接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。

[关于《我的第一本英语教师课堂用语手册》的读后感

在平顶山市教育战线上，涌现出了一大批扎根农村、默默耕耘、忘我工作、无私奉献的典型人物和感人事迹，刘爱霞老师就是其中之一位。

刘爱霞、女、汉族、1965年12月出生于平顶山市叶县廉村乡韩桥村，中师学历、1988年9月参加工作，现任叶县城关乡中心校小学高级教师。

屈指算来，刘爱霞老师已经在农村教育战线上摸爬滚打了二十四个春秋。她二十四年如一日，以校为家，一直工作在教学第一线，长期担任小学毕业班数学。她师德高尚，模范履行教师职责，热爱学生，团结同志，忘我工作，无私奉献，为农村的教育事业呕心沥血，教育、教学成效显著，是位德才兼备的优秀教师。

二十四年来，刘爱霞老师在平凡的教学岗位上做出了不平凡的事迹。主要事迹如下：

一、以身作则、为人师表

刘爱霞老师忠诚党的教育事业，有强烈的敬业和奉献精神，有较强的进取意识，以身作则、为人师表，努力学习理论知识，进一步增强自己的人生观。能认真遵守学校的各项规章制度和教师职业道德规范的要求，做到语言文明，举止端庄，礼貌待人，以身作则，并能用自己的品德言行来教育影响学生。在工作中，讲敬业，比奉献。她团结同志，关心学生，绝对服从学校领导的安排，对工作尽职尽责，任劳任怨。

二、励精图治、默默耕耘

1988年9月，刘爱霞老师踏上了农村小学教育的“三尺讲台”。从那时起，她就把人生的坐标定在了为教育献身的轨迹上，出于真心热爱教育事业、热爱岗位、热爱每一个学生，把自己的事业看得无比神圣。为了做好教师这个神圣的工作，她始终坚持不断的学习，坚持阅读有关教育学和心理学方面的书籍和教育教学刊物，虚心学习老同志的教育教学经验，努力做一名高品位的合格的人民教师。二十四年来，她系统地学习了《教育学》、《儿童心理学》、《教师心理素质专题》、《教师职业道德修养》等理论书籍，深入研究教育教学理论。同时主动参加教学基本功训练。她深知没有充实、厚重的业务功底，没有准确的知识结构，没有较为先进的教育思想，就无法胜任太阳底下这一光辉的职业。她在教学中力争做到有清晰透彻的思路，耐心寻味的启发，深入浅出的讲解，现代教学手段的合理运用，都得益于不断的学习和刻苦的训练，使每一节课都成为精雕细琢的艺术品。

三、教书育人、乐于奉献

任教二十四年来，荆棘与鲜花同路，坎坷和欢歌齐飞。在刘爱霞老师的心中始终铭记“金奖银奖不如家长的夸奖，金杯银杯不如家长的口碑。”她始终把培养完善人格的学生看作等同生命一样重要的大事。她班有个男孩子，很多同学向她反映，这名男同学下课不愿和大家一起玩，很孤僻，而且他经常摸班上女孩子的头发和衣服什么的，叫女同学很害怕。她了解到这一情况后没有立刻批评这个小男孩，而是通过调查走访和一系列工作，终于解开了这个谜，也找到了解决问题的方法。原来，这个男孩的父母离异，父亲在外地打工，母亲也很少回家，对孩子不管不问;爷爷奶奶都上了岁数，又没有文化，对孩子的管理很不到位。于是她就多次和这个小男孩谈心，使他终于吐出了心里话：别的孩子都有爸爸妈妈的疼爱，我也要，而且怕同学看不起。刘老师明白了，原来这个孩子是生活上缺少关心，心灵上缺少温暖的“留守儿童”。从此以后，刘爱霞老师一有空就和他在一起玩，有时把他搂在怀里，并经常把他带回自己家，象对待自己的孩子一样，使他能感受到母亲般的温暖，让他的少儿心理得以正常发育，人格得以正常完善。经过一段时间的培养，这名同学终于和其他孩子一样能够正确处理同学之间的关系，和同学相处得很融洽。这样的例子在刘老师身上很多很多，她时刻把德育工作放在教学工作的首位，既教书又育人，使班上的孩子都能够全面发展，健康成长。刘爱霞老师常挂在嘴边的一句话就是“教学无小事，育人需精心”。

四、恪尽职守、任劳任怨

任教二十四年来，刘爱霞老师始终耕耘在“三尺讲台”。她恪尽职守、任劳任怨、不求回报、只讲奉献。历年来，她所担学科在全县组织的统考中总是名列前茅，她辅导的学生袁晨启曾荣获“河南省第二届中小学师生书法大赛二等奖”，她本人也荣获了“河南省第二届中小学师生书法大赛优秀辅导奖”，多次获得县乡优秀教师奖。

日复一日的平凡岁月，默默耕耘的无悔人生，刘爱霞老师献身教育、甘为人梯，用坚韧让学生踩着臂膀奔向新的征程;甘愿化春蚕，用才能让知识与智慧延伸;甘愿当园丁，用爱心和汗水培育桃李芬芳。她凭着对教育事业执着的追求和强烈的责任感，在“三尺讲台”上书写自己的完美人生，她是教育战线上一颗璀璨的明星，是值得大家学习的好榜样，是最完美的乡村教师。

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such as the scientist, the policeman and so on. It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the person can become the great person, most people are doing the ordinary jobs. In my opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they are not doing the fine jobs, they find their own place and make a contribution to the world. Take the cleaner for example. They wake up early and do the cleaning work. People dare not to do the job because it is so dirty, but the cleaners decorate the city with their hard work. The cleaners are the ordinary people while doing the great job.

在我们很小的时候，梦想将来成为伟大的人，比如科学家，警察等等。孩子有伟大的梦想是好的，这样他们就会努力学习，为他们的将来奋斗。但是事实上，并不是所有的人都能成为伟大的人，大部分人都是做着普通的工作。在我看来，平凡也是美丽的。虽然他们没有做着体面的工作，但是他们找到了自己的位置，为社会做贡献。就拿清洁工来说。他们早早起来做清洁。人们不敢做这份工作，因为脏，但是清洁工通过努力工作去装饰了这个城市。清洁工虽然普通，但是他们却做着伟大的工作。

Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh,

there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the

library freely to read the books we like. This is our school. Don’t you think

it’s great?
