女果也不是柿饼），而是大大的粉柿子。

它还可以做成一道菜叫做“糖拌柿子”。好吃的不得了。这道菜非常简单，需要白糖和柿子。先把柿子切开分成八份（也可以不是，但我们一般都切成八份）装在盘子里，然后要撒上绵白糖。这道菜就完成了。白糖中和了柿子的酸味，这道菜吃起来酸甜可口。大家有空不妨当甜点做一做尝尝。

跳绳是一项非常好的运动。既能增强免疫力，丰富课余生活，又能锻炼身体，所以我非常喜欢跳绳。跳绳有很多种跳法，比如：可以正跳，可以反跳，可以跳花绳，跳正花绳，反花绳……各式各样，能让人看得眼花缭乱。

每当下课铃一响，我就会像野马一样跑出教室，虽然老师说了几次不让在校园里疾跑，可是我还是改不了，因为玩的兴趣太高了。同学们向我投来赞许的目光，掌声马上响起来了。我很高兴，但我一点也没人骄傲，还教给其它同学如何跳得多。从此以后，我就跟同学们上课一块学习，下课一块跳绳。
