文章著于1984年。这是一篇回忆性文章，作者记叙了自己从前同老王交往中的几个生活片段。当时正是“ 文化大革命”时期， 杨绛夫妇在那个荒唐动乱的特殊年代里受了不少苦，被认为是“ 反动学术权威”，失去了女婿。但是任何歪风邪气对老王都没有丝毫影响，他照样尊重作者夫妇。由此，与老王的交往深深的印刻在了作者的脑海之中。作者写这篇文章的时候，已经度过了动乱年代，她在追忆动乱年代遇到的这些善良的人们时更容易忽略苦难，而是突出苦难年代里人性的光辉。

食品安全一直倍受关注，因为我们的日常生活根本离不开食品。所有人都知道这一点，但又总一些人，让我们担心，我们的食品是否安全，是否卫生。

最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被解决的。不过就算它们现在已经给解决了，可是我们还要担心“它们”还会不会在不就的将来卷土重来呢?想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生安全的食品的人。于是我就发出了这样的疑惑这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意的诱饵。因为钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃?谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是想监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供应商”?

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

如：苹果过于的`发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量。

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。

我们要关注食品安全，要为了我们的健康而努力，要为了我们的文明而努力。

我曾看过一幅漫画，内容是有一个男孩儿和一个女孩儿在路边看到一个垃圾桶，桶里面没有垃圾，而垃圾都丢在垃圾桶外面了，然后小男孩儿和小女孩儿就回家拿了工具，把垃圾装进了垃圾桶里。然后写上“文明只差一步”贴在了垃圾桶上面。

看了这幅漫画之后，我就想明明垃圾桶就在旁边，为什么人们不把垃圾丢进垃圾桶呢，如果人人都把垃圾丢进垃圾桶，不乱丢垃圾，做一个讲文明的人，那我们的环境就会好很多。

在生活中，无论是工作还是学习，大家都想拥有一个干净舒适，空气清新的环境，可是在我们身边，不干净的环境随处可见，环境破坏的现象很严重，到处都是灰色的浓烟，浓烟还破坏了地球的臭氧层，使温室效应越来越严重，本来太阳光可以杀菌，现在竟然把人晒出毛病了，很多人为了图方便，丢垃圾时随手一扔，就丢在垃圾桶旁边，时间久了，臭气熏天，其他人更不敢走近，结果垃圾桶空空，周围却成了一座垃圾山。生活中的也污染很多，在马路上，汽车成了马路杀手，会排出很多二氧化碳等有毒气体，人们吸了会影响身体健康，不仅污染环境，还会影响人的身体健康。我们生活的地球只有一个，如果地球毁灭了，那么我们人类也会随着灭亡，所以别再破坏环境，污染空气了。

为了让人们不再破坏环境，我们创造了很多文明标语，比如在厕所中写道“来也匆匆，去也冲冲”，在写洗手的地方写道“别再让我流泪了”，在森林里写道“树林荫荫，请你爱惜”，还有垃圾桶旁边写着“向前一小步，文明一大步”……

看了这幅漫画，我明白了：保护环境，人人有责，我们每个人迈出一小步，文明就会迈出一大步，请每个人把文明都放在心中。

September 11th Saturday

Today is my birthday. My mother bought me seven small candles and they are colorful and beautiful.

In the evening， I set them in my birthday cake one by one. Many friends came to celebrate my birthday. I was very happy.

When I blew out the small candles， all my friends said， "Wang Bo， happy birthday to you!" In the end， all of us got dancing happily.

I enjoyed a happy birthday!

今天是我的生日，妈妈买了7支小蜡烛，五颜六色的真好看。
