运动是一种良好的消遣活动。当我们无聊时候，我们可以用运动来消遣，使心情愉快消除压力。而且，有了运动的兴趣，其它一切不正当的娱乐也可以避免。运动能使身体日渐强壮、精神饱满、培养良好的体能，也可以增强身体的抵抗力，使我们的身体健康有活力。有人说：“健康的乞丐，甚于多病的国王”。所以我要天天运动，持之以恒不可一曝十寒。

运动有好多种：打球、赛跑、爬山、远足…，我喜欢骑自行车—可以增进骨骼、肌肉发展;游泳——能帮助血液循环，增强心肺功能;跑步——能促进新陈代谢、舒展身心、锻炼身体，增进身体健康。我喜欢赛跑竞赛输赢的刺激感，运动后满身大汗、精疲力尽全身舒畅的感觉。然而，运动给我的启示不在于输赢，而是在于锻炼身体，并且培养团结合作的精神。

我爱运动。适当的运动的运动，才能拥有健康的身体。运动的选择最好能符合自己的兴趣和年龄，并且不宜过于激烈，以免造成了意外和伤害，不可不谨慎。希望人人都运动，大家都健康。

今天，秋高气爽、万里无云。圣荣小学的操场上彩旗飘扬。究竟是在干吗？原来是在举行一年一度的秋季运动会。、

运动会开始了。首先举行的是运动会开幕式。这次的运动会开幕式和往日的运动会开幕式不太一样。这次的运动会开幕式跟化妆舞会差不多。你瞧，有的班级代表队的同学装扮成了小动物，有的装扮成了小精灵，还有点装扮成了多啦A梦……我们班装扮成了“鬼。”

接下来运动会正式开始了。100米、200米、400米、800米、1000米……都过去了。很快，就轮到了仰卧起坐。

做为仰卧起坐运动员的我，心里非常紧张，心脏“怦怦”地跳个不停。因为仰卧起坐不是一种技术活，而是一种体力活。还因为我今年上四年级，虽然跟三年级比，但我毫无把握。原因只有一个，三年级小巧、灵活。

很快，我就被老师带到了比赛现场。我紧紧地叮住老师的嘴，生怕老师下的命令我听不见。“开始。”一声令下，同学们立刻投入到比赛当中，我也不例外。一个、二个、三个……做到第二十一个的时候，我忽然感觉非常累，做的速度也渐渐慢了下来。三十五、三十六、三十七、三十八……又做到了三十九个的时候，我实在做不动了。但又想起为班级争光，继续坚持了下来。四十五、四十六。“停。”老师大声叫道。我一分钟做了四十六个。

回到座位后，我一直盯着领奖处大姐姐的嘴巴。下面宣布三四年纪仰卧起坐成绩。第一名，4。4……Yes！我得了第二名！我急忙跑到领奖处领奖。第二名是一个大大的相册！

运动会就要结束了。最后，我们举行了闭幕式。在闭幕式上，校长给我们颁发了证书，我们班得了“道德风尚奖”。

我喜欢运动会！

秋天虽没有春天的春意盎然，没有夏天的骄阳似火，没有冬天的雪花飘飘，我总是以为冷热是区分季节最好的办法，就像今天，总是以为盛夏还没有离我远去。

秋雨下了，秋雨没有春雨的蕴含生机，没有夏雨猛烈骤来，也没有冬雨的寒烈刺骨。他来的很慢，来得很轻，细细的，密密的，犹如一条条丝线。我躲在公园的一颗大树下，双手插在裤子的口袋里，吹不着边际的口哨。那时是几年前的自己，总是与朋友玩追跑的游戏，跟无理取闹的爬上树，挂在树梢上荡来荡去。

其实仅仅是无知而已，但却是那孤独的代名词。记得那时想留头长发的愿望，却总是心血来潮的自顾自的剪来剪去。雨停了，闭紧双眼，让湿润的风吹在脸上;张开眼睛，漫步在满地枫叶的道路上。每年秋天我们家都会回乡下去帮亲戚的忙，这是一个收获的季节。

秋天是一种凄凉的美，缠绵秋雨，难免勾起一番愁苦，更何况“秋”字加“心”已成“愁”，文人墨家总把秋和凄凉联系在了一起：“何处秋风至，萧萧送雁归，朝来入庭树，孤客最先闻。”“剪不断，理还乱，是离愁，别是一番滋味在心头。”因为他是一个秋风萧瑟，千树落叶，万花凋谢的季节，也预示着冬天的到来。但我喜欢这种寂静，凄美的感觉。

秋天还是伟大的奉献，树叶黄了，枫叶红了，很是好看。秋风微吹，似蝴蝶飞舞，在黄色的土地上摆出了“秋”，又无私的投进土地里滋润树根。菊花在这时绽放，释放着自己的美丽，等待着他的也是一同枯萎，一同凋谢，但她仍然固执的坚守。或许只要可以绽放哪怕只有一瞬，也不负此生。

秋天是收获的微笑，万物成熟，累累硕果。喜上眉梢，乐在心头，树上一个个红灯笼似的棉花，笑弯腰的稻子，无不让人陶醉，兴奋。

秋天是美丽迷人的，是五彩斑斓的。他是个顽皮的孩子，在夏天还没有画上完美句号时，便在她绵绵的秋雨中奏响新的乐章。在一片浓雾之中挥舞画笔，随意的画上金色的稻田，红色的果实，蓝色的天空，棕色的落叶……云消雾散，一切就在不经意中变得更加动人了。秋天还是个善良的天使，不忽然忙碌一年的人们白白辛苦，洒下雨水，为他们洗去一身的疲惫，静下浮躁已久的心。

秋天很美，没在一份和谐，一份喜悦，在黄野，红花，容容月色的清香之中。

在秋天这个迷人的季节里，让我们写下一路末的荣誉，疲惫，风尘等待再一次新的旅程，下一个收获的金秋。

我喜欢的活动是跳绳。

有一次我们上体育课，老师教我们学跳绳。我按照老师的要求，先拿起一根跳绳，开始做准备活动。准备活动做完以后，我双臂抡起跳绳，开始学跳。开始跳的时候，我老是跳不好，脚跟老是绊绳，跳不过去。我试了一次又一次，还是跳不过去，实在受不了了。这时候，我就看见旁边的同学，发现她却越跳越快，动作轻松自如。我有些纳闷，就问她：“你为什么跳得这么好呢?”“其实也没什么，只要你在抡绳的时候，眼睛注意看着跳绳什么时候落地，当它快要落地的时候你就用力跳，就可以跳过去了。”她边跳边说，为我做示范。我学着她的样子开始练习，跳了几次，最后果然也能够连续跳了起来。渐渐地我越跳越轻松，速度也快了许多。

我终于学会了跳绳，非常感谢我的同学，心里也非常高兴!

Among all the four seasons,I like autumn best.

Compared with summer,its very cool in autumn.People can go travel or just have a walk in the day.Leaves begins to turn yellow,if you walk on a road with trees on its both sides,you will see all kinds of yellow leaves on the road,and some leaves are falling and dancing with wind.What a beautiful view.

Autumn is a harvest season.Wheats ,vegetables and fruits all get ripe.Farmers are busy with harvesting.And we children also help our parents at time. Though its very tired,we are very happy.
