我最喜欢的老师，是英语蔡慧老师！

因为她温柔、善良、漂亮，还很关心我们。她有一个小巧玲珑的鼻子，还有一双水灵灵的大眼睛和一个红樱桃般的小嘴巴，她是多么的美丽啊！就算你只看过一眼，也会令你难以忘却。

今天我在楼梯上玩，正好从楼梯上蹦了下来的那一刹那，被蔡老师看见了，她并没有批评我，反而对我说：“小心一点啊！别摔跤了。”

蔡老师在英语课的时候，说话的声音都非常得和蔼可亲，娓娓动听，我特别喜欢听她说话的声音。她给我们上英语课的时候都是很有耐心的，我们读错了，她并不会批评我们，只会让我们多读几遍，让我们感觉到，她嘴上虽然没有说，但是她是用多读几遍来提醒我们的。就因为这样，我喜欢上了蔡老师。

I like summer best because I can have a very happy time then. Every summer I stay at my uncles house in the country for some time and enjoy the life there. 和坐飞机一样，映入眼帘的是：地上的景物像袖珍博物馆里具体而微的模型；但不同的是：水清沙白、椰林树影的热带美景，都已跳脱窗框，自由的在我的脚下伸展摇曳；还有清凉的海风拂过我的脸颊，在我的耳边轻声低唱，使我全身的细胞都有一种说不出来的舒畅！我真是爱死了这项运动！

玩过拖曳伞后，我更能体会到莱特兄弟对飞行的热爱，那种像小鸟一样，飞入云端的滋味，如果不曾亲身体验，那真是太可惜了！爸爸答应今年暑假还要带我去玩拖曳伞，随着身体的起飞，把烦恼和压力也一起抛到九霄云外。啊！我真期待暑假赶快到来，让我可以再次凌空飞翔！

这个玩法很好玩，有的被锁里面了，想出来的话就要让你的队友加油，这考验的是队友之间的团结和默契。在这个游戏中我学会了和队友团结。当我的队友被对方锁起来时，我心里很着急，我需要更努力去拼打，把自己的队友给救出来，当队友得救的时候，我心里激动得就像中了大奖一样。

第二个玩法叫“争庄”。如果是三个人玩，第一个人和第二个人打，看谁输谁赢。我们玩的这个游戏就是“争庄”。如果其中一个赢了，他就要和第三个人打；如果还是这个人赢，还和第一个输的人打，得让第二个人发球，如果还是第二个人输了，就要让第三个人和第一个人打；如果第三个人赢了，第一和第三个人就要再打三个球，如果还是第三个人赢，那么第三个人就是庄主了，两外两位称作挂号的人。如果庄主发球，挂号的那个人接住了球，那个人就应该让给另外一个挂号的人打。在游戏中，我一做庄主，基本上要和另外的人打20分钟才会下来。

在这个游戏中，需要你有恒心、毅力。当你做上了庄主的时候，又被另一个人打了下来，你不要沮丧，不要放弃，这时你要更加努力，振作起来，把他打下来。在这个过程中，我不能输了就着急，要心静如水才会赢的几率更高一点儿。

乒乓球运动不但对我锻炼眼力有益，还对我身体健康有好处，还让我变的聪明，还能考验我的耐心，还有拼搏精神，所以我毫不犹豫地就喜欢上了它。

我最喜欢的运动我最喜欢的运动是乒乓球，因为乒乓球是我们的国球，运动员每次在大赛中总是拿j金牌，我最喜欢的运动作文。我十分羡慕这些运动员，所以想成为一个很棒的运动员。

打乒乓球比我想象中的难多了。别人在玩耍、看电视的时候，我却要去练球，手不停的挥着，接老师打过来的球。脚要不停的换位子，眼睛死死的盯着球，要集中精力，稍不留神没接着球，就挨老师批评。一个动作要练上百遍，直到老师满意为止，才能停下来休息。刚开始还能坚持，后来我还在家里发了几次脾气说要放弃打球，可最终还是去了，因为我最喜欢的运到就是它。

我打算以后练球坚持到底。还要学习别人打球的时候，怎么接住难球的技巧。所以我不但要自己刻苦练球，还经常看一些冠军打球。比如说王浩、马琳等。他们不但技术好，还有不放弃，不服输的拼搏精神，给了我很大的影响。运到能让人变得坚强、勇敢，也让我长大了不少。全家人都支持我学习乒乓球。就凭我这对乒乓球的热爱，加上我的努力，我一定会成为世界冠军。
