因为大量的阅读，还让我的学习更优秀。做数学题时，我能很快的读懂题意，抓住关键点，巧妙解题;做语文的阅读题时，由于阅读量大，我很少在这上面失分。作文就更是我的强项，我的作文常被作为班里范文呢!在写博客的时候，因为阅读量大，写出的文章时常被推荐。

现在，我已经成为了一只名副其实的小书虫，阅读呢，自然将伴着我成长。

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

restaurants instead of cooking and having at home. However, no matter what it

is, a harmouious and peaceful night is the favorite of everybody here.

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

eat a variety of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be

selected everyday from each of basic four. They are the four groups of food

essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit

group, and bread- cereal group, Your body will then be supplied with all the

nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils,

proteins, and vitamins. A persons diet is determined by his attitudes, likes

and dislikes. If you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you

will have a balanced diet.

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

今天我校组织收看了第二届“寻找最美乡村教师”大型公益活动颁奖晚会视频。他领着我们从现场出发，走进中国乡村去寻找“最美”的答案。最后共有十名乡村教师和一个志愿者团队获得该殊荣称号。在收看的过程中，我们一次次被感动为他们的艰辛不易、坚守和不计回报的付出而落泪。

我也被感动了，看着他们的教育环境心里面说不出的难受，我不知道该如何表达对这些乡村教师的尊敬!他们，是中国800万乡村教师中普通的一员。然而他们却做着我们一般老师都很难做到的事情，这样的老师怎能不让我们感动呢?来，让我们再来回顾一下那些最最可爱的老师的事迹吧!

“马背上的校长” 徐德光，所在的扇子林小学地处贵州原始森林的大山深处，海拔在1500米以上。为了孩子们上学少走点路、少些危险，仅凭一把镰刀披荆斩棘，徐老师硬是用双手打开了一条山路。一日又一日，一天又一天，徐老师和自己的老伙计白马，将水泥沙子一点点运上山，一点点铺就了孩子们走出大山的希望之路。马背上的徐老师，双手因为长时间握镰刀割草砍树，残废了;徐老师的白马，因为一次雨天护送学生回家，滚落山崖，被树枝扎伤了一只眼睛，几近失明……这一人一马，依旧走在山路上。

从塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县城再走130公里的路程，有一个马尔洋乡。马尔洋乡海拔3100米，四周全是高耸的昆仑山。马尔洋乡寄宿小学里有61个从没走出过大山的塔吉克族孩子。身高一米八的阿力甫夏·依那亚提汗是他们的校长，也是老师、保安、保姆、厨师。很难忘他们生活的一个片段，假期里老师们护送着孩子回家，要翻越陡峭的山壁，要趟过湍急的大河，甚至还要翻越雪山。翻越雪山时，风雪太大了，为了安全8位护送的男老师要用绳子在身上打好结，前后的人都要连在一起，再把学生揽在身旁，整整3个小时，才能走出这片风雪之地。

作为教师队伍中的一员，我敬佩的同时，更多的是反思。

反思自己的付出。我们有着比他们优越的环境，却做不到他们的坚持;我们有着比他们强健的体魄，却没有他们的勇敢;我们有着比他们优秀的学生，却没有他们的身体力行。

反思自己的学生观。以前我们老是觉得孩子调皮捣蛋，学习不认真。可是现在看来，他们真的很可爱，他们会大声地说“老师，暑假好久，我想死你了”，还会在你生日的那一天给你一个意外的惊喜。以前会觉得这样的表达方式有些夸张，现在觉得这样的方式洋溢着青春的气息。我在想，是孩子变了吗?没有，孩子没有变，变的是老师们的心。用爱他们的心去看他们，便会发现这个世界充满爱，充满欢乐和美好!

我顿悟。要做就做这样的老师，就要拥有这样的人生!终于明白为什么心中的那个声音在看完视频之后这么响亮。其实我们每个人心中都充满爱，都向往着美好，只是不经意间丢失了或者不知道用什么样的方式呈现了。真的非常感谢那些“最美乡村教师”，他们让我们重拾起了心中的美好，重燃教育的热情。他们所做的不仅仅惠及他们的学生，更激荡着我们做老师的心灵。

29岁，正是年轻人享受花样年华，实现人生理想的大好时光。但黑龙江省佳木斯市第十九中学女教师张丽莉，却因车祸瞬间挽救学生身受重伤，至今躺在重症监护室没有苏醒。“女教师车祸瞬间救学生，自己双腿遭碾压高位截肢”的消息连日来在网络上引起强烈关注，网友们赞其为“最美女教师”。

车祸惊魂一刻 女教师奋力推开学生

5月11日，“女教师车祸瞬间救学生，自己双腿遭碾压高位截肢”的消息同时登上新浪、网易等各大门户网站首页并在微博中热传，29

岁的黑龙江省佳木斯市第十九中学女教师张丽莉的勇与伤牵动着许多网友的心。

新华社记者在走访过程中了解到，5月8日

晚20时38分，部分在佳木斯市第四中学借教室上课的第十九中学学生结束晚课后从校门走出，谁也没有料到一场惨剧即将发生。第十九中学初三20班的学生刘晔和教师李金茹，恰好目睹了车祸发生的全过程。

“每天下晚自习之后，学校门口都会停着几台接送学生回家的大客车。8日晚上，有三台车在门前停成一排，最前面是辆依维柯，后两台则是大客车。”据刘晔介绍，当时她刚走出校门，突然发现停在最后的大客车猛然启动快速向前冲去，狠狠地撞击在中间那辆大客车的尾部，推动着客车向停在最前面的依维柯挤压过去。“当时有几个同学正好走在第一辆车和第二辆车的中间，眼看着就要被两台车挤在中间。”刘晔说，自己尖叫了一声，整个人都吓傻了。

“我当时离得比较远，根本没反应过来。这时候，只见正要过马路的张老师迅速冲上前去，用屁股顶出一个学生，一只手将另一个学生扯到路边，她却被大客车撞翻在地，双腿被车轮碾过，人昏死过去。”李金茹回忆起当时车祸现场的情形，几度哽咽不能自已。

车祸发生后，陷入昏迷的张丽莉和几名轻伤的学生被立刻送到佳木斯市中心医院进行救治。

据佳木斯市中心医院院长曹洪涛介绍，经过医院各科室专家会诊，张老师由于车祸导致腰椎骨折、骨盆骨折、双下肢软挫伤、双下肢毁灭伤，并伴有视觉性休克。曹洪涛说，医院对张丽莉进行了快速、积极地救治，为了保住其生命，为其做了双下肢截肢手术。“考虑到她还年轻，还没有生育，我们只截断了她大腿根以下的部位，如果情况继续恶化，恐怕连臀部也保不住了。”

张丽莉义举受网友高度称赞

网友普遍认为，张丽莉真正诠释了“为人师表”的含义，是当代教师和全社会学习的楷模。搜狐网友“语侬”说：我们应该永远记住她，无论她能否重新站立起来，张老师永远都是最美的教师，最美的女人，好人一定会有好报。

“张老师用自己后半生的不幸换取了那几位学生一生的幸福，使他们免遭厄运，健康地生活下去。”来自全国各地的网友们纷纷表达对张丽莉的尊敬和热爱，用图画、文字等多种方式为她祈祷。

谈起张丽莉，她的同事和学生们都含着泪向记者讲述了生活中张老师的样子。

“和张老师在一起的时候，特别有被妈妈呵护的感觉，很温暖。”闫泓佚是张丽莉的学生，她回忆说，张老师平时上下班都会牵着身边学生的手过马路，每天放学时对学生说的第一句话都是“路上一定要注意安全”。“我们希望张老师赶快好起来，还像以前那样给我们上课，陪我们唱歌、玩耍。”

谈起张丽莉的这次壮举，同学们都觉得并不吃惊，这只是她助人的一种本能。早在2009年冬天，她带领学生们去看望一位生病同学的路上，一辆自行车失控冲来时就是她死死地护住了学生。“老师当时裤子都被撞破了，她艰难爬起来后没顾得上自己，第一句话却是问大家‘你们没事吧?’”闫泓佚回想起当年一幕眼圈湿红。

事故原因正在调查 无私大爱感动社会

据佳木斯市交警支队交通事故处理科科长张建东介绍，事故发生后，交警迅速对肇事现场进行勘查，对肇事司机肖某实施刑事拘留。据肖某供认，她明知车辆有故障，刹车不好用，仍旧驾驶机动车上路;在车已发动的情况下，她没有集中注意力，还在和同车人说话，无意间将腿别住了操纵杆，导致车辆蹿出，诱发本次事故。张建东表示，警方目前正对相关事实进行调查。

佳木斯市委、市政府主要领导和教育局、卫生局等相关部门负责人在事故发生后第一时间赶到医院，要求医院不惜一切代价挽救张老师的生命。佳木斯市一些市民主动到医院探望，并希望能够通过公开募捐的方式为张老师筹集治病所需的高额费用。

张丽莉的父亲由于始终沉浸在悲痛当中，无法接受记者采访。她的丈夫李梓烨在面对记者的提问时，留下了一句真情告白：“这辈子，我是她的依靠，她是我的唯一”。

1966年，中国人民解放军驻黑龙江省佳木斯市某部重炮连战士刘英俊不顾个人安危，将6名儿童从受惊马匹的马蹄下救出，自己却献出了年仅22岁的生命;时隔46年之后，29岁的张丽莉再次用相似的举动彰显了质朴大爱。“我们希望这种舍己为人的精神能够更好地传承下去，希望每个人都能成为另一个张丽莉，这样我们的生活就会更加美好。”许多网友表达了共同的心声。

May Day that day, I meet my brother and younger brother to play in the riverside wetland park. Im very glad to get off when Im singing while jumping down.

So many people in the park! Some fly a kite, some play in the water, and watch the scenery. My favorite is the reeds. My Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious. examda.

2007年，刚刚“民办转公办”的李从书花1000多元买下第一条小木船后，他既当老师，也当船夫，每天都要花2个多小时接送孩子们上学、放学。木船划烂3条，将近10年来从不间断。

提问：在解决了乡村教师的待遇、社会地位等问题之后，乡村教育还将面临什么样的新问题?如何进一步调动乡村教师的积极性?

罗伟其：现在的乡村教师队伍特别是乡村小学教师面临着阶段性问题，现有教师普遍年龄偏大，再过几年他们退休之后，许多年轻教师会来接棒。这些年轻教师都接受过高等教育，有更大的抱负，事业发展的诉求会更强烈。接下来，整个农村教师队伍建设，至少是广东农村教师队伍建设，我们要关注的一个重点，就是保护这批年轻教师的工作积极性，保护他们对事业发展的追求和渴望。

【实招】建立教师发展中心

提问：我们了解到，广东提出要在2018年基本实现教育现代化，乡村教育和乡村教师能不能跟着同步迈进基本实现教育现代化的行列?

罗伟其：硬件条件基本上没什么问题，目前的核心在于教师队伍的水平和素质。在推进教育现代化进程中，广东对教师队伍建设的投入会比以前要高。我最希望农村教师队伍与城市教师的差距越来越小，而且我们也会通过多种方式提升农村教师素质，比如通过发达地区和欠发达地区的对口帮扶与交流，利用网上资源共同做教研等。

广东区域之间发展不平衡，我们提出，发达地区要将资源开放给对口支援的欠发达地区，而且发达地区要将对欠发达地区教师的帮扶列入重点。所以，我们采用了跟岗培训的策略。而且，跟岗培训也要分不同类型，一部分是欠发达地区教师到发达地区跟岗，一部分是县里教师到地级市跟岗，一部分是农村教师到县城学校跟岗，逐级做。广东从去年起依托师范院校和有师范类专业的院校，打造了8个教师发展中心，对教师持续培训一两个月甚至一个学期，这样的培训效果更好。

六点钟，天刚蒙蒙亮，闹钟准时响起，我也从床上应声而起。匆忙的洗漱之后，我就开始跳绳，不是为了锻炼，而是为了减肥。不到三十岁，我就发现自己身体有了一个致命的弱点：不减肥就要增肥。自从前年咬牙使用“饥饿快速减肥”在不到半个月的时间内把体重从138斤硬是减到116以来每天早晨近十分钟的跳绳运动便必不可少了。

六点十五分左右，跳完绳，便下楼去准备早餐之前不能叫醒在熟睡的妻子，妻子已有八个月的身孕，“大腹便便”，特能睡。自从她有身孕以来，我们就再也没有到外面镇上去吃过早餐了。10分钟之后，早餐准备就绪，妻子也已下楼来，我们开始吃早餐。

六点四十，我们骑摩托车去医院。妻子在医院做护士。因为最多只有五个月的产假，所以只能尽可能将假期留到产后。到医院送完妻子，我便去学校。一般，我会在7点十分前到校。

学校是七点半上晨读，平时，我往往会直奔教室而去，但今天必须先到操场上走走。因为，下个月学校将组织一个“全运会”，本班也就组织了田径队，篮球队。我规定队员们必须在六点五十到七点二十分之间自行训练。今天是训练的第一天，队员们的训练却很不错，都在无声而有序的进行，看来队员们已领会我的意图。尤其是篮球队员，没有一味地打半场，而是一人一球，规规矩矩地练习运球，投篮，这对于他们这些篮球尚未入门的学生来说已是难能可贵了。

七点二十分，我进了教室。自然，教室里空了许多座位，但读书气氛却很好，刚在讲台坐下，便有三五名学生上来缴伙食款。这是一个令我头疼的事情。本期开学以来，学校实行“围席制”，学生统一在学校就餐，一块二的标准已经很低的了，可学生们仍然交不起这个钱，今天你一百，明天他一百，有的拖到快要放假时都还交不清。教育部的“一费制”倒是喊得挺凶，小学几十元，初中一百几，可那只是学费，加上各类杂费，期期都是四百多，虽然没有增加，但要说“减负”就根本谈不上。如果是远道学生读住学，一个学期下来，至少也要一千多，所以一到收费，班主任老师便会头疼。家长中常有提困难要求缓缴的，不交的，也有因不理解而到学校大发牢骚以至漫骂的。

七点三十分，全部学生进教室晨读，我开始收缴期中考试成绩单以及上周末布置的竞赛作文。成绩单上签有学生家长的意见，多是“希望”“期待”之类的话语，从中能看到家长的心情，更能看到自己肩上的责任。作文竞赛是一次全国性的征文，区教育局布置下来的。人人都参与。每个班选出三篇上交学校，一个学校选六篇送教育局参选。星期三以前要交上去。我任了两个班的语文，一天必须看完一个班的作文，星期三才能按时上交。学生在下面读书，我在上面埋头批阅作文，根本没时间去抽查学生的家庭作业情况。心里说，这两天就免了吧，有空再说。

八点，铃声响起，学生们奔食堂就餐，我也回到办公室，继续评阅作文，这时有老师进来诉苦。说是有家长抨击学校巧设名目，敲诈学生。原来学校准备学兄弟学校的经验——每天为学生补上一节课，而向每位学生家长都发了一封征求意见的信。不想家长都是如此看法。该老师很是气愤又讲到班上的种种烦恼事：学生不读书，只学坏，抽烟，偷窃，“买码”，拉帮结派，甚至学会了“放高利贷”。小小年纪的学生，流氓习气，痞子作风，赌徒心理，早已初见雏形。加上半数以上的学生家长长年在外地打工，十四五岁的学生毫无管束，光凭教师怎么能扭转乾坤呢?面对同事的抱怨，我也只有伴之摇头苦笑的份。因为，他讲的并非只是个别现象，比率应该在百分之十以上。所幸的是本班的学生所涉无几。不过，班上个别男女生“早恋”现象比较严重。这些学生自己的学习成绩下降不说，还严重影响了本班的班风。曾经找他们“促膝”谈心，大道理，小利益，心窝话、老实话讲了一大堆，可见效甚微，令我又多几分头疼。

整个上午，我没有课。我的课在下午的第六七节。但因为那两班的作文，我不得不整个上午呆在办公室。两课时下来，我就头昏脑胀，但从中也发现不少值得欣慰的事情。一是学生的作文水平已有明显进步。原先作文不行，语文基础差的学生，此次居然能够自行选材，立意、拟题，且能将自己的生活经历融入文中;原先作文基础较好的学生在此次作文中更有上乘表现，不仅立意新颖，言简意丰，且语言已形成自己的风格，令人眼前一亮。二是从文中不难发现，许多学生已经能够领会家长的良苦用心，自我责任感明显增强。是否他们真的已经长大懂事了，开始独立思考自己的人生之路了呢?但愿如此。

第三节课下来，有名女生跑进我的办公室。她低着脑袋，双眼噙着泪水，嗫嚅了半天，才开始说话。她是我们班的两名孤儿之一，自小父亡，母亲抛下她远走他乡。她由老实巴交的爷爷奶奶抚养至今。开学时，开家长会，她奶奶给我讲了他们一家的困难，一再叹息自己的无能，供这样一个孙女上初中都已是非常困难，尤其提到每餐一块二的伙食费他们的确会交不起，希望我能向学校申请补助。但是，特困补助每期仅有五十元，杯水车薪，能济何事?开学以来，她的住学费，伙食费(共450元)一直未交，我也不好意思去催。这时只见她掏出一百块钱，同时问我是否能够帮她转一下班。她说她爷爷又病了，没有钱治病。她不想再增加爷爷奶奶的负担，想退出重点班不读住学，(重点班的学生因为晚自习要集中辅导，所以全部都要读住学)，这样就可以省下一些钱来。我的心酸了。为她的处境，也为她的小小的年纪心灵上所承受的重压;同时，我也颇感欣慰，为她的成熟懂事。有人说：“苦难是一所大学”，这也许对她的人生并非无益，是的，我是应该帮她，但绝不是帮她转出我的重点班。因为那样的话，对她太不公平。

这一班的作文，我一直看到中午十二点，也终于从中选出了二篇较好的作文进行了适当的修改，准备上交参赛。虽然还有一个班的作文得批阅，但今天是没有时间了，因为中午班主任要开会，第六七节我又要上课，下午还要进行篮球训练，田径队的训练。

等我到食堂吃完中餐，第四节课下课铃声已经响起，学生鱼贯而入开始就餐，我察看了本班学生的就餐情况，毕竟全是八年级学生，男女生都颇有了几分君子之风，全然没有原先家长们所担心的抢饭菜现象。

这是，喇叭声再次响起，班主任老师开会的通知，我也就出了食堂，来到办公室，会议主要是要求班主任配合学校组织学生做好“全运会”的准备工作，尤其强调学生的着装问题，为了开幕式统一着装，本期新进的学生必须全部订制校服，每套48元。一听到收钱，所有的班主任就头疼，虽然我班只有十多名学生要订制，但我总觉得又是凭空增加了学生家庭负担。

会议拉得很长，一直到第五节课上课时才结束。拖着疲惫的身子，我一回到办公室，倒头就睡。长年以来，我早已成习惯，午睡是雷打不动了，不然下午上课便没了精神，更何况是两节课连上。

放学后，我来到了田径场，先陪学生进行了一圈的变速跑。有其他班的学生很诧异，可能是诧异我不像是老师而更像是一个学生。然后，我又陪学生进行了一次百米跑。想不到，我竟然很吃力，还跑班上学生不赢。记得三年前开运动会，我带班上学生进行百米训练时，那时我可是想等一会就等到一会，想超过时就一定能超过的。在师范时，我是班上的接力跑选手，也是校运会第一名的长跑选手。参加工作的前三年，我也一直任体育专职教师。现在看来应该是我自己的体能大大退化了。

五点钟，学生就餐。我也骑车回到医院，妻子一般已煮好饭，洗好菜，只等我回到家后炒菜。从炒菜到吃饭，我们一般只须半个钟头。只是饭后收拾清洗，再加上两人洗澡，洗衣，这些鸡零狗碎的事情做下来，时间就到八点了。我们俩都很害怕左右邻居前来串门，更害怕那种一屁股坐下来就不动了，东家长，西家短的跟你唠叨没完的人。遇上这号主，你不陪有点失礼，如果真的陪他，“倾听”他唠叨个没完，那又是一种折磨。

我们一般会在八点前进卧室。妻子坐到床上半躺着看书，我则坐到书桌前写些属于自己的东西，教育心得啦，与学生的同题作文啦，还有一些可能永远也无法发表的小说或者散文。我们这里没电视机。“少看电视多看书”成了我们生活的原则。

十点半，我们准备睡觉，妻子因贪睡，早已酣然大睡，而我却翻来覆去睡不着，因为白天那女生的哭诉犹在耳边。睡前，我看了《读者》上的一篇文章——《穷人的资本》。文章写的是一个感人的真实故事。作者曾资助了一名贫困女生五百元钱，一个学期下来，那名女生除了上缴三百元学费之后，居然只花了一百块钱。一个学期，三百块钱，她到底是如何过下来的，我们无法想象，也令我的心悸动。我也由此想到我们班上那些只往零食店的学生们，两厢对比，心下唏嘘不已。同时，一个方案在我头脑中已经成形：以班团支部的名义发出号召：“少吃一份零食，多献一从爱心”，号召本班学生捐出自己的零花钱，我自己也算一份，那女生的二百五十块钱的生活费不就有着落了吗?

想到这，我心坦然，沉沉睡去。

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.
