The typhoonHaitang is coming. It comes with the heavily wind and rains. This is my first time to see the wind so strong. I got sleeplessness on Sunday night. 终于等到雨停了。爷爷说：“走，去给你姥奶上坟去。”我很高兴，正好老师放假前给我们布置了一篇作文，是关于清明节的，这下可好了，有内容可以写了。爸爸开车带着爷爷和我一起去很远的墓地，在半路上买了纸钱、炮竹和白纸条。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

减肥的第一天

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

精进之路只有一条，坚持，拓展。不过注意到下面这几点，可能会拓展得快一点。

第一，适当接触一些方言和非标准口音。

第二，逐渐积累俚语。

第三，扩充自己的知识面，其中以母语所在国的文化最为重要!

最后呢，考拉小巫还分享了很多小技巧，包括应试、申请材料等很现实的东西。如果想简单点可以直接先照搬她的计划，再适当调整。

清明节，不单单是扫墓，更应永远地怀念我们崇敬的英雄，他们奋不顾身为了谁?还不是为了我们中国人民的安康幸福。革命英雄的事迹虽然已经过去了，但他们永远活在我们的心中，我们也要沿着他们的步伐创造更多的奇迹。
