What is a good eating habit? In my opinion, a good eating habit is related

to eat healthily and regularly. To say it simply, Xiao Ming has breakfast about

7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. every morning and lunch at noon. He also has dinner about

6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m in the evening. What he eats is healthy food, such as, meat,

vegetable, fruit, egg, milk and so on. He would not have some snacks for a meal.

He also would not eat and drink too much or eat nothing. Xiao Ming sets a good

example to have a good eating habit.

Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

is time to be off work and find the way to release their pressure, such as

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself.
