Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

我国有很多的传统节日，其中让我最喜欢的还是清明节。因为清明节时值万物生长之季，这时我可以出去踏青、放风筝。更重要的是，我还可以帮奶奶做青团，品尝到美味的青团。

这天，我和奶奶到河边采艾草。奶奶提醒我：“艾草要采顶上的那截，比较嫩!”我捏起一棵艾草，轻轻一折，艾草便到了袋子里。采了一大袋艾草后，我拿来一个铁盆子，把刚摘的艾草洗干净，然后我和奶奶一人拿着一根擀面杖去捶艾草。“咚咚咚……”捶啊捶啊，艾草流出了绿绿的草汁。捶好之后我们把艾草渣扔了，草汁留着备用。

开始和面团了!我把黄油、牛奶、鸡蛋和高筋面粉倒在一个铁碗里拌匀，然后把准备好的艾草汁拌进和好的面团里，用手一直揉啊按啊，直到这个面团看起来比较光滑为止。奶奶又把大面团揪成一个个小面团，搓成圆圆的。奶奶早就准备好了各种馅儿：豆沙、枣泥、咸菜……我先把小面团捏成碗状，然后放入自己喜欢的馅儿，再学着奶奶那样将面团“碗”收口。哈哈，这样青团就做好了。等到所有的青团都包好了，奶奶把做好的青团放在箬叶上，放到蒸笼里蒸熟。等上二十来分钟，香喷喷的青团就出锅了。

正是因为这美味的青团，我对清明节情有独钟。

有句古诗说的好：清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。今天，我和好朋友怀着崇敬的心情去祭拜革命烈士。

我们坐车到南泉去，虽然今天的天气是那么晴朗，阳光是那么的活泼、可爱!但是到了我这儿却变了360度的大转弯，天气是这般的冷、这般的没有生机、这般的灰蒙蒙。

到了目的地，人可真多，还有和我们同龄戴着红领巾的小朋友呢!直到现在我才明白中国为什么没有向那残酷、无情的日本屈服，因为我们有一颗火热的中国心啊!我轻手轻脚地走过去，把那雪白的不能在白的花挂在那已经历了无数天的风吹雨打、酷暑严寒的“灵树”上，如果我不轻点的话，我怕会吵醒地下的烈士们睡不着。

我东看看、西看看，到处都是一片黑压压的人，都还在唱那首雄壮、威武的国歌，咦!我好像看到了一块保存完好石碑耶，上面清楚的记载了，当时1949年11月下旬，中国人民解放军第二野战军12军25师103团，在南温泉战斗中，一营营长徐照奎等31名指战员都光荣牺牲了，埋在了这儿。上面还有毛主席的题词：生的伟大，死的光荣，我也觉得是这么回事。

是该走的时候了，我时不时的往回看，隐隐约约，看见烈士们在笑着说：“好好加油，祖国的未来就靠你们了!

走出了烈士陵园，感觉天更蓝了;草更绿了;花更红了;云更白了。望着天空上的微笑，眼前豁然开朗。

Hong Kong and Macao are parts of China in history， but they were separated from the motherland for some political reasons。 China has been getting richer and stronger since its opening to the outside world。 On July 1， 1997， Hong Kong finally returned home。 On December 20， 1999， Macao returned home， too。 Great changes have taken place in both Hong Kong and Macao。 It shows the development and great strength of our country。

Taiwan is an intergral part of China。 The Chinese people as well as most of the people from Taiwan are looking forward to the day on which Taiwan will return home。 We are sure that day will come sooner or later。

今天是植树节，我们还小，没有能力去栽树，但我们应该知道植树造林的意义。

清明时，气温升高，正然而春耕纯种的大好时节，故有‘清明前后，种瓜点豆’的说法。

写到那里有人会问扫墓的习俗呢?—扫墓的习俗出此刻汉代，最初的清明节仅仅只有踏青的习俗，清明代表的然而踏青的最好季节。

Life is full of ups and downs. Success always comes along with failure.

Suffering from the boring cold, my brain remains empty. I even don’t know

how to start of a simple diary, though it’s a piece of cake for me long long

ago. I have never lose faith in my ability of studying English even though I

fails now and them. But now I do because my diaries hold no promise. I don’t

know what I keep diaries for. I can’t come with any conclusions.

The delicious lunch

Today,when I went home after school at noon,the moment I opened the door,a

good smell drifted out.Then I saw my mother was cooking in the kitchen.Wow!That

were all my favorite food:lobsters,chiken wings,sweet and sour pork

ribs,kung-pao chiken and steamed fish.My mother said:“your uncle,aunt and your

Before the tomb of Lao Tai, we lifted the weeds, planted the soil and placed flowers on them. I also sprinkled the old ladys favorite wine around the grave.

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

Beijing has a long history . There are lots of places of interest .

Every year lots of travellers go sightseeing . Last summer holiday , I went on a trip to Beijing with my parents .

It took us two hours to go there by plane .As soon as we arrived there ,we went to visit the Palace Museum and Tian’an men Square . The next day we went to the Summer Palace . The view there was very beautiful . We tasted many famous delicious Beijing foods . such as Beijing Duck .I also bought some souvenirs for my friends .Although we felt very tired ,we enjoyed ourselves very much .

I hope to visit Beijing again very soon.
