我学习游泳是因为我觉得游泳好玩.第一节课时,我还戴着背浮、打腿板和水袖，第二节课时，我就可以不拿打腿板了，可是我的动作不好了，教练严厉地对我说：“你怎么动作做不好呢?是收、翻、蹬、夹、停，你怎么不停呢?”我非常气愤，心想：这不是存心挑我毛病吗?后来教练又鼓励我，叫我每天睡觉前练一次，我练习了一次又一次，终于练会了。教练先让我只戴背浮，不是我自吹自擂，我游得真的很棒，教练又让我只戴水袖，我游得也不错。我主动提出要什么都不戴自己游一圈，教练竟然八答应了。没想到，我游得很棒，还和教练击掌“耶”了一下，我的努力真是没有白费啊!

我学会了游泳，我好开心啊!

我最喜欢的运动员是中国女排姑娘王一梅.

王一梅她胖胖的,身高1米91,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

只有20岁的一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!
