像这样的乡村老师还有很多。他们本可以到条件更好的地方去工作，去生活，可以给自己和家人子创造更好的生活、学习的环境，但为了乡村的孩子，坚守教育岗位，用脸上渐深的皱纹，慢慢驼起的后背，撑起了孩子们的梦想。这些为孩子们的希望而坚守的人类灵魂的工程师们，是我们这些年轻教师学习的榜样。他们虽然出身平凡，但不愧是当今最伟大、最可爱的人。

从小学到大学，我遇到过很多的老师，遇到过很多师德高尚、经验丰富的好老师。是他们教会我如何做人做事，是他们给予我力量，也是他们让我遇事有了更多的思考。记忆最深刻的是高中时的一位数学老师，面对每次考试都不及格的我从来没有放弃过，总是耐心地辅导、鼓励我，让我在面对巨大的压力时仍然能够坚持、坚持，最终顺利地考上大学。他让我明白，一个老师的耐心和爱心是多么的重要，它给学生带来的不仅仅是考试时的几分几十分，更是一份坚定执着、不放弃的人生信念。

默默无闻，不求回报，任劳任怨的乡村教师们，用他们的坚守，让大山的孩子有了学上，让他们学会礼仪文明，懂得了珍重，知晓了祖国河山图板，明白了五星红旗的鲜艳。他们用人生最美好的年华伴着穷山恶水，实现着他最喜欢的事业，不辞辛劳，为山区的孩子带来知识，带来了希望。一天的坚守不难，一年的坚守也不难，而几十年如一日的坚守却很难很难。

当看完最美乡村教师颁奖晚会，我不止一次为之感动。多么纯朴的心灵，多么坚韧不拔的精神。让我一次次无地自容，今天的我或许有些对不起所获报酬，更对不起那些还坚守在边远山区培养孩子成才的老师，他们所处的环境是那样恶劣，但他们却毫不动摇，几十年如一地坚守，为祖国教育事业奉献自己的人生，而我自己呢，又有多少时日想过如此。心有愧，行动更加有愧。

我们大多数人或许都有些麻木了，躺在不知所事的日子里寻求着生存的机会，萧条的过着撞钟一样的日子，浪费着自己的生命，把付出与收获、名利与爵位看得太重，总想用高官厚禄武装自己，而我们的最美老师，他们的收获与付出是那样的不对称，但他们却没有为此而放弃坚守，而我们呢，又有多少人有这样的胸怀，又有多少人有如此的毅力而坚守过。

最美的乡村教师美在执着，对教育事业的执着和坚守使其人生绽放出璀璨的花朵，使其学生茁壮成长为社会各界的人才，他们留给社会的不是金钱和名利，却是一份永不磨灭的精神财富。

35年来，他耕耘三尺讲台，以勤奋踏实的工作作风，一步一个脚印地履行着一个教师的神圣职责，哺育出一片桃李芬芳。2014年，他被中央电视台和光明日报评为“全国最美乡村教师”，今年的教师节他将出席央视举办的“2015全国最美教师”的颁奖典礼。他就是河北省平乡县常河镇学区副校长胡清汝。

9日清晨，记者在蒙蒙细雨中来到了河北省平乡县贾村，正在自家田地里抢收已落地的春玉米的胡清汝对记者说，“地里的春玉米早就熟透了，因为一直忙着照顾学校里那些留守学生，庄稼顾不上收，现在棒子都掉地上了，这几天要抽时间把玉米收了。”

“我已经从教35年，从师教学，不仅仅是我的职业，也是我们整个胡家的信念。”胡清汝说，他从小就在爷爷身边长大，平日里看着爷爷教书育人，在很小心灵中就已烙下了教师的痕迹。他深深记得爷爷留下做人为师的道德准则：为人至孝、宅心仁厚、诲人不倦、兢兢业业。

“一门师表，两万弟子，三尺讲台，四世家传”，这句话是胡清汝及胡家的写照。胡清汝对于教育有着特殊的感情，因为他来自一个特殊的教育世家，胡清汝的祖父、父亲、叔叔、母亲、女儿、侄女、儿子……都是教师。在70年的岁月里，胡家四代人已经有近70年的从教家承，出过20名乡村教师，学生超过两万人。

在和记者攀谈时，挂在胡清汝嘴边最多的就是那些乡村留守学生，“这些孩子们因为家距离学校较远，吃住都在学校，我不光要负责任课及学区工作，还要照顾好这些孩子们的生活起居。这些孩子的家长都出门打工了，走的时候把孩子交给我，我就是他们的父母，在学校里我不但要严格要求他们好好学习，还要培养他们诚恳做人的准则。”

“我国有很多的乡村教师，我只是他们中普通的一员，我们都在默默的奉献着，在平凡中坚守着，其实这没有什么，这恰恰是我们应该做的。因为只要我们能把学生培养成材，这就是我们一生最宝贵的财富。”胡清汝说。（观后感作文）

"Try and try until you succeed." This saying shows the importance of perseverance. I have found through experience that only through hard work can we succeed.Many people have failed in their work or studies, precisely because they had no perseverance. Life, in general, as in many things we do, has never been easy. No one promised us what it would be.

So, if we want to succeed in life, we must be brave to win. This is the standard that differentiates people who succeed in life and those who dont.

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

wonderful that I cannt help asking myself "Is it real".The answer is pretty

yes.I also learn a lot from the game.

First ,teamwork is very important.You are sure to fail if you play by

yourself.So five members must play together and well orgnized.Second ,you should

have a aim.In order to reach it,you should try your best.

Last,never give up whatever have happened.Even if you get low scores,you

shouldnt give up.If there is a will,there is a way.If there is a will ,there is

also a opportunity.And you can make failure into success.Believe yourself and

believe your team.You are the best one.

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees and flowers everywhere.

But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses. For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital. Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.

I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.
