自从上了初中，我便越发地喜欢体育了。

开学以来，我们每节必修的内容便是跳绳和四百米了，偶尔也会有六百米，立定跳远或拉韧带，其实说白了，我喜欢体育的原因就是我在这两个方面都有明显的进步。

先说说四百米吧，刚开始跑时，我还是担心的，毕竟长跑不是我的长项。后来每一节课都有了这我不太喜欢的必修内容。可是每当开始跑，我便开始想：我一定要跑得比上次好！每当身后一位同学快追上来或与前面的同学距离缩小，我便会捉住这个机会反超一位同学或因为名次而拼尽全力，毕竟谁会愿意在快超越自我时放弃呢？就这样，我的跑步名次一直处于进步和不退步的状态。我清楚地记得，本学期班内共测了七次四百米，我的名次分别是七，六，五，三，三，三，三。而所用时长又分别是一分四十八，一分五十二，一分四十二，一分三十八，一分四十二第六次未计时，最后一次是一分三十四。其实我能进步全凭这么一句话：我一定要跑得比上次好！也正是这一句话，让我爱上了四百米。

至于跳绳，我小学时，一直是一百四十多个。经过这一个学期的训练，今天考试就跳到了一有百七十八个。以前我只会单摇、倒编花、一带一和十人八字跳。在这学期的一次体育课上，老师让大家跳双摇，我三年级时试过几回，都以失败告终，后来就在也没试过。于是我便尝试着跳一个结果没想到我竟然学会了双摇！这个惊喜也正是让我更爱跳绳的原因。

此外，一次六百米也不算差，三分零八，第五名；立定跳远也由一米五长到了一米七；体前屈还没测过，不过四年级测过一回，二十厘米，当时的第一，不过一个男生又做了第二次，从十九到了二十一，我便成了第二。

其实一句话来说，我之所以喜欢体育，就是因为它带给我快乐，也因为一次次的进步鼓励着我继续向前冲！

我最喜欢的运动是骑脚踏车，脚踏车就象是我的宝贝，骑脚踏车时我会甩尾、翘轮子、放双手等。回想我第一次骑车，一上车就跌倒，也曾经骑太快结果按了一下煞车，我就连人带车翻了好几圈，因此大腿破皮了。还有一次，跟妈妈和姐姐一起去骑脚踏车，骑到半路，一台摩托车疾驶而过撞了我一下，我就像空中飞人一样在半空中翻了个大筋斗，所以骑车千万要注意，不要边骑边玩耍。

就是因为这件事，我爱上了跑步，与跑步接上了不解之缘。正是因为这件事，每次跑步时，总能想到那震耳欲聋的掌声，这就是我最喜欢的一项运动--跑步，它不但让我获得了荣誉，而且使我锻炼了身体，我很喜欢它！

Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well as popular.

在所有的交通工具中，我最喜欢的是自行车。它很便宜也很受欢迎。

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover, bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise myself, which is healthful to me.

骑自行车有很多优点。首先，骑自行车使我感到独立。有了自行车我可以去任何地方。尤其是上下班时间，我仍然可以自由的移动。其次，使用自行车有利于环境保护，因为它不排放任何废气。此外，骑自行车也是一种很好的运动。骑自行车，对我来说是很健康的，我可以锻炼自己。

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor activity for me, I think.

在我的空闲时间，我经常骑自行车在市区或者乡村到处走走，为的是自我放松。我觉得那对我来说真的是一个很好的户外活动。

韩愈曾在《师说》里写道：“师者，所以传道受业解惑也。”对此我的理解是：老师不只是简单的教书匠，还要教授学生为人处事的道理和主动学习的可贵品质，一位好的老师如一个知己，亦师亦友。

在我转学后便遇到了这样一位好老师——刘老师。她有一头乌黑的长发，带着一副白边框眼镜，一双眼睛炯炯有神，若不是脸上的皱纹透露了秘密，谁也看不出来她已人到中年。

转学那天，我早早到了教室，见有几个同学就打了声招呼，然后到座位上坐下。刚准备读书，便听到同学说老师来了。我抬眼一望，一个中年的女老师走进教室，手里只拿了一本语文书，步调轻盈走到讲台旁。脸上毫无笑意，十分端庄，不禁令人心中生起了敬畏之情。不过后来发现，那种敬畏并不是令人敬而远之，而是令人敬爱与尊重。

课堂上，她的声调抑扬顿挫，准确生动，引领我们探索分析课文。老师分析细腻，让人很容易理解，我不由得心里生起一种敬佩之情。下课后，她并没有离开教室，而是把目光转移到我身上。她向我走过来，脸上的严肃化为了笑容。她问我之前在哪儿上学，叫什么名字，课有没有听懂，我一一答复，最后她还说讲了几句鼓励我的话，让我好好学习。她对我这个初来乍到的转校生的关心，使我倍感温暖，原来这位看起来严肃的老师是如此的平易近人，和蔼可亲。

老师在讲课时很严肃，那样子确实令人敬畏。记得一次上课，老师出去了一趟，几个调皮的同学说了几句话。班里同学们一句又一句就炸开了锅，都在窃窃私语。没过一会，老师回来了，大家都静了。可有几个孩子趁老师在黑板上写字的时候，又说了几句话，班里又闹了起来。这时，刘老师转过头来，脸上的笑容瞬间凝固。她提高了语调，大家才停了下来，可老师的表情却越来越严肃，“唰”的一声书被合上了。眼里充满气愤，脸紧绷着，接着便开始对我们提出了严厉的批评。她苦口婆心告诫我们，我们只得低头默默在心里对老师检讨着自己。

刘老师就是让我们对她既敬畏而又敬重，让我对她记忆深刻，师者便是这样吧！
