有一次，爸爸带我去游泳，我换上了游泳裤，戴上了游泳圈和游泳镜。看见游泳池里的人真多啊!我迫不及待的想下水游泳，我勇敢的一下子跳了下去。呀!哎哟!冷得只打哆嗦。还被水呛了几大口，我对水有了新的认识，我开始有点害怕水了。而爸爸却像一条小金鱼一样轻松的游着，我很羡慕，我也要学会游泳。在我二年级的时候，爸爸把我带到游泳训练班学游泳，我兴奋极了，终于可以离开了游泳圈。第1次上课的时候老师先教我们学如何学飘，第2次上课的时候老师教我们学潜水，我慢慢的学会了游泳。

学会游泳后，我越来越喜欢游泳了。为了提高水平，我报名参加水晶宫游泳训练班，通过一年不断的坚持、努力训练，在参加了水晶杯游泳比赛中得了男子组自游泳第6名。这就叫功夫不负有心人。

游泳不仅锻炼了我的身体，增长了我的本领，还磨练了我的意志和胆量。

nowadays more and more people have the habitat of exercise,because in this way,people can keep health.and in these sports,my favourite sport is swimming.swimming can not only take good effection to my health,but also keep me fit.

swimming makes me enjoyable,when i swim, i feel i am just like a free fish,i like the feeling that you can enjoy the endless freedom.

swimming makes me confident,when i swim so fast that i can hear the brisk voice of the water,i think i am the best swimmer,though maybe somebody swims faster than me ,but i keep the good feeling and high spirit.

i like swimming, it makes me positive and happy,i will insist on this hobby all the time.

During my secondary school years I often liked to go to the recreation room to play table tennis. Some of my classmates were very good at this game and I often tried to compete with them to improve my skill. In high school I spent many hours playing outdoor sports. I enjoyed team sports like basketball and volleyball. In my senior year I started to practice tennis. Sometimes I would find a partner to play tennis with me, but as yet I am not very good at this sport. Tennis requires great strength in the arms and legs as well as strong concentration on the game.

在我读中学的日子里，我常到活动室打乒乓球。我有些同学精于此道，我常与他们对抗以提高自己的技术。读高中时，我把大量的时间用来做户外运动，我喜欢团队的运动项目，比如篮球和排球。临毕业那年，我开始练乒乓球。有时我可以找到一个同伴陪我打，但是我打得不是很好。打乒乓球不仅需要强壮的臂力和腿部力量，还需要集中精力。

有的人喜欢打篮球，有的人喜欢踢足球，还有的人喜欢打乒乓球……而我却喜欢打羽毛球。

小时候看着别人打羽毛球真羡慕，心想要是有一天我也会打羽毛球该有多好啊。现在终于长大了，也可以学打羽毛球了。

刚开始学的时候，我以为很容易，不就是让一个小球弹来弹去嘛。可是玩起来才发现，就因为它太小了，所以飞得太快，根本不好掌握。

爸爸先给我教发球，这可是个看起来容易做起来难的动作。首先要把球抛起来，还要把拍子拿平，拿歪了会打飞，而且连眼睛也要配合，否则不打中球。费了九牛二虎之力，我终于学会了发球。

有一次，我和段闯比赛。我先发了一个超低球，他马上回了我一个下旋，由于旋得太低，我没接住，第一局也就失败了。第二局开始了，我发现他有点得意忘形，就趁这个大好时机发了个高球，他还没回过神来就输给了我。关键看第三局，他的上旋没发好，我超常发挥来了个扣球，赢得了比赛。

通过打羽毛球，我既锻炼了身体，又交了许多朋友，还让我的烦恼全都跑到了九霄云外，同时也悟出了一个道理：做任何事都要持之以恒，只有坚持才能胜利。

I believe everybody has their own hobby. Different people have different hobbies. For me, my hobby is music.

Ilike music very much. It is magical for me. It gives me the sense of happiness.

It can make me happy when I am sad. I will listen to music every day. I listen to it on my way home and school, before fall asleep in bed and eat.

Sometimes I will try to sing songs.

我相信每个人都有他自己的爱好。不同的人的爱好是不一样的。对于我来说，我的爱好是音乐。我非常喜欢音乐。对我来说音乐是很神奇的。

它能给我带来幸福感。在我难过的时候它可以让我开心起来。我每天都听音乐。在上学回家路上，睡前，吃饭的时候我都会听音乐。有时候我会试着唱歌。

我最喜欢的体育运动

体育，可以强身健体，让我们身心愉悦，让我们的身体更加健康！在那诸多的体育运动中，我最喜欢的体育运动莫过于跳高这项能增强腿部力量的运动。

我最喜欢跳高了！在跳高时的感觉是什么呢？那感觉莫过于解说词中最常出现的一句话：我们在半空中划出一道优美的弧线，只要努力，用劲儿，总会跳过栏杆，取得一个好成绩的！

我为什么喜欢跳高呢？因为我小时候每次一看到电视上体育节目有跳高比赛我都会激情澎湃，目不转睛地盯着电视看，那是在小时候我认为跳高是一项很酷的运动的原因。况且我在身体方面也是很符合跳高运动员的要求，所以，我最喜欢跳高。

跳高仿佛是我的好伙伴，每当测试跳高时，我都能获得95分以上的好成绩；每当学校运动会有跳高比赛时，我虽然可能排不上年级的名次，但是我的成绩依然很优异；每当老师留《我喜欢的体育运动》这类作文时，我依然会写跳高，因为它已不仅是我较擅长的一个体育运动，而已经是我的一个体育伙伴！

啊！我最喜欢的体育运动是跳高！
