How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. 我非常喜欢糖果。在我生日那天，我奶奶给了我一袋糖果。水果糖果是我的最爱。它们五颜六色。香蕉糖果是黄色的，草莓糖果是红色的，苹果糖果是绿色的。我妈妈不想让我吃太多的糖果，它对牙齿不好。

我爱打篮球打篮球,是我最喜欢的运动。只要有一天不打,我心里总是不舒服,不踏实。

每周一电视上播放的《篮球公园》节目我都要看,我最爱看的还是NBA的篮球比赛,在NBA的篮球比赛中,巨星汇萃,每一场比赛都打得十分精彩,引人入胜。我崇拜很多篮球明星,比如篮球飞人迈克尔·乔丹,篮板王丹尼斯·罗德曼等。

是从1年级开始打篮球的。那时,我投篮命中率非常低,更别说什么控球技术一类的了。由于我在这两年中的不懈努力,我的篮球技术提高了很多。我经常与一些初中生一起打篮球。

我觉得打篮球是一种很有意义的活动。首先,打篮球是一种集体运动,是几个队员组成一组和另一个组比赛,所以篮球比赛可以表现出一种集体主义的相互配合的精神。

篮球运动对身体也有很大好处。自从我打篮球后,身体一天天强壮有力,再也不像从前那样经不起风吹雨打,经常感冒。在家中,我经常可以帮助妈妈干一些重体力的家务活。妈妈常常自豪地向邻居们说:“我的儿现在已成我的好帮手了。”我喜欢篮球运动,我愿篮球伴随着我的一生。
