一。于是人们纷纷在清明这天祭拜先祖。

清明节已有2500多年历史，古时又叫踏青节、三月节、祭祖节、扫墓节、扫坟节、植树节、鬼节等。它与七月十五的中元节、十月初一的寒衣节，并称为中国三大“鬼节”。公历四月五日前后为清明节，是二十四节气之一。在二十四个节气中，既是节气又是节日的只有清明。清明节的起源，据传始于古代帝王将相“墓祭”之礼，后来民间亦相仿效，于此日祭祖扫墓，历代沿袭而成为中华民族一种固定的风俗。本来，寒食节与清明节是两个不同的节日，到了唐朝，将祭拜扫墓的日子定为寒食节。寒食节的正确日子是在冬至后一百零五天，约在清明前后，因两者日子相近，所以便将清明与寒食合并为一日。

清明节的习俗：铲除杂草，放上供品，于坟前上香祷祝，燃纸钱金锭，或简单地献上一束鲜花，以寄托对先人的怀念。清明节是杨柳发芽抽绿的时间，民间有折柳、戴柳、插柳的习俗。人们踏青时顺手折下几枝柳条，可拿在手中把玩，也可编成帽子戴在头上，也可带回家插在门楣、屋檐上。

关于清明诗词众多，如 《途中寒食》(唐)宋之问 《清明》 (唐)杜牧 等，说明古时候的清明颇有名气。

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

大概在五六年前，有一本《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的书横扫几大论坛，好评如潮，销量达百万册。作者叫考拉小巫，是伊甸园字幕组组长，写书的时候已经逆袭成功，到美国求学。

这本书在豆瓣上的评价很高，万人以上评价，评分8.1，相当不错的成绩。这本书即是一本收录了她实战经验的外语学习招法集，也是她自我的回忆录，一部从差生到优生的奋斗史和逆袭史。考拉小巫本科不是特别好，后来通过努力，出国留学，攻下硕士学位。作者考拉小巫在整本书中都流露出一种真实的态度，行就行，不行就不行。阅读整本书就感觉在和读者的内心进行一次真诚的对话。看他人的人生，用于反思自己。几年前我也读过，几年后重读此书，自然也有一些新的感悟。

关于坚持

现在最新的成功学都提到了一件事，就是专注加坚持，尤其是坚持。我们中大多数人的努力其实都没有达到需要拼天赋的程度。什么时候才是拼天赋的时候?梅西和C罗那个层次，天赋才可能会起到决定性作用，不要忘记C罗是一个极度自律的人，他走向人生巅峰绝对于此不无关系。

考拉小巫在自己的书中里面无数次提到她自创的“傻子哲学”。她说“傻子为什么能成功，因为他很傻，不管做不做成他都一直在坚持”。很多人学外语可能最多两个月就坚持不下去了，我想说，母语者以高负荷的方式训练了几十年的技能，你一业余选手凭什么和人家比。

关于发音和模仿

她在书中着重强调了是语调问题。这个问题是绝大多数中国英语学习者忽略了的问题。因为汉语是声调语言，单个字的声调以固定频率的形式出现，所以句子的语调基本是平的。很多外语学习者可能不知道，英语语调有传递情绪的功能，语调变化甚至能传递说话人的潜台词，比如：反语、讽刺、犹豫、建议等等。错误的语调会让听话人疑惑。考拉小巫的纠正方法是录音，和原文对比。不过几年之后的今天有简单的解决办法，下个配音软件，一切就OK了。

隐藏的听写大法

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

关于词汇量的论述

在这本书中，考拉小巫研究来研究去，最后发现影响阅读速度的第一大天敌还是词汇量的问题。她引用了一句话说：“GRE的单词是有用的，在美国读研究生的时候自然就知道了”。

我们走进了烈士陵园，一排排的小花也绽放了，像烈士在跟我们打招呼呢!石阶身旁绿茵茵的樟树，像烈士那宽大的手一样保护着我们。我们看到了一个高高的石碑，这石碑就是为了纪念先烈们造的，扫墓仪式开始了，当几位同学敬献花圈时，我在心里深深的祝愿:先烈们你们安息吧!当哀婉的乐曲徐徐放起的时候，我们都低下了头，庄重地默哀:解放军叔叔，谢谢你们!如果不是你们，就不会有我们今天的幸福，今天的和平!如果不是你们用自己的鲜血来战胜敌人，今天的世界不知会怎样……之后我们还听了侯爷爷讲话，我们明白了三要三不要:1要做好事，不要做坏事;2要做好人，不要做坏人;3要好学习，不要厌学习。最后我们宣誓:我是少先队员，我在国旗下宣誓:我们时刻准备着，为中华之崛起而读书，宣誓人:杨佳熠。扫墓仪式结束了，我们准备去烈士纪念馆。

走进纪念馆，就看了许多烈士的遗容，他们为我们撒了多少的心血阿!像宣中华，那时他正气凛然地说:“你们杀了我，无非只但是杀了一个宣中华，但千千万万革命者会起来杀你们的!”“中华为革命而死，虽死无憾”。他们是多么刚强阿!参观完纪念馆，我们就开始了自由活动了，大家吃的吃，玩的玩，一副热闹的情景!

时间不早了，我们最后在心里向烈士们鞠了个躬，表达对烈士们深深的怀念……

快乐的周末 A Happy Weekend

I have a happy weekend!Take lessons on Saturday, Im going to cram school,

tutoring English and maths. In the afternoon, I watch TV at home. In the

evening, I want to go out for a walk with mom and dad and sister.On Sunday, Im

going to the shopping center reading, the book is really interesting. After

lunch, Im going to the sports, the body health is very important! In the

evening, I at home reading. How about you? What are you going to do this

weekend?

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook

breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I

did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest

swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I

surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and

interesting day.

以前,我对节日一问三不知,别说是清明节,连六一节我也不知道.可我看了>后,我对所有的节日都很了解了,特别是清明节,我对清明节非常了解了。

俗话说得好：“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂，借问酒家何处有，牧童遥指杏花村”。当我想起唐代大诗人的这句诗歌时就想到好像清明节快要到了，清明的脚步已经不远了，只剩下了一步之差。明天，我将要和老爸开车会乡下。

到了星期六，因为我是一个孝顺的小天才，所以决定叫老爸带我回乡下去给祖宗扫墓。在车上做了4、5个小时终于到了乡下，我立即拿来自己家里做出来的清明果，拿来一个篮子在下面铺了一张干净的报纸，然后小心翼翼的把清明果平铺在里面，以免发生一想不到的“事故”。最后，我把篮子放在车子的后备箱中。一切准备就绪，我们全家就坐上了车子。在坑坑洼洼的山路上车子不停的颠簸，这时我想起了后备箱中的佳肴非常担心，心急如焚。我叫爸爸开慢些特别是有坑的地方。我们就慢慢悠悠的坐车，就像老牛拖慢腿。

经过，半个小时的颠簸，我们终于到了祖宗的坟前，我拿出清明果放好，拿香深深的鞠了一个躬，拜了几拜。给祖宗请了安，向他问了个好，这时我心想：“哎，人为什么只能或到70、80岁就去世了呢?有一些无辜的人30岁还没到就给一些马路上的车撞死了，我长大后一定要发明一种药让人长命百岁。”接着老爸就拿出鞭炮“劈劈啪啪”的响了起来。那声音震耳欲聋，就像天上打雷一样。把我的表弟吓的呜呜大哭起来，还差点尿裤子呢!后来我又默默的在坟墓前许愿“希望祖宗能保佑我这天才学习快些进步，全家生活快乐，身体健康，学业有成。”

这就是我们清明节的一天，虽然小表弟觉得挺无聊的，还给鞭炮吓的差点尿裤子，但是我觉得很有意义，我真希望祖宗到现在还活着啊。
