2014年4月，木拉提获得重要情报，一伙隐藏在和田农村的暴恐分子，正在秘密制造大批炸弹，准备实施多点连环袭击。秘密侦查发现，暴恐分子有很强的反侦查意识，布置了大量机关，还在制爆窝点的内部和周边预埋了遥控启爆的炸药，事情一旦败露，就打算和警察同归于尽。情况紧急，木拉提和战友们没有犹豫，在摸清位置、确定时机后，果断行动，击毙了歹徒。当场搜出了200多枚的自制炸弹的成品和半成品，其中包括杀伤力巨大的汽油炸弹和人体炸弹。

1948年，师昌绪赴美留学。50年代开始，师昌绪为争取回国，进行了长期斗争。1955年6月，师昌绪回国，被分配到中国科学院金属研究所，从1957年起便负责“合金钢与高温合金研究与开发” 成为中国高温合金开拓者之一，领导开发中国第一代空心气冷铸造镍基高温合金涡轮叶片，使我国成为继美国之后第二个自主开发这一关键材料技术的国家。

师昌绪对国家科技政策的制订及科技机构的设置和发展做出了突出贡献。他倡导并参与主持了中国工程院的建立;多次主持全国材料领域发展规划。师昌绪在国际材料科学领域享有很高声誉，多次担任国际材料领域学术会议主席或顾问。

朱晓晖的父亲在2002年患弥漫性脑梗塞，从此瘫痪在床，失去了生活能力。为了更好的照顾父亲，朱晓晖辞掉了在报社的工作。为了给父亲治病，她不但卖了房还欠下一身债务。因为不堪重负，朱晓晖的丈夫带着孩子离开了她。朱氏父女在社区的车库里安了家，一住就是12年。

朱晓晖曾是一位有才气的诗人，诗歌在全国获得过很多奖。父亲生病前，她喜爱读诗、写诗;而现在她看得更多的是医学护理和养生方面的书籍。老人患病后落下了瘫痪的毛病，腿脚不便，大小便也不能控制。朱晓晖几乎每天都要给他擦洗身体。在她的细心照料下，老人卧床12年都没有得过褥疮。但常年的操劳，使得才41岁的她早已满头白发。

维持两人生活的唯一来源是老人每个月一千多元的养老保险。父亲治病的开销不能省，朱晓晖就只能去市场里捡人们不要的菜给父亲吃，自己则用咸菜就着米饭度日。虽然生活环境艰苦，但朱晓晖一直努力让父亲生活的更舒适些。老人因为心疼女儿，常常痛哭。

山区洗澡难、买菜难、乘车难、看病就医难，各方面都极不方便。卧室跟男厕所共用一面墙，夏天臭气熏天，孙丽娜晚上要戴着两个口罩才能睡觉。因为长时间在山区生活，加上高原强烈的紫外线照射，现在孙丽娜的右眼全部失明，左眼视力只剩下0.03，检查身体时还发现体内重金属超标。朱敏才也患有高血糖、高血脂、呼吸暂停综合征等危险疾病。但他们依然坚守岗位，带给孩子生动活泼的课堂氛围。

他们义务执教不拿一份报酬，在省吃俭用资助贫困生的同时，还在积极为学校建电脑教室、修学生食堂四处联系争取支持和帮助。夫妇两在北京治病期间，仍心系山区的孩子，为他们捐来了20台电脑。孙丽娜还将阿里巴巴“天天正能量”奖给她和丈夫的10万元奖金转赠给了学校，用于建电脑教室。在支教9年后，他们被中央电视台评为“最美乡村教师”。

张纪清：大爱深沉(张纪清，74岁，江苏江阴市市民)【15】

2014年11月，在邮局突然晕倒的老人张纪清被送到医院。散落的汇款单暴露了他的秘密。人们发现，他就是江阴人寻找了27年的好心人炎黄。

1987年，祝塘镇政府收到一笔1000元的捐款用于敬老院的建设，捐款人署名是“炎黄”。当时这笔捐款相当于一个人一年的工资。从此以后的27年间，无论是希望小学还是敬老院，或是地震灾区都曾收到过署名“炎黄”的捐款。27年间，江阴人一直在寻找“炎黄”这位好心人，当地甚至还建设了一个“炎黄陈列馆”。

2014年11月，这位好心人“炎黄”终于现身了，他就是张纪清。张纪清出生贫苦，改革开放后成了镇上首个万元户。手里有了些钱他就开始捐款。之后，他又干回了老本行会计，拿的是死工资，可是捐款却没有中断。张纪清在家里明确表态，钱会用到别人最需要的地方，子女的钱自己去挣。现在张纪清每月只有500多元的收入，当教师的老伴还有些退休金，两口子一直生活俭朴，现在还住着过去的老房子，但是依旧捐款。

张纪清坦言署名“炎黄”是不想让被帮助的人有负担，他说“我们做一点点小事情，就不能以恩人自居”。张纪清就是“炎黄”，这个秘密只有他的妻子知道，并一直支持着他。这份坚持27年的凡人善举成就了大爱，在这个冬天带给很多人温暖。

、陇海大院：爱意满园(郑州市二七社区有个和谐的老院落，陇海大院)【1】

二七区陇海大院居民高新海，1976年在农场插队时，突患急性横贯性脊髓炎致高位截瘫，胸部以下完全失去知觉。随后，命运的打击接踵而来：1983年，家里的顶梁柱二哥因病去世;1987年，母亲患结肠癌;1997年，大哥患肺病;2005年，父亲患上老年痴呆;2008年，高新海的父母相继去世，留下高新海孤零零一人。

当不幸开始笼罩这个家庭的时候，大院里的邻居们就纷纷伸出援助之手，一个自发形成的爱心群体自觉承担起照顾他的义务——洗澡、理发、上车下床……生病时，大家不分昼夜轮流在床前守候，至今38年从没间断。

年夜饭到高新海家吃，这个传统有好多年了。高新海说：“不光是年夜饭，遇到世界杯、欧洲杯等大赛时，我家也是邻居们聚在一起看球的地方，其实，我知道，邻居们就是为了陪陪我，怕我寂寞，跟我说说话。”如今，高新海学会了骑电动三轮车，他用这辆三轮车免费接送社区赶着去办急事的人，谁着急上班，谁赶着去火车站，谁要去医院看病，高新海闻讯会立马赶到。

肖卿福：不惧麻风(肖卿福，男，66岁，江西省赣州市于都县皮防所支部书记、皮防科科长)【5】

肖卿福自1974年从卫校毕业后，走上麻风病防治的岗位。他独立确诊、治疗麻风病新发、复发患者300多人，矫正康复手术100多例，从未出现过医疗事故。他在尽心尽力做好麻风病防治工作的同时，还利用各种机会宣传麻防科普知识，到全县各医疗单位进行皮防知识讲座近百次。

说到麻风病，许多人都会望而生畏，肖卿福却和麻风病打了40年的交道。于都县黄麟乡安背康复村正是一个麻风村，医疗条件相对落后。在村里，肖卿福既要当医生又要当护理员，不管是看病还是病人的日常料理都是他一个人在做。他为病人打针、敷药、清洗溃烂的伤口，护理眼、手脚畸残的病人，给他们喂饭、喂水、抹身子，将救治麻风病人之责时时记在心上，从没有过任何埋怨。

“当好麻风病医生，比当好其他医生确实更难。麻风病人也都是人，既然我选择了当医生，不管怎么样就是要为病人服务。”肖卿福这样说过。现如今66岁的肖卿福，仍然还在麻风病防治一线奋斗着。2010，肖卿福是全省麻防专业技术学科的带头人，先后荣获全国麻风战线突出贡献奖——“马海德奖”“全省麻风病防治先进个人”。

赵久富：心有清泉(赵久富，男，60岁，湖北团风镇黄湖移民新村党支部书记)【18】

2010年，南水北调移民工作正式开始，湖北十堰市郧县余嘴村成为被定为当地首批搬迁的移民试点村，村支书赵久富以大局为重，主动放弃留下来的名额，告别80岁高堂，认真细致作好移民工作，代领61户村民搬迁到团风镇移民新村。

2014年，跨世纪工程南水北调正式通水。此时，南水北调移民第一村十堰郧县余嘴村支书赵久富带领着移民新村的村民早已安定下来，大家也都找到比过去更多的致富出路。

50年前，南水北调一期移民开始时，七岁的赵久富跟随父母搬迁到了余嘴村，2010年，他成了村里移民的第一责任人。这里有61户要外迁到千里之外的黄冈。家园难舍，故土难离，移民工作最难张嘴。村看村，户看户，群众看的是干部，按照住房在海拔172米以下需要外迁的标准，赵久富可以选择留下，但他还是主动选择了外迁黄冈。赵久富80多岁的父母亲决定不跟儿子外迁到黄冈，但他们支持儿子带头外迁。

村支书带头外迁，61户村民陆续签了搬迁协议，2010年的4月30日，移民搬迁对队伍就要出发了，家家户户开始收拾家当装车。赵久富党旗挂在了自家外墙上，这是他在余嘴村当村支书的第26个年头，也是他在余嘴村当村支书的最后一天。赵久富的母亲拄着拐杖步行了5公里，来到了移民现场。母子遥望，赵久富不敢流泪，怕耽误了移民的行程。

2013年，余嘴村变成蓄满清水的库区。而移民们在赵久富的带领下，在新的家园也走上了致富路。

陶艳波：同桌妈妈(陶艳波，48岁，女)【14】

48岁的陶艳波，每天从早到晚，几乎都要陪伴在儿子杨乃彬身边，和儿子一起学习，做儿子的老师、陪读。

在杨乃彬一岁的时候，因为一次发烧导致耳膜出血，最终导致他失去了听说功能。这给了陶艳波和一家人很大的打击。

为了给孩子治病，他们走过了很多地方，但医生的结论始终让他们失望。很多人劝陶艳波把孩子送到聋哑学校，但是陶艳波没有放弃。为了儿子，她专门从老家黑龙江到北京去学习唇语，然后一点点地教儿子说话、识字。陶艳波坚持让儿子上正常学校，为此她做出了一个难以让人理解的决定：辞职陪着孩子一起上学。就这样，从小学一年级到高三，母子二人一起学习。陶艳波就是儿子的耳朵，就是儿子的向导。杨乃彬的老师、同学也都为这对母子提供了最好的条件。经过不断练习，杨乃彬也能比较正常地和人交流。

如今，杨乃彬已经考上了大学，成为了河北工业大学机电专业的学生。他希望用自己的努力回报父母，回报老师，回报所有帮助他们的人。

于敏，中国氢弹之父(于敏，中国科学院院士，89岁，核物理学家，国家最高科技奖获得者)【21】

于敏1944年考入北京大学，1951年以优异成绩毕业，进入中科院近代物理研究所，1960年底，开始参与科学家钱三强组织的氢弹技术理论探索。 在中国核物理的几位开创者中，于敏是唯一一位没有留学背景的人。在氢弹的理论探索中，于敏几乎从一张白纸开始，依靠自己的勤奋，举一反三。克服重重困难，自主研发，解决了氢弹研制中的一系列基础问题。1967年，中国完成了氢弹核爆实验。从原子弹到氢弹，中国只用了两年零八个月，这是世界上最快的速度。在氢弹研制过程中，于敏提出了从原理到构形基本完整的设想，成为中国氢弹研制中的关键人物。从20世纪70年代起，于敏和其他学者一起倡导、推动加快我国的惯性约束聚变研究，并将它列入我国高技术发展计划，大大推动了我国国防科技的进步。从60年代开始，于敏放弃了个人热爱的基础物理专业，此后30年一直隐姓埋名，于敏一生只有两次公开露面，一次是1999年，国家为两弹一星元勋授奖，另外一次是2015年1月9日，国家科技奖颁奖，于敏成为最高科技奖的唯一获得者。

new high school life is both exciting and challenging for me. first, im in a new environment with my new teachers and new classmates. many of them are all from top middle schools in the area. im so excited to meet them all. the new school building is designed creatively and attractively. i loved it . my new teachers are nice and them teach very weel. they are always willing to answer my questions at the end of the class. second, i have to take some new subjects and choose some subjects myself. i liked that because it gives students freedom and i can develop more in my areas of interest. third, im glad to join into some of the clubs and activities in my school. they are very interesting and i could learn more social experience through those activities. im proud to be in this new school and i wish that i can unleash my potential and achieve my best in this school.

10年前，退休的外交官夫妇朱敏才、孙丽娜并没有选择在北京的安逸生活，而是来到贵州偏远山区义务支教。

他们将义务支教作为新生活的支点，也是圆了自己未圆的梦--1965年从贵州大学英语系毕业时，朱敏才填写的志愿是到贵州山区当一名英语老师，而国家的统一分配让他成了一名外交官。本来是小学教师的孙丽娜，因为跟随丈夫常驻外国使馆而不得不放弃心爱的工作，她总觉得当老师还没当够。

把光鲜靓丽的西装和礼服留在北京，背上简单的行囊，他们来到了偏僻的尖山苗寨。寨里有200多个孩子，在他们之前，这儿只有一名代课老师。

尽管做好了吃苦的准备，但条件之艰苦还是超出了他们的预料。他们的卧室跟男厕所共用一面墙，夏天臭气熏天，孙丽娜晚上要戴着两层口罩才能睡觉。高原强烈的紫外线照射让孙丽娜的右眼全部失明，左眼视力只剩下0.03。朱敏才患有高血糖、高血脂、呼吸暂停综合征等危险疾病，山区湿冷的气候又让他得上了风湿病。这里缺医少药，朱敏才干脆硬扛着。为省下钱购买教学器材和孩子的学习用品，那条大窟窿连着小窟窿的秋裤，他们都不舍得扔，缝缝补补接着穿。

这些年，夫妇俩行了上万公里，支教了5所乡村小学，不仅为学校新开设了外语、音乐、体育、美术等课程，还募集善款350多万元，为孩子们建了电脑教室和学生食堂。偏远的山寨因为他们的出现而看到了希望，他们也因为孩子们的面貌一新而感到莫大满足，“整个寨子都飘着他们朗读的读书声，那声音太美了。”

2014年9月，在支教的第9年，扎根贵州山区的朱敏才第一次回到北京，他和孙丽娜一起，接受“最美乡村教师”的颁奖。谈起未来的打算，年逾古稀的他表示“只要还能动，就在那里教下去”。但让孙丽娜没有想到的是，仅仅一个月之后，丈夫就因突发脑溢血被送进了遵义县人民医院。突然见不到朝夕相处的朱老师了，孩子们总是问：“朱老师什么时候回来呀?朱老师您快点好起来吧!”

穿一件充满生机的绿色上装，孙丽娜来到“感动中国”的舞台，含泪接过属于他们夫妇俩的荣誉。她带来了丈夫的近况：“他右半边还没有知觉，但神智开始清醒，可以连着说两三个字了。”回到孩子们中间，这是朱敏才最大的心愿。

“最美的乡村教师”这个响亮的称号已经震撼全国、传遍大江南北，为我们教师群体树立了学习的榜样，也是激励自己奋勇向前的强大动力。

乡村教师是一个光荣又普通的职业,担负着传播知识、普及教育、培育农村人才的基础工作。而他们的生活环境、工作条件比起城市要差许多，会遇到不少城市人难以遇到的困难，“寻找最美乡村教师”活动的入围者，他们在日常的工作中，任劳任怨，辛勤耕耘，赢得了众人的好评与赞美!这些老师身上体现的可贵之处是非常值得自己学习的。

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad

horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we

have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it

whenever it comes up.

Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them.

What’s more, success goes along with opportunities. We should develop the

ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make

our way to success more easily.

My childhood was unforgettable. When I was five years old, I went to the kindergarten every day. I had a lot of good time with my little friends. My parents took good care of me. I didn’t need to care about food and clothes and any other things. I was very happy in those days. But one day, my mother told me that she wouldnt pick me up after school. I was afraid of going home alone, so I started to cry and I was angry with my mother. Although I insisted that she and my father should protect me safely, they still disagreed with me. They thought it was good for me to learn to be independent. The next day after class, I had to take a bus to go back home. I forgot to see the bus route when I got on. Therefore, when the bus was more and more far from my home, I felt anxious. Finally, I got the last stop, and then took the same bus back home. When I told my parents my story, they never thought it is a mistake, on the contrary, they thought it is a useful experience. From then on, I dont let them meet me after school any more.

Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor

studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild

giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that

made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant

panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not

true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and

they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the

policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is

increasing. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it

is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the

nature.

In the 1990s, as the call of the government that teachers should go to the country to serve the people, there are more and more teachers go to the country to continue their teaching education. People speak highly of the teachers, because they contribute their youth to the teaching education. I recognize a country teacher when I were in my internship, after a month in the country, I feel lonely and bored, I began to admire country teachers. They are so great, they choose to go to the village at their best youth, giving up the comfortable life in the city. I am wondering what make them make such decision. The teacher I know said that they thought they would here just for a few years, but as the time went by, they felt the kids needed them, so they stayed. I am so admire them, they are the real great men.

在1990年，随着国家呼唤教师下乡服务人民，越来越多的教师下乡从事他们的教育事业。人们高度评价教师，因为他们把自己的青春奉献给了教育事业。我在实习的时候认识了一名乡村教师，在乡村的一个月里，我觉得孤独和无聊，开始敬佩乡村教师。他们很伟大，选择在他们最好的年华下乡，放弃了城市里优越的生活。我想知道是什么让他们做这个决定。我认识的那个教师说他们以为会在这里呆个几年，但是随着时间的流逝，他们觉得孩子需要他们，所以决定留下来。我很佩服他们，他们是真正伟大的人。

My Roommates

I study in a high school, the school is far away from my home, so I have to live in the school. The first day I came to the school, the headmaster led me to a dormitory, he said I would have three roommates. I was the first one to come, so I waited a minute to meet my roommates. At last, I saw them, they are from different places, I learned how to get along with them. Li Hua loves music so much, he can play guitar, we hear him play guitar when we don’t have class. Wang Hai is into reading all kinds of novels, sometimes he will read a novel the whole night. Su Kai likes playing basketball, he watches all the news about NBA. While I like playing tennis, though we have different hobby, we share our happy and sorrow, the difference makes our life colorful.

Tennis is the world’s third sport, it ranks after football and basketball.

Every year, a lot of audience keeps their eyes on the four grand slam

championships. It is known to all that Wimbledon has the oldest history and the

tennis players treat it as the greatest honor to win it. This year, the local

player Murray won it again.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

much pressure as before. The fans knew that he had a hard time after his first

great honor, people started to qustioned about his ability. But he proved

himself again.

Every player has his honor hour and the bad time, the more important is to

never give up, then honor will come again.

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow

rice or vegetables, and use the woods as fuel. Timber companies cut down trees

and turn them into furniture or paper productions. As to goal miners, they

remove the forests to find out whether there are goal underground.

However, many of us fail to realize that forests are the lungs of the

earth. When we cut down trees, we also push ourselves in to a dangerous

situation. That is the global warming. When you come to think about it, there

are only few ways to solve these negative effects: stop cutting down trees

blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. But these

solutions can be impractical to some degreed.

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

Do you know what will happen in the future?I think predicting the future can be difficult,but also I have a dream about my future.In the future,I think I will be a very famous doctorand i will live in Japan.Because I think Japan is a very beautiful country in my head.As a doctor ,I think I will have a lot of friends.I think I will live in a big house with my great feriend .Because I do not like living alone. I will have a pet dog in my house.Because I can not keep a pet dog now.Do you know why? Because my mother hates them very much.During the week I will look smart, and probably will wear a suit. At the weekend,I will be able to dreaa more casually. I think I will travel around the world.

A fun-filled， pain-free lifestyle equaling happiness actually reduces their

chances of ever obtaining real happiness. As a result，many people avoid the very

attempts that are the source of true happiness.And the real happiness always

contains some pain .In the other hand， true happiness has nothing to do with

fun. All those who always have so much fun actually may not be happy at all.

I have a bitter experience. When I was a child， I lived a poor life，and I

had a happy and meaningful life in my childhood. And my parents were always

respecting each other. And now we have some money，and our life has improved a

lot. To tell the truth， it is a good thing. Unfortunately，My father always goes

out and takes part in the gambling activities. And my mother sometimes quarrels

with my father. I am extremely unhappy about it. I think money doesnt equal

happiness. And pain-free lifestyle also doesnt equal happiness. The real

happiness is that everyone loves each other， and does everything useful for our

society. Most of my classmates support me. But some of them think money is

everything. In my opinion，we cant do things without money. But money cant take

the place of everything，such as your life，your time and your happiness.

I like my school life very much,it is very interesting.I usually reach school at half past seven.Then we do morning exercises at eight oclock.We have eight lessons every day.

20__年10月10日，我校组织学习最美乡村教师陆荣飞、邢源霞的事迹后，我的心久久未能平静。一个是危急时刻用身体挡在歹徒和学生之间的老师，另一个是视学生如己出，用爱呵护学生，被称之为“妈妈”的老师。他们在自己平凡的工作岗位上，用不平凡的行动践行崇高的师德。在无数的教育教学实践中，教育者们总结了身教胜于言传的道理，而他们就是用无声的身教，验证那无法雄辩的道理，从他们身上我们看到未来教育的希望。学习中，震撼和感动之余，自己也在寻思，应该以怎样的姿态学习这些先进典型呢?于是无数的纠结、思索中，我决定从以下三个方面学习先进典型：

第一、学习他们敬业爱岗、高度责任感、使命感。敬业与爱岗都是一种责任、更是一种使命，教师只有爱这个职业，才能珍惜这个职业;只有日复一日，年复一年，几十年如一日的坚守才能不辱于使命。教育不是一人的事业，而是整个中华民族的事业，因此教师要具备高度责任感、使命感，把这个工作当作一种事业的追求，全身心的投入到工作中，敢于担当、勇担重任、尽心尽责，在平凡的岗位上创造不平凡的业绩。

第二、学习他们舍己为人、具致真善美的品质。蒙古族有一句谚语：“爱自己的孩子是人，爱别人的孩子是神”。这句话蕴含着至善和博爱，这也是最美教师们身上具致真善美的体现。陆荣飞老师在危急时刻用身体挡在歹徒和学生之间，而自己身中数刀倒在血泊中还不忘叨念学生的安全情况;邢源霞老师视学生如己出，用爱呵护学生，在父亲病危住院期间，为不落下学生功课坚持给学生补课，在亲情与工作这把秤杆上，她选择工作为先。从他们身上我们看到人性具致真善美的一面。我们要秉承这种传统美德，就要向他们一样本着勤道乐业、爱生如子、舍己为人、至善大爱的博大情怀，扎扎实实、兢兢业业地做好本职工作。

第三、学习他们甘为人梯、乐于奉献的精神。人们常说：“教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业”。然而不是职业造就教师的辉煌，而是教师铸就职业的辉煌，正因有陆荣飞老师、邢源霞老师这样十几年如一日的无悔执教，坚守那份清贫的职业，坚守那份教书育人的责任，坚守那份无悔的人生，才铸就教师职业的辉煌，谱写一曲曲感人的赞歌。向他们学习，就要增强职业道德观念，强化责任意识，甘为人梯、乐于奉献的精神，力争做人民满意的教师和教育工作者。

From this incident，we can see that there are still more things to be done。

Firstly，the government needs everything possible to ensure the quality of

products，particularly the safety of food as this concerns everyones

life.Secondly，as for the producers，it is very important for them to be morally

honest. They should never try to pursue profit or economic growth at the expense

of health and life of people. Thirdly，we consumers must attach importance to the

things we eat and develop an awareness of how to protect our legal rights if

cheated。 Only in this way will we be able to build a more secure and harmonious

society.
