但我打开后，我被书中的一切吸引住，我满怀兴趣和好奇心地读起来，从前言中我了解到《昆虫记》又洋洋十卷之多，翻译成中文有两百多万字，从理论和科普意义上说，《昆虫记》算得上是一部生物学著作，然而从作者的生动叙述，语言细腻描写和丰富独特的想象力上来说，它又堪称为一部极佳的文学名著。书中的内容又很多，比如：黑肚皮的塔蓝图拉毒蜘蛛的故事，虎纹园蛛以及狼蛛的家庭生活，天生攀岩家蟹蛛所结带黏性的网还有蜘蛛离乡记等等。

在这本书中，我最喜欢的内容还是”松毛虫的故事”。故事中的松毛虫都很有集体主义精神，在一只松毛虫结网时，别的松毛虫不会只顾自己的窝，如果它看见前面有同类在织网，一定会拔刀相助，跟着前面的松毛虫一同吐丝，领头的松毛虫此事任务都很重，它要一边探路一面吐丝，比如一队松毛虫围着花盆的缸沿结网，他们就会一只跟着一只，排着整齐的队伍，可能偶尔会有几只走出来，但那是很少的……。

一提起昆虫，我就最不喜欢蜜蜂了，因为蜜蜂曾经一直绕着我团团转;还有一次，蜜蜂直接飞到我耳朵边上来了，我还以为蜜蜂要蜇我，吓死我了。法布尔的书里写了三种蜂，分别是采脂蜂、隧蜂和胡峰。这三种蜂也会蜇人，特别是胡峰，观察它们若是被胡峰发现了，可是要付出惨痛代价的。不过，法布尔并没有过多地写出它们的坏，而是写了它们做地下巢穴的手艺有多么精湛。哎，从这里我就该学学法布尔。

在书中，我最感兴趣的就是螽斯的奇异婚恋这个故事了。因为自从螽斯夫人把那个授精袋吃下去了之后，我就一直很好奇，它们螽斯家族究竟是怎么繁衍后代的呢?可惜书上没有讲。

在法布尔的书里，各种各样的昆虫们作为演员和主角，上演着由大自然赞助的节目，它们表现得多棒啊!迷宫蛛在自己的节目快接近尾声的时候，咬破了孩子们的房间，好让它的孩子们爬出来，尽到了一个最慈爱的母亲所应尽的全部责任;圣甲虫带着一个比自己的身体大好几倍的重粪球硬要往斜坡上走，摔了不知道多少次后才醒悟过来，选择走安全的平地了。哎，这个牛脾气!螳螂不知从哪儿弄来的武器，把自己打扮成一个全副武装的战士……每个昆虫都有自己的节目，都有自己的趣事。在《昆虫记》里，我还看见就因为法布尔抓了一只雌的大孔雀蝶，到了那天晚上就有一大堆雄大孔雀蝶飞到他的家里来，让他家里的保姆又惊又怕。那群大孔雀蝶已经把法布尔的家占领了，好可怕。

法布尔把一生心血融入到这本《昆虫记》里，我却无法完全体会。我只能尽量多看看这本书，才能对法布尔所研究的昆虫有更深一层的认识。

我看了一本法布尔的《昆虫记》，里面记载着很多昆虫生活习性、兴趣爱好以及特殊的本领。里面有狼蛛、石蚕、松毛虫、黄蜂、赤条峰和萤火虫……

我最喜欢赤条峰了。因为它很好看，有着一副较小的好身材：它有细细的腰，腹部分成两截，上面小，下面大，中间就像是用一根细线连起来，黑色的肚皮上还围着一条漂亮的红色腰带。它还是毛毛虫的天敌哦！毛毛虫破坏农作物和花草，无论是观赏用的花草还是食用的蔬菜它都喜欢吃。但赤条峰的食物就是毛毛虫了，它为我们除了一害。所以我喜欢赤条峰。

我喜欢看《昆虫记》这本课外书，因为他把很多很多的昆虫写成了一个一个小故事，让我对昆虫有着强烈的兴趣。这就是我喜欢这本书的原因。

我对昆虫的了解并不多，拿起这本书，不过是对昆虫有些好奇，这里面记录的昆虫与我所认识的昆虫有何不同。

《昆虫记》里有介绍到——黄蜂，赤条蜂，狼蛛，蝉，萤火虫，螳螂等昆虫。

有一回，我刚好看到狼蛛这一章。一看到这个标题，就不禁觉得有点渗人，蜘蛛对我来说已经很可怕了，还有个“狼”，实在是有点渗人。这一原因还是因为儿时一次回老家，在院子里玩耍，突然瞧见一直比我的手掌大几倍的张牙舞爪的蜘蛛朝我走来，我被吓到，“怦”的一下，撒腿跑了。从此，我心里被留下了阴影。

狼蛛也没有让我失望，他的杀虫手段可不一般。

文中描写的狼蛛，有一则小故事——狼蛛与木匠蜂作战。木匠蜂在狼蛛洞外发出“嗡嗡”的声音，将一只狼蛛引了出来，那只狼蛛猛的冲了过来，眨眼间，那只木匠蜂便死了。想必狼蛛是一击致命，可见他的毒素很强。后来作者介绍说狼蛛刚好刺在木匠蜂的神经中枢上。狼蛛真是聪明。
