我最喜欢玩陀螺。下课了，我飞快地跑到操场上，玩我心爱的大陀螺，和同学们比赛。

开始比赛了！我和同学们一起说：“一、二、三，发。”我发出的陀螺像飞转的车轮，呼呼直转，力道十足把别人的陀螺乱撞。有一个同学用绳子把他的陀螺移到我的陀螺的边上对撞。我想：我的陀螺这么厉害，你的陀螺跟我的陀螺对撞，那真是小巫见大巫。我的陀螺一阵猛撞，把这个同学的陀螺撞的东倒西歪，但很快我的陀螺快支撑不住了。这时，另有一位同学要跟我赛陀螺，谁怕他，我要跟他拼个你死我活。但这位同学刚赢了两场陀螺对撞赛，他的陀螺也没剩多大力道了。我看到这情况，灵机一动，悄悄地对他说：“先等一下，让我俩一起，先把正与我对抗的陀螺打败，然后我们再来对撞。”这同学一听，这正是他获胜的又一次好机会，我们就齐心合力，互相联手，把与我对撞的陀螺一下子干掉了。

下午第三节课，天气晴朗，我们二年级的同学怀着喜悦的心情和家长们来到操场上。我们组共有十位同学参加比赛，家长和我们并排站着。李老师把比赛的过程讲了一边说：大家请注意，这十位家庭用一根布条，每一组家庭到了终点才能把布条给另一个家庭。；还用不能出白线除了白线犯规矩就不能参加了。李老师说开始比赛，操场上顿时响起一片加油声。第一组是徐子轩一家，他的妈妈给他们系上布条准备比赛，比赛开始了我们班的选手都像火箭一样冲出去。我是最后一个，轮到我了我爸爸没有时间，我和我姑父一组妈妈给我们系上布条。姑父一边走一边喊着：一二一；我和姑父竭尽全力冲出去，我听到同学们在为我们家油，我和姑父加快了速度到达了终点。我才喘了一口气，我们班得了第一名，同学们和家长都高兴得跳了起来。

今天的活动真好玩，让我明白了友谊第一，比赛第二，以后再有这样的活动一定还会参加的。

“英语节”的活动真是花样百出，有画海报、抽奖券、看英语电影……真是让我眼花缭乱，兴奋不已。其中，最好玩的就是抽奖券和“圣诞老人抽幸运班级”啦！

活动现场一进门，哇，好多人耶！原来是英语老师正在为同学分发幸运奖券呢！我和王怡然立马奔向傅老师。啊！轮到我了！我紧张地把手伸进神秘的袜子里，心中充满了期待。呦……是一个棒棒糖，没有中奖，但有糖果吃也不错啦！

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

I also realize that only those who bring happinefor others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. 这一天下午的第三节课是我们一年级、二年级三年级和其他的年级，这一节课就是我们这几个年级的课外活动的时间。这届课外活动让我很开心，开心的原因是我们玩了，玩得很开心。下面我给你们讲讲吧。

在这一节课之中我们先围着操场跑一圈，如果跑好了就可以玩了。我们跑完之后，老师说我们跑得什么都不是，但是老师还是让我们玩了。玩的游戏是抱球。在玩的过程中，老师先把我们男生和女生个分成两队，意思是男生两队，女生两队。器材是是四个呼啦圈，和六个足球，两个呼啦圈里各放三个足球。游戏规则是把一个呼啦圈里的三个球有一个同学抱得大概差不多抱两个小同学，是瘦的同学的腰围那么大。游戏开始了第一组的同学开始了，第一个同学抱到对方的一个同学的呼啦圈里。然后对方的第二个人就抱到对方的那里，我们就这样一直玩了下去。

这就是课外活动。

今天，在我们班举行了一次有意义的活动：表演猜成语。首先，老师说明了比赛规则。为了使游戏进展顺利，还让我做了示范。

规则介绍完了，比赛正式开始。老师将我们分成了两个组，一个甲组，一个乙组。两队互不相让，话语中都带着火药味。给我留下印象最深的那得说说付明豫同学表演的“鹏程万里”。首先，他装作一条鱼，甲组同学都以为是毛毛虫。接着，他又变成了一只鸟。我看了看，说：“毛毛虫变蝴蝶。”全班不仅哄堂大笑，笑的和重了1000万大奖似的，而且老师也已一种不太好的表情提醒我，“错了!错了!”就算付明豫不说结果，我也知道是对是错了。最后实在想不起来了，连成语字典都上了场。但没有用，第一轮结束，乙队得一分。

我们也不能总是受欺负，紧接着，我上去了，顺便带着一瓶水。然后，带着这瓶水，在教室的讲台上转来转去。甲组的有人说：“转来转去。”虽然这会没有上回笑的那么欢天喜地，但起码和神经病差不多了。

又过了大约20秒，有人说：“拖泥带水。”听到这个结果，我的脸一下子垂到了腰上。没错，是拖泥带水。

最后，甲队比我们多一分，取得了胜利。这会，甲组的同学们笑得已经疯了。

[记一次有意义的活动课外活动作文

今天下午第三节课是我们的课外活动，我们来到操场，练了队列就开始自由活动了。

我来到齐莫溪的这一组，我们要玩狼人杀喽。我们围成一个圈坐下，刘叶当裁判，第一局我是预言家，我高兴的上蹿下跳。游戏开始我们都转过身去闭住了眼，明明进展的好好的，可是，到了法师请睁眼的时候，居然没有人回过身子来，我们就问：“谁是法师呀？”过了一会儿，才知道，法师原来是史怡珂，哎，我们只好重来一局。

第二局，我竟然是个平民！我很生气，就给刘叶说起来了，为什么我没有特殊能力？为什么？我气得不跟他们玩了，我找到了秦晨溪我要和她踢毽子，起初我踢给她，她没接着；她踢给我，我没有接着。我们就一直踢着，可是过了一会儿我的心思就不在踢毽子上了，我又跑去找罗嘉仪，我又找了罗浩天，宋思雨找我们来踢毽子，我们组团踢，可是我和罗浩天都想要罗嘉仪，然后我们就进行了一场“格斗”，最终我们谁也没有赢，可是罗嘉仪选择了我，哈哈哈，太棒了，耶。最后我和罗嘉仪玩了起来。

刘志老师不但教我们感恩父母，而且教我们感恩老师。

老师说：“当你们在操场上嬉戏的时候，老师在办公室里备课;当夜深人静的时候，老师在批改作业。老师不停地位你们付出，而你们呢?”这时候，大家都低下了头。

听完这节生动的感恩教育课，我觉得不懂得感恩的人，就不是一个活生生的人，就对不起这个“人”字称号。

下午第三节课，课外活动的铃声响了，同学们像潮水一般涌向了操场，去参加自己喜爱的活动，寂静的校园顿时沸腾起来。

我们来到大操场荡秋千。我和我的好朋友欣喜地跨上秋千，两手紧紧地抓住铁绳，两脚用力的蹬呀。秋千越荡越高，我们越荡越快乐，简直成了小鸟在天空中飞翔。围观的同学不时发出一阵阵赞叹声和欢笑声。同时在秋千旁的荡桥上，一些同学正在使劲的摇荡桥。他们摇的多欢呀。只 见荡桥一低一高，一前一后，好像船儿在波浪中荡漾。

荡桥旁的滚筒上，一个胖胖的小朋友抓紧铁杆，两脚慢慢的踩着。渐渐的越踩越快，越踩越高兴，像一匹骏马在草原上奔驰。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩呀。

今天是星期二，是我们二年级的课外活动时间。李老师微笑着说；“一会儿，我们要参加跳跳球接力赛。”话音刚落，同学们就不约而同的欢呼起来，我也高兴极了。

我们来到操场，首先映入眼帘的就是那几个又大又圆的跳跳球，有黄的、红的、绿的，特别引人注目。我兴奋地跳了起来。心想：跳跳球一会我们就和你一起玩！

比赛开始了，每个班的第一个同学都奋力向前，不甘示弱。从前面看他们就向大海上的浪潮一样齐头并进、不分胜负。可没过一会，我们班稍微有点落后，同学们的加油声更大了，我们一起努力又赶了上来。只见，张艺铭用力地跳，每一次都跳得又快又远，我们的脸上露出了满意地笑容。快到我了，我特别激动，心砰砰地跳。可我默默地告诉自己要沉着，我紧紧地盯着迎面来跳跳球，我跺着脚、摆着手，嘴里还不停地喊着：“快点，快点！”终于该我了，我飞快地抓住跳跳球的“大耳朵”，急忙坐上去，屁股往下一压，双腿向后一蹬，在往前一跳，感觉自己跳得好远啊！就像在飞一样。就这样向前跳啊，跳啊。可是好景不长，我刚跳到中间，不知怎么的，我从球上滑了下来。可是我不灰心，立马站起来又继续往前跳，到终点了，我紧张的心情一下子平静了下来。

比赛结束了，我们回到了教室。我想今天的课外活动真有趣，以后还想参加这样的活动！

Here is an introduction of my schools part time activity.It is my honor to show you .and today I would like to tell you something about the part time activities in my school. Our school has various activities outside class.the activities begin at 4;20 and end at 520 everyday.the groups on different subjects including go out visit, sightseeing, speech contests, art festival, volunteer activities, sports meeting and so on.

今天我们来到操场，玩游戏。刚来到操场，许多班级都以整齐的步子跑步。中间，却只有很少的班级在玩游戏。我们就是其中之一。

我们班许多人都在玩，有的人玩跳绳，有的人玩打篮球，有的人玩投沙包，还有的帮赵师傅忙的，大家都在快乐中玩耍。而我是在打篮球。

首先我们先分组。郝思恩、赵一凡、齐华宇一组。我、李申浩、要是康一组。很快，激烈的球赛开始了。

裁判把球高高的扔上去，我们两队在周围抢球。敌人那队先抢着球了，我围上去，他来个“出其不意，攻其不备。”，转了个弯，就把我甩在身后了。他又传给另一个人，那个人投来投去也没投中。最后，还是被我们几个抢了，我抱着球，往后走，一不小心，给摔倒了，大家都涌上来。然后，都跑去抢球了。

我又站起来，跟着去抢，敌人队的两个人配合的很默契，他们一个投，一个传。我们也在周围抢着，拦着。球从篮球框掉下来了，我连忙捡起来，拍了又拍，一边拍一边往右边走，其中一个人也跟着我的脚步。我走一步，他走一步。就这样，我就这样跟他耗了几分钟，然后，就把球扔给李申浩，可悲的是，竟然被敌人队的一个人抢去了。他们又开始投球。

终于，他们在一次投球时，投进了。我心里很着急，想：为什么就是抢不着，是我们太弱，还是他们太强？突然，眼前有一位技术高明的篮球手，他就开始抢，抢了好几次，都抢着了，并且全部都投中了。我真厉害，但是事实中的我，却并不是想的那样厉害。抢也没抢找，头也没投中。

我们就在这激烈的比赛中抢来抢去，裤子破了，手划伤了，脸被打了。但我们依然很开心，一直在打。他们一直在传来传去，你传给我，我传给你。我们队的人都被他们激怒了，把“看家本领”都使出来了，我抢，你传，我拍，你投。终于，我们投进了一球。

时间到了，老师叫我们集合，我们一边拍这球一边跑到对中去，心里依然是那么开心。开心的走着，一路上有说有笑。

这时，老师让我们集合了，说让各组排练课本剧，说排练什么都可以，这才让我心里好受一点。经过我们的精心挑选，选了个大家不仅愿意看还挺简单的，是《三国演义》中的《草船借箭》。以我的想法，我当然适当诸葛亮了，可是，我却让我们组比我语言表达更好的张思佳扮演了诸葛亮，至于我嘛，就当了周瑜周公瑾。王佳穆当鲁肃，刘宇帆和薛铭标当士兵，胡皖俪当主持人，我们来练了一会儿，就集合了。

这一次课外活动，说实话，就排练是我的心情还高兴点，不过，这次课外活动真的很精彩。

在现代紧张忙碌的社会中，人们经常需要适时的休闲活动来纾解自己紧绷的压力及情绪。人们借由休闲活动除了可以提升工作效率之外，医学也证明适度的休闲活动可以提高身体的免疫能力，可见休闲活动对身处在现代的我们是多么的重要!

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!
