游泳不仅可以强身健体，而且还可以锻炼肺活量。它大致分为三种：实用游泳﹑竞技游泳和花样游泳。奥运会游泳项目就是用竞技游泳和花样游泳进行比赛，小学四年级作文《我最喜欢的一项体育运动作文》。

我喜欢游泳大概是从去年开始的。爸爸公司发了泳票，于是晚上爸爸就带我去游泳了。

到了游泳馆，我换上泳裤，戴上泳帽和泳镜，就迫不及待的往泳池边跑。我扑通一声跳下水，在水里乱划，没想到却咕嘟咕嘟喝了几口水。我慌慌张张站起来，象喷泉似的吐了一大口水。爸爸大笑着说：“你会不会呀？”我说：“那当然不会啦。”“我来教你吧，”爸爸说，“首先要吸气，然后手掌和起来，蹲一点，双腿一蹬，双手划向两边，腿也上下划，换气时双手向下划，头就会冒上来。”一开始，我有点不熟练，每次头抬上来时，不是换气早了，喝了一口水，就是换气迟了，没来得及吸气就沉到水下。练着练着，不一会儿，我就学会了，对游泳也产生了兴趣，天天吵着要去游。今年，我对游泳更是熟能生巧，还学会了潜水。

游泳是一项能强身健体、增加肺活量的运动，肺活量大了，免疫力就强了，免疫力强了自然就不容易生病。所以……大家一起游泳吧！
