计算机网络犯罪的原因多种多样。（一）计算机使用者安全意识淡薄。很多计算机并没有安装杀毒软件或防火墙，或者不能保证杀毒软件的每天更新，这就给计算机犯罪人员以可乘之机。（二）网上贪图非法钱财。实施网络犯罪的动机多种多样，但从数量上分析，贪图钱财、牟取私利占大多数。（三）取证困难，证据有限网络犯罪留下的最多也仅有电磁纪录，而不会有指纹、DNA等证据，而且这些证据十分容易毁灭。（四）多数国家对计算机打击力度不大。大多数国家的法律对防治网络犯罪没有做大的努力，其现有的法律不足以对互联网犯罪构成真正的威胁。

在我看来，预防网络犯罪我们首先应该从在日常生活中建立一个健全的人生观价值观开始，而不是随性而为。网络在我们日后的生活肯定会占据越来越重要的位置，我们应该应用在学校学习的知识和生活中的经验，积极地预防和避免上当受骗。在平时积攒足够的网络使用经验和网络犯罪防范意识，充分的保护自己，远离网络犯罪的侵犯。

Second,for illegal money online. The implementation of network crimes is various, but from the quantitative analysis,for money, gain on the majority. Third, the difficulties to get the evidence.The limited evidence of network crime left most also only have electromagnetic records, but there is no fingerprint or DNA evidence, but such evidence is also very easy to destroy. Fourth,the crackdown is not great on the computer in majority of countries. The laws of most countries do not make efforts on the prevention and control of network crimes,and the law is not sufficient to constitute a real threat to the Internet crime. 现在的青少年们几乎是一点都不能离开网络，更有许多人因为网络而走上不归路。可是，没了网络，似乎什么事都做不来，网络这个玩意儿，我们该怎么看待这个呢?

如果在书店里看书和在网上看一些电子书，你更愿意选什么呢?大部分人肯定选的后者。坐在家里，动动手指，就有上百部图书任自己选择，何乐而不为?而且，在这大部分人当中一大部分人也肯定愿意把看电子书的时间用在玩游戏，上QQ，刷微博上。

但是，坐在书店地上看书，不也是一种享受吗?不觉得整个人都很有气质吗?在暑假的一个早晨，我和表姐一起来到新华书店，在新华书店里挑了一个不错的位子，选好书，便坐下来细细阅读。坐在我们对面的是两位小男生，看样子也才是四、五年级，他们捧的书一个是《盗墓笔记》，一个是《带银链的长臂猿》。看到这，我会心笑了一下，这样安安静静的呆一天没有网络的日子也不错。好景不长，我的表姐还是拿出手机用手指随便滑了几下，就非常惊喜大声对我说，“诶，你知不知道，TFBOYS在8月9号在广州安捷动漫游戏展有签售活动，可惜去不了了。”这么几句，让原来沉浸在故事中的两个小男孩疑惑的抬起头，我小声提醒她声音别太大，难得有一天来到新华书店。表姐理亏，嘴一瘪，还是把手机放回口袋，继续看书。从书店回来的路上，表姐一直向我抱怨我刚才强行让她收回手机，害的她不知道错过了多少好玩的事情呢。离开网络真的不行吗?在回家的这一路上，我都在想，可能是这个问题超出了我思想的范围，到现在也就不了了之了。

躺在沙发上，手里拿着ipad，感觉也不错。闲暇的时候在网上冲浪，和网上的人谈天谈地，特别是和自己有同样志向的人，聊天就特别享受。但，这也成就了我对待陌生人的区别，爸爸妈妈带我回老家，见到不认识的人，爸爸妈妈却硬是让我上去喊一声叔叔好，或者婶婶好，然后就是一言不发，让那些人就开始说我很害羞，怕生。我心里开始偷偷窃笑，想想我在网上可是很会聊天的人啊，不管是不是认识，都很会聊天。有几次玩的比较过火，妈妈让我不要玩了，我就很生气觉得聊天又没事，知道妈妈给我看了一句话，你甚至不知道，在屏幕的另一边是一只会打字的狗。虽然有所节制，但还是没有改过来。上网有时候还是让我惹了祸，一次，我用流量来上网，让原来钱很多的手机欠费四十多，爸爸也是说我了一晚。

网络又好又有坏，这一切是好是坏，也只能自己发现了。我还是比较推荐像是美国的教育，十六岁之前由父母陪同玩电脑，十六岁之后，也就是当他养成习惯后，才会让孩子自己独自上网。当然，最好是不上网，但是这样子，只能成为书呆子，对外面的社会什么都不懂，这样的人为社会什么都做不出来，还是适当玩电脑好。

First, we must carefully distinguish the information between right and wrong. Although it’s difficult, we also have to make it. We can search specific information from database of the government. Secondly, once connected to money, we must be cautious about it. Thirdly, when we look for jobs from Internet, if they ask us for money, we can’t listen to them or give them money. It is a trick to a great extent. But some information is real and we can believe it.

As far as I’m concerned, information on the Internet is a double-edged sword. We must remain skeptical of the Internet information.
