双方打得天昏地暗，日月无光，把太上老君、如来佛和观世音也惊动了，他们全都赶来调解。调解的结果是，由蓝采和送东海龙王两片玉版，作为杀两位太子的补偿泰山则由观世音负责搬回原处。

因为这一场纠纷，八仙被玉皇大帝降级一等。从此，八仙再也不敢到外面惹是生非了。

一个经济、政治、文化大变革的时代，必然出现符合这个时代的歌曲创作趋势，行业歌曲就是这个时代的产物，这些歌曲散发浓郁生活气息，闪烁强烈时代精神的行业歌曲，不但可以弘扬企业精神、振奋职工情绪、宣传厂、店、校的风貌、不但为推动社会主义建设精神文明建设发挥作用，同时也增添了歌曲的内容、繁荣了音乐创作。这些年，我被“捉”去写了很多行业歌曲的歌词，也积累了一些经验，这一章，我就谈谈怎样能写好行业歌曲。

应在行业的差异中寻找歌词的个性。为了不使行业歌曲千人一面，大同小异就要努力写出个性。一个企业有一个企业的精神，一个学校有一个学校校风，一个部门有一个部门的宗旨。写作时要从细微入手，去体验、去思索。有些行业从表面看没有多大区别，实际区别很大。例如，炼钢和炼铁同是冶炼行业就不一样。饭店和旅店同是服务行业也存在差异。职业学校和一般学校都同属教育还有区别。还有，同一种行业由于所处的地域、拥有的企业家素质、效益不同，就会形成独特的环境和氛围。这样的环境和氛围会对职工的思想意识、品质意识会产生影响。这样，就形成不同的厂校之风、企业之精神、行业之特色。因此，一定要扑捉到个性，这是关键。当然，写这类歌曲也有一个领导意图的问题，这不难，关键是你写的要标新立异，写好了他就会认可。

应在行业的行为中寻找歌词的可唱性。一些行业歌曲常常出现或写一些标语口号、警句，或者单摆浮搁地写企业精神，十分干巴。也有的歌曲写行业的生产流程、生产数字、发展沿革。还有的还专拣时髦词去写，例如“团结是我们力量，创新是我们的追求，改革是我们的动力”……没错，这些话是我们共同的认识，但是，不一定是你行业独有的精神!这样的歌词就是被强行谱曲也不能打动人。其实，歌曲创作的一些艺术手法同样适应行业歌曲，也要情景交融，也要以景喻意，也要煽情。另外，形象思维是文艺创作的基本要素。所以，我们在写行业歌曲时要靠形象说话，不能把领导的工作报告摘几句，凑个韵脚，然后再把当前报纸上的词句加一点。确实，有的人一写东西就抱回一摞报纸，回家去找去抄。为此，找出最能代表行业特点的景、物、声音、色彩以及生产工具。把这些做外壳去包容行业精神，就会有血有肉、就会自然、就会形象、就会生动、就会产生乐感。写到这里我给大家举一个例子。大家传唱的《我为祖国献石油 》其实是一首很好的反映石油战线的行业歌曲，它没有空洞的口号，也没有生产过程，它以第一人称“我”出现，亲切而自然地把庞大的石油大军浓缩在一个普通工人身上，唱出了石油工人的豪情壮志和独特追求，使人感到既有特点又不陌生。石油工人爱唱，大家都爱唱。由此可见，行业歌曲歌词的创作一定要找到“精华点”，然后，把词中妨碍情感发挥和音乐发展的多余枝蔓剪掉，由简入蘩、由蘩化简，让音乐的因素贯通全词，才能入乐、传唱。

我们可以想象一下自己未来的职业：长大后成为一名飞行员；长大后成为一名大学教授；长大后成为一名警察……而我，想成为一名翻译家。

说到这个，有些人会问我：“你为什么脑子里会萌生出当翻译家的梦想？”我这样想，是因为一年前发生的事……

那天，我想让父亲给我买日本某动漫的漫画，没想到我们在网上找了半天也没有找到合适的——因为那些漫画都是日文版的。

既然我找不到中文版的日本动漫书，我想，说不定也有一些人想看国外的文学、漫画等书籍，也找不到中文版的，于是，我萌生了一个念头，长大之后要成为一名翻译家，能翻译许多外国书籍，让大家了解世界文化。

假如我是一名翻译家，我会好好学习各国语言，可以翻译许许多多的外国文学作品。也许我会遇到自己不会的单词，我就用外语词典学习这个不会的单词，借助工具书，就可以学得更深更广，更好地翻译小朋友喜爱的作品。

“决不能让留守儿童成为家庭之痛社会之殇!”

“决不能让留守儿童成为家庭之痛社会之殇!”今年1月27日，国务院总理李克强在国务院常务会议上说。当天的会议其中一项重要议题，就是部署全面加强农村留守儿童关爱保护。

李克强指出，中国处在特殊发展时期，大量外出务工人员为我国经济建设作出了特殊贡献，但也因多种复杂的现实原因，形成了数以千万计的留守儿童，这种现象短时期内恐怕难以消除。

“特别是个别极端事件的发生，严重冲击着社会道德底线，刺痛着人们的神经。必须依法强化家庭监护主体责任，落实基层政府、村委会和学校等的安全管理、监督、教育等责任，切实把保护和关爱农村留守儿童责任落到实处。”他说。

李克强强调，全社会都要伸出援手，保障和关爱农村留守儿童。要通过支持社工、慈善组织等社会力量参与，完善关爱服务体系。建立强制报告、干预、帮扶等机制，坚决打击侵害留守儿童的各种违法行为，加大寄宿制学校等建设。

2月14日，国务院发布《关于加强农村留守儿童关爱保护工作的意见》，明确提出建立强制报告机制，学校、幼儿园、医疗机构、村(居)民委员会、社会工作服务机构、救助管理机构、福利机构及其工作人员，在工作中发现农村留守儿童脱离监护单独居住生活或失踪、监护人丧失监护能力或不履行监护责任、疑似遭受家庭暴力、疑似遭受意外伤害或不法侵害等情况的，应当在第一时间向公安机关报告。
