三、项目提出的理由与过程：

1、xxXX 职业技术学院璧山新校区已正式投入使用，歌乐山校区的部分专业将搬入新校区，校区的15亩土地和部分学生公寓将空置出来，需要进行开发利用;

2、项目所在地歌乐山素有xx市主城区“城市绿肺”、“山城绿宝石”和“天然氧吧”之美誉，是xx市建设养老机构最理想之地，目前歌乐山已成为全国50个养老产业示范点之一，是xx市政府和沙坪坝区政府重点打造的高标准养老产业示范园区。

3、XX 学院与德国社会福利保障联合会合作开办的高级家政服务专业，每年有大量出国的高级家政护理人才，需要进行护理实训，由于xx没有高档老年公寓，学生只有到上海等地的高档老年公寓进行实训，无形中增加了实训成本和管理难度。为此，德中双方都希望在xx建一高档老年公寓，家政服务专业的实训基地。

4、xx目前城镇养老服务机构缺口很大，目前的床位只能满足社会需求的40%，特别是高档老年公寓还是空白，更没有中外合资的老年公寓，政府对民间资本特别是外资投建老年公寓，给予大力支持和重点扶持。

基于以上几方面的原因，xxXX 职业技术学院与德国社会福利保障联合会经过多次考察协商，决定利用xxXX 职业技术学院歌乐山校区的15亩土地和部分空置出来的学生公寓为基础，再新征315亩土地，合资建一高档老年公寓，既填补xx高档老年公寓的空白，又满足XX 职业技术学院高级家政服务专业学生实训的需要。该项目的设想提出来以后，得到了xx市政府和沙坪坝区政府的高度赞赏和鼓励，希望能够尽快立项。目前沙坪坝区政府已把该项目列为歌乐山养老产业园区的高标准示范企业。

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。
