我们是天使，因为我们工作在医院，医院没有硝烟而拥有花丛，我们在消除疾病，为人类健康而努力。但是，花团锦簇的空间，有时也长有蒺藜，但我们总是以一种独特的方式让自己更称职于这个角色。

中学时学到一篇文章《谈笑》，其中讲道：笑是反映内心的一种面部表情，如蒙娜丽莎的微笑……而我们的笑应该是天使的笑吧。

有人说：心情不好的时候，只要去看看刚出生的婴儿就会心情格外舒畅;临终病人看到新生婴儿时眼睛里也会闪烁战胜疾病的信心;为什么呢，大概这就是婴儿那酣酣的微笑给人带来生命的震撼!病人住院，本身在心理上就承受了一定了的压力，所以为了更好的护理病人，达到理想的护理目的，微笑服务在我们的工作中显得尤为重要。而人们也通常把工作在医疗战线的医疗工作者称为天使，洁白的燕尾帽下那张微笑的脸，口罩上方那双敏锐而又带有可亲的目光，始终和那张微笑的脸在一起。

看吧，门诊的导医天使会微笑的对您说“有什么需要帮忙的吗?”因为那张笑而可亲的脸让病人消除对环境的陌生、对医院的恐惧。

入院治疗时，病房的天使会给您一个安慰的笑，让您消除对疾病的恐惧树立对自己的信心;查房时，一张张微笑的脸，将走到您的床边，轻轻地问候，静静的聆听，一个个微笑而认真的回答您的每一个问题;做治疗时，她们会以每一个微笑鼓励你，让您在笑的带引下走出痛苦;当你康复出院时，天使们微笑着送您，并祝您今后健康长寿。

在气氛紧张的手术室，患者对手术的恐惧、对术后的担忧都会在手术中出现，这时的天使会给您个安慰、鼓励的微笑，给以支持、陪伴度过每一个难关。送出手术室时会给您一个成功的微笑。

天使的微笑，反映了她们的内心世界，一颗颗善良而同情的心在不断的为别人付出，而在她们付出的背后，仍然是那张微笑的脸。

是谁把护士喻为白衣天使，从此，带着这顶殊誉的白帽，即使漂亮的衣服只能掩盖在白色护士服的里面;即使那红嫩的脸颊逐渐被夜班的劳累吞噬变得不再鲜亮，我们依然用同样的执着，真诚的微笑谱写生命之歌，把天使的一生用圣洁来谱写。

挫折，就如雨滴一样，散落在我们成长的路上，需要我们去面对、去跨越，才能走向成功。

记忆萦绕着我的脑海，让我深刻记住了那一年。就是那一年，我重新获得自信。那一天，我和爸爸待在家里无聊，不知道要做什么。我愁眉苦脸地问爸爸：“爸，我们现在要待在家里干嘛呢，很无聊耶。”爸爸沉思了一会，对我说：“我们去拓展基地玩玩。嗯，好的。”我不假思索回答。

我和爸爸刚到拓展基地，就不禁被严肃而又澎湃的气氛所感染。我走到攀岩处，抬头望着那些穿着深灰色衣服的教官，抬着脚熟练地往上爬，就那么一会，教官们爬上了顶峰，我不禁地为他们喝彩，鼓掌。这也使得我的好奇心蠢蠢欲动起来，想尝试攀岩是什么感觉。我穿戴整齐，面对着高大的岩石板，深吸了一口，使劲抓着凸出来的岩石，又抬起脚踩在岩石上，快速地往上爬，这让我不禁偷笑，我竟然会攀岩。“啊”可是刚一不留神，踏空了，我尖叫了一声，开始有点害怕，不知道怎么手、脚配合，竟有了放弃的念头。可是，我低头一望，猛然发现爸爸正用鼓励的眼神望着我……

我鼓足勇气把手放在岩石上，慢慢地往上爬，终于，爬到了顶峰，虽然很累，手脚都磨破皮了，但是我很欣慰，我能用自己的力量面对着挫折，找回了自信。

挫折，并不是我们人生中的“拦路虎”，只是一座桥，只要走过这座桥，就会成功。
