今天早晨阳光明媚，我兴高采烈的去观看了健美操比赛。

我来到体育馆，比赛即将开始。我的好朋友开心排在第二个，她是小学组的三人操。首先登场的是初中五人健美操比赛。只见大哥哥大姐姐们个个在那全神贯注的比赛。他们的的伴奏我一下就听出来了：小苹果。只见他们跳得整齐划一，得到了全场观众们的喝彩。接着是我的好朋友开心上才场了，我好紧张!只见她们精神抖擞的向裁判致敬，紧接着音乐响起，她们弯腰、展臂、踢腿、跳跃，做得干净利落，音乐停止，她们完美结束!她们最后得分是14。65。有几个高难度的动作看的我手心冒汗。真是台上一分钟，台下十年功。下面来了一队穿着五光十色队服的队员们，其中还有一名很胖的小妹妹，我和妈妈都怀疑那位小妹妹怎么能跳得起来的呢?哈哈!

男子单人健美操第一组的大哥哥在比赛中时不时来个飞跃，真是太优美了。还有第五组的那个男生，还在那扭屁股呢。怎么看都像是个女生，我都差点吐了，结果他只得了7。96分。还有一名男生像小金鱼跳舞一样，跳得非常娴熟，取得了小学部男子单人健美操比赛的冠军。

我也暗暗下定决心，也要好好练好健美操，以后有机会能参加这样的比赛，锻炼自己的胆量。无论是做操还是学习都要下功夫。

Students in our school have one thing in common- an interest in sports. According to their different intentions in taking part in sports, they fall into three groups.

Many students go to the playground when they tired after a few hours of study, These students put much more tress on their study efficiency than the fun of sports, They just want to go back to their classrooms from the playground with a clearer and quicker mind. Thus they dont actually care whether they can enjoy themselves on theplayground. Most of them choose long distance running, the kind of exercise which few real sports enthusiasts like. So this group of students can be well labeled as study-- oriented participation.

Students that make up the second group are real sports lovers. Sometimes they even put aside their studies for a match. They take part in the sport that interests them most, not caring whether it is most beneficial to their health. They may be called fun-oriented sports participants.

The third group want beauty from sports. Boys want to become strong; girls want to be slim and graceful. Those who consider sports the only way of reducing weight also belong to this group. They are very careful in choosing the kind of exercise they do, and are afraid that certain sports may ruin their figures. Horizontal bars and parallel bars are the boys choice, and the hula hoop is now the girls favorite. The appropriate name for this group may be beauty - oriented sports participants.

No matter which group we belong to, we all benefit from sports. If you look around the campus, you will find that bookworms have disappeared, and, instead, there are healthy, strong, clever, modernized students everywhere.

我喜欢的运动——篮球。喜欢篮球的的朋友应该都知道NBA，是一个篮球联盟。

这学期不知道什么时候，班上卷起了篮球热潮。不但男生打连女生也打篮球。

而我在班上篮球技术也是名列前茅的啊。班上没人不知道我三分王的名字，如果把我叫做小三井寿也当之无愧啊!

只要一讲到体育课不管男生还是女生每个人都有劲。

体育课一到，全班同学就立马下楼，到操场集合。然后等体育老师说解散才能解散。老师每次一说解散，我们便开始玩篮球。

开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖……进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。而且这运动还有更多的规则，不仅仅是这样，让我更加喜欢这运动的是，他让我认识到团队的重要性，也让我体会到了乐趣和友谊的重要性。

每个人都有自己喜欢的一名运动员，我最喜欢的运动员就是我国的女子体操小将——何可欣了。

到了8月18日，何可欣开始了女子高低杠的决赛，我早早的坐在电视前数着数：“一……二……”。到了到了!何可欣出场了，只见她满怀信心的上了高低杠，好!两个漂亮的空翻，接旋转翻。抓低杠……何可欣以16.725的好成绩与美国的体操名将柳金战成平手，最后，由于何可欣的有效分扣的比柳金少，夺得了高低杠冠军。

我最喜欢的一项体育运动就是踢毽子，毽子的外形很奇特，上面有许多像头发一样的毛，每一根毛就像一个小精灵，只要你踢它一下，它们就会欢快得跳起舞来，而且颜色繁多，可好看了！

终于有幸参加了学校组织的踢毽子比赛，当时的情景真是太精彩了。比赛的名称叫做欠债还债，这次比赛共分成了两组：男生一组，女生一组。比赛开始了，我们女生先踢，俗话说：女士优先，男士站旁边嘛！本来我们女生就爱踢毽子，所以我们一口气踢了65个，男生们却只踢了45个，后来我们越踢越多，把男生们打了个落花流水，最后垂头丧气的走了。而我们女生则是高兴得又是跳又是蹦的，可开心了！比赛开始时我们女生还很紧张，生怕踢不过男生，但是我们还是鼓起了勇气，继续作战。因为我们知道，坚持就是胜利。最后终于把男生打败了。

往事如风，曾经上过的课的记忆大多都随着时间慢慢流走，但是，英语兴趣班的一堂课，却一直萦绕在我的脑海里，每每想起都让我回味无穷。

那是一个春光明媚的下午，我照例来到英语学校上课。“Hello，Catherine！”一进门，就听见老师热情地对我打招呼，离上课还有十几分钟，老师正在做着课前准备，只见她一会儿低头在卡纸上写着单词，一会儿在黑板画一些迷宫似的格子和一些奇怪的图形，忙得像个团团转的陀螺。“这难道是新改版的飞行棋游戏？还是要玩迷宫？老师今天又准备了什么秘密武器？”此刻，我心里打了无数个问号。

Summer老师上课有时也会“开火车”。当我们前进到“America”(美国)的地盘上时，我们发现美国的版图不像中国是一大块集中在一起，而是有许多小块分布在各个地方，“这到底是怎么回事呢？”“为什么美国的版图上会东一块西一块的呢？”“这真是太奇怪了！”我们在下面窃窃私语，老师为了解答我们的疑惑，开始扯起了美国的地理，然后又扯起了美国的历史、文化，直到她下意识地看了看墙上的时钟，才发现“火车”开得太远了，可她还好像讲得意犹未尽，我们也听得意犹未尽。就这样，在玩玩闹闹中，我们就学会了很多的单词，收获了一些有趣的小知识，最重要的是我们始终努力着并快乐着。

王老师还很幽默。上课的时候，要是有小朋友没有坐好，就会被惩罚。惩罚什么呢？当然是扭屁股啦。为什么要表演扭屁股呢？理由是我们班的同学都是属猴的，王老师说我们的屁股都是红红的。我们很好奇，所以她要罚没坐好的同学把屁股举得高高，让全班同学来看看他的屁股是不是红红的。

我最喜欢的运动员是刘翔，刘翔是曾经是破了世界记录，是中国人的骄傲，我最喜欢的运动员。

他是从19xx年7岁时，刘翔被上海市管弄小学的校田径队教练仲锁贵选中练习田径，从此与体育结缘。1993年，四年级即将结束的时，刘翔被顾宝刚老师选入上海市普陀区少体校，主练跳高、辅练100米短跑等，开始了职业运动生涯。1995年，一次市100米跑比赛的机会，被上海体育运动技术学院田径队二线队教练方水泉看中，随后进入开始练习跨栏。1996年获得上海市少年田径锦标赛乙组冠军。这是刘翔记忆中获得的第一个跨栏冠军看跨栏运动员，跨向冠军之路的。

刘翔为了世界冠军一个人封闭式的训练，冠军只有一个，很多人和你一样，所以一定要加油，我会为你加油，喝采的。

说到我喜欢的运动，当然就是打羽毛球了，这是我从小就会的体育运动。

一个风和日丽的早晨，表哥约我到楼下去打羽毛球，我和妈妈拿着羽毛球急匆匆的跑到楼下。只见楼下有许多人都在打羽毛球。我们找了一块宽阔的空地，我和表哥做好了充分的准备。

于是，激烈的“家球赛”开始了。妈妈喊了一声：“开始!”我和表哥就投入到这场激烈的“家庭大战”中。先有表哥发球，他发了一个高吊球，妈妈突然说：“快后退，快后退!”听到喊声我急忙后退，我用球拍打了一个“仰天球”，表哥没注意，所以球落在了他的场地上，我赢了一球。

哥哥垂头丧气的坐在石头上，好像在想，我一定要扳回下一局。

第二局开始了，哥哥发球，我把球迎了过去，表哥没接住，又失了一球。“我又赢了!”我高兴的大叫起来。

A Sports Meeting校运会

Last Thursday and Friday, our school held the 40th sports meeting.It is one of the biggest activities each year in my school. All the students badly expect to it.All games in the sports meeting werevery exciting and running was the most intense.Class 4 Grade 3 did the best in the sports.They got the highest scores.My class won the third but it was the best in the six classes of my grade.Liang Wen and Qiu Lu are my classmates. They both won first in the running competition and high jump competition.There were other classmates got scores in other games.Although they didnt won the first, they tried their best.Friendship first, competition second.Winning was not our only purpose.The most important was that we were happy in this activity.

It is believed that summer is hot, very hot. But the summer sun is nothing to me, because I dont usually go out.

What I like to do best during the long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read, but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading. Endless assignments press down on me like a mountain. I feel confined and imprisoned. Once the summer vacation comes, however, I have all the time in the world to read and read . There are many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival most. Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering. Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are. Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve.

我最厉害的运动是跑步，当我在跑步时，我都会想像后面有一只老虎在追着我，再不跑就要被吃掉了，所以我每次在上体育课时，我都是女生里跑最快的，像个音速小子。我从小就很喜欢跑步，时常跌倒，只要我把裤管拉起来，大家都会看到我的腿上有着一个一个伤口，很好笑吧!

而我最喜欢的运动是游泳，每次我到游泳池，都会迫不期待地跳下水，在水面上游过来又游过去，接着浅到水底下玩，直到我快没有气时，才会从水里探出头来，我还会自由式、仰式、蛙式和蝶式等游泳方式，所以爸爸都笑我是小小游泳健将呢!

运动不只让我的身体健康，还让我享受到许多乐趣，我一定要养成天天运动的好习惯，也许长大后还会成为一位运动高手喔!

Hedgehog still have a kind of magic power, it is not only can swim, can catch a snake in the water! A hedgehog can swim because it lives in the bushes, afraid of hot, so can swim. It will catch a snake because it not only like to eat snakes, and the snake is cartilage, is afraid of the hedgehog.

I really want to know why the hedgehog has so many hard thorns? Did they to protect themselves, and evolve? Should be like this? Every time see little hedgehog, I think so.

This is my idea of a small animal, a hedgehog. Needless to say how much I like it.

四只小短腿，一个胖乎乎，并带刺的身体，加上小巧的脑袋和柔软的腹部。凑成了可爱机灵的小刺猬。

小刺猬很可爱，它的全身，除了腹部，其他部分全都长满了刺，像一个小刺球。真是人见人爱。

刺猬的刺可是它的武器，每当遇到天敌时，它就会缩成一个可怕的刺球，就连凶猛的野猪也拿它没办法。

刺猬的爪子有老鹰的爪子那样锐利，所以，这还是刺猬捕捉其他小动物的好帮手之一呢!

在瓜地里，它还是远近闻名的“偷瓜贼”，它“偷”瓜的方法可和人类摘瓜的方法不一样哦——每当夜幕降临，小刺猬就会偷偷窜到瓜地里，将瓜皮刺进背上的“钢刺”里，然后，一翻身，就背着瓜溜走了。

刺猬还有一种神奇的本领，就是不仅会游泳，还会在水里抓蛇!刺猬会游泳是因为它生活在灌木丛内，怕热，所以会游泳。它会抓蛇是因为它不仅仅喜欢吃蛇，而且，蛇是软骨组织，是怕刺猬的。

我很想知道刺猬为什么身上有那么多的硬刺?难道是它们为了保护自己，而演化出来的吗?应该是这样的吧?每当看到小刺猬时，我都这么想。

这就是我心目中的小动物——刺猬。不用说我是多么喜欢它了。

我家的小狗的毛是雪白雪白的，宛如雪落在小狗身上似的，漂亮极了！一双眼睛水汪汪的，好似刚刚下过一场春雨，雨点掉进了他眼里似的；它长着长长的尾巴，假如街边的尘土多，就可以用尾巴把尘土扫得干干净净的。

有一次放学回家，我去看小狗。我那着骨头引它来吃，但它不但不吃，还一动不动的，好象被什么烦住了。原来，小狗就要生宝宝了……

I loved the puppy more when I was born. But the good times dont last long unfortunate thing happened. One day, the puppy squatted in the parking place of mother. When mother came back, mother could not see it for a while, and the dog fell asleep again. I didnt know. At this moment, mother parked the car in that position. Just then, the puppy was killed by his mother. I was so sad when I saw the scene that I cried for 2 hours.

到了这个时候，我对小狗的感情依然还是那么深，我对小狗的死感到恋恋不舍。小狗，我爱你。
