前几日，学校组织我们观看了《最美乡村女教师》教育视频，观看过程中不时听到我们老师低声抽泣的声音，大家都被视频中的事迹深深感动了，震撼了。邹桂芬、林子闳、阿力甫夏......这些名字如此普通，他们的生活如此平淡，也许平时他就是一个名不见经传的清贫老师，但当我们认真聆听他们的故事的时候，这一个个平淡的名字却给我们的心灵带来了汹涌澎湃的感动和震撼!

湖北省农村优秀教师邹桂芬老师，为了让偏远的教学点的孩子能上好学，在湖北省郧县南化塘镇罗堰村这个贫瘠的山沟里一守就是33年。她将真情和挚爱无怨无悔地献给了这片深山里的孩子。因为从村里到学校必经一条60米宽的河，为了孩子们的安全，邹老师34年来几乎每天都要背着学生们过河。落下了严重的风湿病。在邹老师的教学日志上，我们看到了这样一段话，“一连下了好几天的雨，河水没退，还淹着桥，学生过河还要老师背，好冷呀，腿都麻了，学生还没有背完，坚持背下去，一定要坚持下去，终于把这12个学生都背过去了……”34年如一日，邹老师就是这样一次次的把学生背过河的!34年，她背了两代人，自己却落下了严重的风湿病。这样无私的付出，这样清贫的坚守，对于现在的社会又有几个教师可以做到呢?邹老师说，她所做的的一切都是良心活，都是小事，但在我眼里，她的事迹却像是一把利剑刺向我们过于自私而麻木的神经。跟邹老师相比，我们的工作环境，工作待遇是多么好，可我们却还老是在怨天尤人，心里总是觉得不平衡……

令人难忘的还有四川省凉山州泸沽湖达祖小学的支教团队，一群富有激情的80后和90后，他们用热情和努力，改变了大山深处孩子的命运，用知识的力量，带领当地村民致富，打开了山里少数民族与外界的一扇窗。在泸沽湖达祖小学共有十八位老师，8位当地老师，11位来自北京全国各地的支教老师。校长林子闳来自台湾，放弃了优越的生活和工作条件，到这里来支教，而且分文不取……

像这样的乡村老师还有很多。他们本可以到条件更好的地方去工作，去生活，可以给自己和家人子创造更好的生活、学习的环境，但为了乡村的孩子，坚守教育岗位，用脸上渐深的皱纹，慢慢驼起的后背，撑起了孩子们的梦想。这些为孩子们的希望而坚守的人类灵魂的工程师们，是我们这些年轻教师学习的榜样。他们虽然出身平凡，但不愧是当今最伟大、最可爱的人。

从小学到大学，我遇到过很多的老师，遇到过很多师德高尚、经验丰富的好老师。是他们教会我如何做人做事，是他们给予我力量，也是他们让我遇事有了更多的思考。记忆最深刻的是高中时的一位数学老师，面对每次考试都不及格的我从来没有放弃过，总是耐心地辅导、鼓励我，让我在面对巨大的压力时仍然能够坚持、坚持，最终顺利地考上大学。他让我明白，一个老师的耐心和爱心是多么的重要，它给学生带来的不仅仅是考试时的几分几十分，更是一份坚定执着、不放弃的人生信念。

当看完最美乡村教师颁奖晚会，我不止一次为之感动。多么纯朴的心灵，多么坚韧不拔的精神。让我一次次无地自容，今天的我或许有些对不起所获报酬，更对不起那些还坚守在边远山区培养孩子成才的老师，他们所处的环境是那样恶劣，但他们却毫不动摇，几十年如一地坚守，为祖国教育事业奉献自己的人生，而我自己呢，又有多少时日想过如此。心有愧，行动更加有愧。

我们大多数人或许都有些麻木了，躺在不知所事的日子里寻求着生存的机会，萧条的过着撞钟一样的日子，浪费着自己的生命，把付出与收获、名利与爵位看得太重，总想用高官厚禄武装自己，而我们的最美老师，他们的收获与付出是那样的不对称，但他们却没有为此而放弃坚守，而我们呢，又有多少人有这样的胸怀，又有多少人有如此的毅力而坚守过。

最美的乡村教师美在执着，对教育事业的执着和坚守使其人生绽放出璀璨的花朵，使其学生茁壮成长为社会各界的人才，他们留给社会的不是金钱和名利，却是一份永不磨灭的精神财富。

A fun-filled， pain-free lifestyle equaling happiness actually reduces their

chances of ever obtaining real happiness. As a result，many people avoid the very

attempts that are the source of true happiness.And the real happiness always

contains some pain .In the other hand， true happiness has nothing to do with

fun. All those who always have so much fun actually may not be happy at all.

I have a bitter experience. When I was a child， I lived a poor life，and I

had a happy and meaningful life in my childhood. And my parents were always

respecting each other. And now we have some money，and our life has improved a

lot. To tell the truth， it is a good thing. Unfortunately，My father always goes

out and takes part in the gambling activities. And my mother sometimes quarrels

with my father. I am extremely unhappy about it. I think money doesnt equal
