今年代我们生物的教师是一个上了年纪的、个子不高、胖胖的女老师。她是带南郊高一级部的第一年也是最后一年，

第一节课看到她，

预备铃响起，她在外面还在等着，似乎很急切的眼光，这时学生们议论纷纷，竟然有许多学生在笑，〝怎么是一个老太婆呢〞？，呵呵！学校没有老师了吗？………

预备上课，我们都以为这个老师个小，可能声音也不大吧，出乎意料的是，她的声音是那样的掷地有声，铿锵有力，不比许多年轻的教师声音低(学校很多老师上课都需要借助扩音器，以后她每次都不会戴扩音器)

同学们课下调侃道可惜了，如果当初选择当主持人还不用用话筒特经济

这声音把许多同学吓了一跳，老师几乎说一句都会响起阵阵掌声，从未碰过这样的老师和遭遇这样的课堂气氛，也从没有见哪个老师这样受欢迎，前天晚上上夜班第二早上呼呼大睡的学生都手舞足蹈的随着她的节奏，一节课下来我得手没有知觉了

理科本来就比较抽象难懂，她就将许多抽象的事物化为形象，讲课特别激情，特别好【作为我，我从初中就不喜欢生物课，但因为她的出现我特别喜欢学生物】

她很可爱像一个小孩，嘻嘻哈哈的，我们向她问好，她摆了一个可爱的手势，在招手

有时候我们在课堂上违反课堂纪律，她只是向我们讲道理，说明利害性，最后赢得胜利

刚开始看她像59多岁，(实际是72岁)最后我们都说她像20几岁的人，走路步伐稳健，急速，思维活跃，

她放弃了政协优越的待遇，来到南郊，

他半生孤独，却桃李满天下

她说她呆在家里实在没意思，虽然退休多年但心仍然年轻，还是希望以余力为南郊的教学尽微薄之力

好几次见到她在食堂里买方便面，鼻子不禁一酸，问候一下老师转身离去竟然热泪盈眶，她年纪这么大，孩子也没在身边，他把我们当成自己的孩子看，而我们在食堂吃着变着花样的饭菜竟不知她每日都吃方便面，换做你的亲人，你作何感想，

每次看到她敖红了双眼，为我们上课

每次看到他那准备的极其完备的教案，书上写满笔记，又贴满笔记，下载的好多好多的资料

每次看看发下来的作业本，批改的那样细致，一道道用红笔写下的纠错题似乎是用鲜血写的，

每次看看发下来的试卷，老师并没有骂我们，只是将恨铁不成钢的期望化成讲解和鼓励

声音洪亮，教学严谨，生动活泼

这样的老师不禁让人肃然起敬，人老心不老，还惦记着教育事业，呕心沥血

他们忙了大半辈子，为后来的老师作出榜样，不惜牺牲自己的青春为中国的教育为下一代

他们代表了许许多多的老教师，他们应该是教师界的代表，是教育的楷模

而我们有的同学在底下玩手机、谝闲传、谈情说爱与老师打岔……

作为一个学生，我为拥有这样的老师而自豪，更应该发奋学习，

作为一个老师，在踏着他们的足印前进更应该长江后浪推前浪，一代更比一代强

让我们为他们致敬，
