我喜欢吃水果，但是最喜欢的要数苹果了。

苹果圆圆的，像柑橘一样。苹果的颜色很多，有青绿色，香蕉黄，桃子红，还有深红色，让人看看就垂涎欲滴。秋天挂在树上红红的苹果，远看像一个个小灯笼。 苹果的营养价值很高，它不仅含有维生素C，胡萝卜素，还可以降血压抗癌。在夏天，苹果还可以降温解渴。西方有一句谚语：“一日一苹果，医生远离我。”有的苹果是青绿色，那种苹果是还没有完全成熟的苹果，吃起来又苦又涩，可有的人就爱吃哪种苹果;有的苹果是桃子红，那是成熟度刚刚好的苹果，味道很好，吃起来甜丝丝的，脆脆的，没有一点苦涩的味道;有的苹果是深红色的，很软，就像一个个软绵绵的姜饼人。这种苹果是完全熟透的苹果，红的甚至有一点儿像要坏掉的苹果。它吃起来特别的甜，就好像吃到蜂蜜一样的甜，这种苹果是我的最爱。 苹果还有很多种吃法：可以拌成水果沙拉，加工成苹果干，做成苹果派，拔丝苹果，还可以煮成苹果汤。

葡萄是当今世界上栽种面积最大，产量最多的水果之一。它具有结果早、产量高、寿命长、树姿优美、适应性强、容易繁殖等特点，是既能绿化城乡，又有较高经济价值的果树。 “水晶明珠”是人们对葡萄的爱称，因为它果色艳丽，汁多味美，营养丰富。果实含糖量达10％-30％，并含有多种维生素和钙、磷、铁微量元素，有增进人体健康和治疗神经衰弱及过度疲劳的功效。

葡萄的果实应品种不同，有黄绿、红紫、蓝黑诸色，多数为椭圆形或圆形浆果。 葡萄的种类繁多，全世界有8000多种，我国有500种以上。著名的如紫红浑圆、珠光宝气的“龙眼”，被誉为“北国明珠”。现在市场上出售的鲜果品种以“巨峰”较多。它原产于日本。黑皮黑紫色，柔软汁多，子儿少味甜，果穗重达600克。巨峰丰产，也是早期结果的长寿树，可持续高产30年之久。

葡萄除可以鲜食外，还可以加工成葡萄干，酿制葡萄酒。据核算，生产1万吨纯汁的葡萄酒，可节约6000吨做酒的粮食。葡萄皮还可以提取工业原料酒石酸。葡萄籽可榨油，提炼单宁。

nowadays more and more people have the habitat of exercise,because in this way,people can keep health.and in these sports,my favourite sport is swimming.swimming can not only take good effection to my health,but also keep me fit.

swimming makes me enjoyable,when i swim, i feel i am just like a free fish,i like the feeling that you can enjoy the endless freedom.

swimming makes me confident,when i swim so fast that i can hear the brisk voice of the water,i think i am the best swimmer,though maybe somebody swims faster than me ,but i keep the good feeling and high spirit.

My favorite movie is "leaf asked." it in the description of the year when the war gone with China, leaf asked is a pure passion for martial arts, the pursuit of the freedom of wu chi, full of hatred and the great age of tragedy is not in his vision, he only focused on the dedication and passion for martial arts. 这部电影让我了解到,不管做什么事,都要坚持到底,即使只有一丝希望,也不能扎鞋栓绳结-指半途而废,才不会前功尽弃.电影中的叶问,是我最欣赏的人,因为他可以为了发扬中国武术,即使被逼到走投无路,也会跟西洋人拚到最后,他的坚持与决心,让我刻骨铭心.
