我在期盼着圣诞节的到来，每年的12月25日，是西方国家一年中最盛大的节日——圣诞节了。这个节日最初只是基督教徒纪念耶稣诞生的日子，后来逐渐演变成了类似我国春节那样的一个全性的节日。虽然一些中国人早已习惯过圣诞节，但还有些人总也无法接受，一提起过圣诞节，它们就认为是 “附庸风雅”、“无聊至极”，甚至是“崇洋媚外”。其实这只是不同文化的产物，就像是我们的春节的影响范围也在越来越大呢。

说实在的，不论中国传统节日还是外国的节日，既然是过节，要的就是一个气氛，只要大家玩的尽兴就好，又何必想那么多呢?中国人过圣诞节，既能获得快乐，又体现了东西方文化的交流，是件非常好的事。我期待着和大家一起过好今年的圣诞节，期待着圣诞老人的到来，他的雪橇里一定装满了各种玩具和礼物……

I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there.
