Sports and games build our bodies, prevent us from getting too fat, and keep us healthy. They also give us valuable practice in helping the eyes, brain and muscles to work together. 昨天放学后，我和同学“小布丁”一起去小区里的健身器材旁去跳绳。

“小布丁”是我们给她取的一个外号，因为她很爱吃布丁，说的话也是甜言蜜语，像是给我们吃了一个甜布丁一样。她不但学习成绩好，而且体育更棒，也是我们班的体育委员，特别是跳绳，技术比我高好几倍。不过这次居然是我向她下战书，向她挑战跳绳。

家乡的冬天不仅为我们呈现一种冰清玉洁的美景，还为我们创造了一个天然冰雪游乐园。有时候，雪会下上好几天，地上雪厚厚的，我们小孩子们便呼朋引伴地跑出来，撒了欢儿地玩。分成两伙打雪仗，随手抓一把雪就是武器，打到“敌人”身上，打中了，成功的喜悦油然而生;又不担心真的会把伙伴弄伤，衣服弄脏，就尽情地追逐嬉闹。雪钻到脖子里，倏地一下被激情融化了;手套鞋子都湿了直冒热气，玩得太投入寒冷就忘了。

玩累了，一起滚雪球堆个雪人，漂亮的小雪人会陪伴我们整个冬天。最有趣的是我们一起爬上一个大雪堆，排成一溜儿长队，一个一个往下滑，刚开始还不怎么顺畅，但就这样几次轮回，自制的滑冰道就好了，而且越来越滑，后面的将前面的一推，前面的就“嗖”的一下滑出去，又刺激又好玩，我们乐此不疲，总是要等到妈妈们叫着喊着我们回家，我们才会恋恋不舍地离开。寒假的时候，爸爸妈妈还会带我们去欣赏雪雕、冰雕，到大型滑雪场享受无比刺激的滑雪圈带来的快乐。
