人活在这个世界上最大的阻碍不是自然对我们的威胁，不是我们那不值一提的寿命，更不是所谓的外星生命入侵……而是我们自己，是我们自己定下的那些规则将人类锁在这个牢笼里。如若世界上只剩下我一个人、那么我的肉体就得到了自由，我可以放开手做自己想做的任何事，一个人的世界没有别人的嘈杂声，我可以来一趟说走就走都旅行，没有别人的束缚，没有所谓的高低贵贱。但是啊，当我回头张望之时似乎会觉得少了些什么啊，这一个人的世界确实会少一些必要的东西，人们的存在和种.种不适都是这个世界必要的。一个人的世界也许是无忧无虑的，但我们所失去的可是和这份自由同等价值的事物啊。

上面是所谓“一个人的世界”，那种想法我从几年前就已经开始思考了，这种世界和世间万物一样――黑白参半。最近我又在思考“一个人的世界”，只不过这个世界是存在的。

《人间失格》中有这么一句话：“这世上每个人的说话方式都如此拐弯抹角、闪烁其词，如此不负责任、如此微妙复杂。他们总是徒劳无功地严加防范，无时无刻不费尽心机，这让我困惑不解，最终只得随波逐流，用搞笑的办法蒙混过关，抑或默默颔首，任凭对方行事，即采取败北者的消极态度。”人与人之间是永远不可能相互理解的，变相来说就是我们的内心世界里自始至终都只有我们自己一个人，就算是我们的心房为了谁而打开了、那你能保证这个人真的可以理解和读懂我们的心吗?话说回来就是我们的内心世界、精神领域自始至终都是一个人，这样的“一个人的世界”是存在的，存在于每个人的心中。

不过我们不还是好好过日子嘛，平时遇到了仍是有说有笑，这一个人的世界仔细想想确实是可悲又可怖，但这小到足以忘记的重要事情是我们平时不需要的，我们完全可以忽视。无论是现实中一个人的世界还是内心世界里一个人的世界我们都可以选择忽视。

当这个世界上只有一个人的时候，自欺欺人就不是自欺欺人了。

做一个明媚的女子，不倾国，不倾城，以优雅的姿态摸爬滚打;做一个丰盈的男子，不虚华，不浮躁，以先锋之姿态去奋斗拼搏。

何时不想梦回千年，做一个如水纯净、温婉的女子，不食人间烟火，不以尘世为念，一心素雅，清绝明净。只消在月下听梅开，在雨中看帘外海棠依旧，远离今日钢筋水泥城市里的喧嚣，去诗意氤氲的江南修炼另一番优雅从容。

人生就像一次流放，总有些至诚的东西值得我们去追随，比如：友谊、亲情、感恩。我们本是不同于其它物种天生赋有思想灵性的人，我们有自己的思维、情感，我们本应远离一切嘈杂，做一个超然物外高尚的人。

Soccer is the most popular sport in the world.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the game I would like to give a brief introduction. 2 teams of 11 players compete on a soccer field at once. They can only touch the ball with their feet, head and chest. If they use their hands, the ball is given to the other team. Only the goalie can use hands. The objective is for each team to score on the opposing teams goal.

In 2004, the president of the International Confederation of Association Football, or FIFA for short, confirmed that soccer originated from China during the Warring States Period in 476-221 B.C. However, even though they followed the no-hands rule it was still very different from the soccer we know and love today.

Soccer changed and developed over the next centuries as it traveled through different countries around the world.

Modern day soccer started in England about 200 years ago. In May 21 1904, FIFA was established in Paris. From 1930, a World Cup would be held every 4 years.

Soccer is already a sport that we need in our life. There are about 800 thousand teams that usually play in matches. There are about 40 million players that signed up. There are a 100 thousand professional players.

As I mentioned before, traditionally, soccer matches have consisted of 11 players; however, now other competitive options are available including, five on five, seven on seven, and even beach soccer.

Soccer is really a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and ability. I have loved playing for more than half of my life and I know that if you start today you will too.

From this incident，we can see that there are still more things to be done。

Firstly，the government needs everything possible to ensure the quality of

products，particularly the safety of food as this concerns everyones

life.Secondly，as for the producers，it is very important for them to be morally

honest. They should never try to pursue profit or economic growth at the expense

of health and life of people. Thirdly，we consumers must attach importance to the

things we eat and develop an awareness of how to protect our legal rights if

也就过了几分钟时间，蓝天从我眼前消失了，取而代之的是一阵刺眼的光芒，它将周围黑色的天都给照成了金色。

渐渐地，“光速号”的速度变得缓慢了。我走出舱门，结果一不小心，在太空中连翻几个跟头。令我惊奇的是，这深不见底的黑暗，竟没有让我掉下去，而是稳稳地飘在空中。在这里，我体验到飞翔的畅快感，可以在这儿“游泳”，可以在这儿玩耍，别提有多高兴了!

我回头望去，有一颗蔚蓝的星球出现在我的眼前，在这颗巨大的“蓝宝石”中间，镶嵌着一块块绿岛。她是多么的美丽和伟大!我真不希望她的美丽被我们毁掉，最终变成一个荒芜贫瘠的星球。

临返回之际，我拿出照相机，给地球、“光速号”和自己照了张合影，当作是我太空之旅的纪念。

近了，近了，离地球越来越近了，白云出现了，大山出现了，地上的人们也出现了，我回来了，地球!

早餐你们都吃些什么?告诉你们吧，最近我喜欢上了喝豆浆。出于好奇，我想看看家里的豆浆是怎么做出来的。于是选了一个早上，天还是黑压压的。

我们先拿出豆浆机，这台豆浆机是淡蓝色的，机身上有一个手柄，机身下连着的是一个透明的桶，里面有一个有洞的不锈钢桶，桶底竖着三根铁棒，中间是四片锋利的刀片。接着，我们打开盖子，把浸泡过的黄豆倒进去，水加到1200毫升，插上电源。最后在功能里选择“湿豆/干豆”，按下“启动”键，豆浆机开始工作啦!

我在旁边一直看着，几分钟过去了。豆浆机还是纹丝不动，这是怎么回事?我便问奶奶：“这豆浆机怎么不转呀，不会坏了吧?”“不是，它在发热呢，待会儿会自己转的。”奶奶不紧不慢地说道。哦，原来是这样，再仔细一看，长长的铁棒上不断冒出的气泡真像小鱼在吐泡泡，那些黄豆真像海底的石头。忽然传来了一阵铁片飞速转动的声音，把我吓了个半死，一眨眼的功夫，透明的水就成了偏黄的白色。机器突然停止了，我以为它坏了，问了奶奶才知道它是在煮豆浆呢!它就这样转一阵，煮一阵，不断地重复着。

我等得不耐烦了，就说：“这也太慢了吧?还要等多久啊?”“快了，快了，耐心点，马上就好了!”我就继续等了起来，十分钟后，叮的一声，豆浆做好了，于是我们把豆浆倒到筛网上过滤，真想不到，过滤出的豆渣有一大盆呢!豆浆盛到了碗里了，白白的色泽，香香的气味，我迫不及待地喝了一口，浓郁的豆香沁人心脾，真好喝!看来，做什么事都得有耐心，这样才能像我一样喝到这么美味的豆浆呢!

一次次大力射门，一次次巧妙过人，一阵阵热烈掌声，这就是好朋友足球带给我的快乐。我们已经代表学校多次参加球赛，取得了骄人成绩，赢得了大家的点赞与欢呼。

我对足球产生兴趣还是因为一日本部动画片，叫《足球小将》。这真的是一部了不起的作品，看了令人热血沸腾，它不仅带动了日本足球的发展，还使许多人喜欢上足球。足球在主人公大空翼的脚下灵活自如，就像他身体的一部分。看着大空翼精彩的表演，我喜欢上了足球，并且和足球成了好朋友。

球场上，足球在队员的脚下滚来滚去，像出膛的炮弹一样有力，像闪电一样迅速。我喜欢看那旋转的足球从空中飞过，划出一道美丽的弧线。看见自己的双脚把球踢得那么远，那么高，不禁佩服起自己，原来我也可以像大空翼一样!

足球比赛的魅力还在于，不到最后一秒，你始终不知道输赢，因为可能会有奇迹出现。我们必须和队友团结一致，配合默契，坚持到最后一刻。足球，不是个人的秀场，它让我学会了团队与拼搏精神，更带给了我自信。

我每次玩球都会满头大汗，之后，我会把足球擦得干干净净，让它和我一起安心地休息。我躺在绿茵茵的草坪上，仰望着蓝莹莹的天空，和好朋友一起想象：我们会成为足球场上的大空翼吗?以后能成为像卡卡、梅西、姆巴佩那样的球星吗?

Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

In 1971, the Spanish naturalists suggested that we should set up a day to call on people to protect the forest and make the full use of it. Then the representatives of the naturalists from all over the world decided that March 21 is the world forest day. In some countries, this day is also deemed as the tree-planting day. After 4 decades, the world forest day is more than a day to call on people to protect the forest, making people realize the relations between human being and the forest is also the aim of the forest day.

It’s generally accepted that the forest has the functions of cooling off the global temperature, refreshing the air, preserving soil and water, protecting the nature links and so on. The forest is also the key to solve the severe environmental problems. In American Indian’s cultural, the local people believe that the forest raise up the sky. If the forest disappears, the sky will collapse, and the living beings would die out. With the rapid development of human society, the forest coverage rate is decrease. While the demands of the woods and papers products keep increasing. It can hardly meet the needs of human beings. Everyday, countless trees are cutting down to make various paper products. In order to make more money, people destroy the forests, and there comes different kinds of problems. For instance, soil erosion, global warming, glaciers melting, and sea level rising. The forest is so important to this planet. We should do something to protect the forest.

First, stop cutting down the forest blindly. If we really have to, plant more trees. Second, the government should do something to enhance the people’s awareness of forest protection. Last but not least, we can reduce the use of paper, such as avoid using disposable paper goods. Protect the forest is to protect ourselves. Without the forest, we can not live on the earth either.

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it reaches the sea. It is one of the wonders of the world.

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a

while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good

way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and

fulfilling.

Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person

to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest

also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our

daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study.

If you want to learn something well， you have to show interest in it， which is

quite possible. Once you have found your way into the subject， you may have also

In our times， interest may not only result in skill and knowledge but also

Thus they dont actually care whether they can enjoy themselves on theplayground. Most of them choose long distance running, the kind of exercise which few real sports enthusiasts like. So this group of students can be well labeled as study-- oriented participation.

Students that make up the second group are real sports lovers. Sometimes they even put aside their studies for a match. They take part in the sport that interests them most, not caring whether it is most beneficial to their health. They may be called fun-oriented sports participants.

The third group want beauty from sports. Boys want to become strong; girls want to be slim and graceful. Those who consider sports the only way of reducing weight also belong to this group. They are very careful in choosing the kind of exercise they do, and are afraid that certain sports may ruin their figures. Horizontal bars and parallel bars are the boys choice, and the hula hoop is now the girls favorite. The appropriate name for this group may be beauty - oriented sports participants.

No matter which group we belong to, we all benefit from sports. If you look around the campus, you will find that bookworms have disappeared, and, instead, there are healthy, strong, clever, modernized students everywhere.

学生在我们学校有一个共同点——一个对体育的兴趣。根据他们不同的意图参与体育,他们分为三组。

无论我们属于哪一组,我们都受益于运动。如果你参观校园,你会发现书虫消失了,,相反,有健康,强壮,聪明,现代化的学生随处可见。

世界上有一座并不华丽的建筑，在每一个人的印象中，它并不是家，它的名字叫“学校”。它类似于家，却是一个比家更大的地方，在这里我们可以收获快乐，可以收获友情，更多的收获是老师的关爱，有这样一个地方让你生活，你应该是快乐的。

我们班有这样7位活泼可爱的老师，最先介绍我们的大班主任，她是我们的年级主任，每天见到她总是很有活力。每天在激励这我们这帮小孩，虽然有时候她会生气，但是我们知道她是关心我们，有她的陪伴我们感觉到很安全，很幸福。下面介绍我们的小班主任，他是我们的数学老师，人长得很帅，又很关心我们，大班主任不在的时候，是他陪在我们身边，我们觉得很开心。第三个要介绍的就是我们可爱的英语老师，我们英语老师人长得漂亮，英语又很好，我们很喜欢她因为她很少跟我们发脾气，经常考虑我们的感受，作为她的英语课代表我觉得很快乐。下面介绍我们的物理老师，他是9班的班主任，每天要担着两个班的课，有时看到他疲惫的身影真的很心疼。还有生物老师也是这样，他很会教，他带的班总是名次很靠前，他每天都会给我们留作业，但是不多，他会很认真的看完，他做事很仔细，因为他知道马虎一下我们的成绩就有可能下降，他的名言我一直记得：付出最大的努力，做最坏的打算。接下来就轮到我们的化学老师啦，化学老师人很好，记得是刚分班的第一次考试，我的考前祝愿书还是化学老师留给我的，看到那个的我，心里感觉到暖暖的。最后一位就是我们的语文老师了，他才来我班，对我们管教还是很严的，但是他是还是赏罚分明的，做好了有赏，同样做坏了也有罚，在他的帮助下我们的语文成绩也有了很大的提升。作为三班的学生我很爱这个班也很爱这的老师，我感觉到在这里很幸福。

我是十三中的学生，作为这的学生我觉得很幸福，因为在这个大家庭里我们很快乐，有辛勤工作的老师，他们每天没有怨言的陪在我们身边，只是默默付出。在学校我们可以收获很多，当学校有什么好事出现，我们总会跟着享福，免费的餐票，甜甜的小金橘，还有元旦的蛋糕，甜在嘴里，也甜在心里。

作为学生我要爱我的学校，爱我的班级，爱我的老师，因为只有这样才对你有好处，所以这是一个学生应该做的。

当初秋的凉风缓缓亲吻着我们浸汗的脸颊时，我们用那浅浅笑颜诠释着我们自己独有的收获。

不是每一道江流都能入海，不流动的便成了死湖;不是每一粒种子都能成树，不生长的便成了空壳;不是每一抹笑颜都会灿烂，不自然的便成了强欢。生活不一定一帆风顺，总需要微笑来坦然面对一切，人生是如此，军训亦是如此。两个月的悠闲自在，两个月的养尊处优，终究还是迎来了开学来的第一场“劫难”——军训。

每年军训，第一个军训目标便是站军姿。更让人痛苦的是，竟然从去年的四十分钟提升到今年的一个小时。同学们个个唉声叹气，像枯萎了的雏菊一般没劲儿。

但事情总是要经历的，时间总是会过去的。从纠正军姿开始，一位可亲可近的，被同学们称的“粉粉嫩嫩”的教官用他的双手教会我们军人的姿态：双腿站直，脚跟靠拢，两脚呈六十度，重心向下压，用脚掌站立。五指并拢，紧贴裤缝，抬头挺胸，头正身直，平视前方。

起初，站军姿对于我来说也只不过是规范动作，并不太难。随着时间的分分秒秒，秋雨后闷热的空气使我的汗珠紧紧相凑，直到浸湿了衣衫。身边的女同学逐渐晕倒，我也倍感吃力，脚跟发麻，腰间酸痛，也不由地有一点儿头晕目眩了，身子也禁不住些许哆嗦。

此时，细心的教官仿佛看出了蹊跷，已经在我身前停住了脚步。我开始忐忑不安，以为，会被拉到队前做“示范”，可接下来的一幕令我倍感诧异：

只见他轻轻地伸出手来，带着浅浅的微笑，说道：“看你像要晕了，走，扶你去旁边休息。”我不知哪儿来的力气，立马站稳了，说：“没事儿，能坚持!”

教官笑了，我也笑了。

此时，一缕期待已久了的秋风斜面而来，似乎是为了迎接我这苦闷中唯一的笑颜。我想，这笑容让我瞬间收获到坚持，收获到乐观，收获到心静……

是的，不需要太多的语言，只需将嘴角微微上倾，笑着面对生活，便是坦然，便有收获，只要笑一笑，没有什么事情过不了。

有时候，我们把心境放到了阴暗的角落，然而，我们需要给我们自己心里填些阳光，这阳光也许就是那浅浅的笑颜;或许我们的昨天不够完美，但我们有今朝相伴，只因为有那自己或他人的浅浅笑颜;或许我们的人生不够灿烂，但我们的人生并不灰暗，只因为有那浅浅笑颜!

Novak Djokovic is one of the top tennis players in the world. He has won

many grand slams, which is the greatest honor for a player, but there is only

one grand slam he hadn’t achieved—the French Open. In the last three years, he

was so close to the champion, but was defeated by the final winner. In order to

fulfill career Grand Slam, he practised so hard and never felt depressed. This

year, he came to the final match again, everybody wanted him to win the match,

for they knew how important the champion was to him. At the first game, he felt

a little nervous and lost, but in the second and third game, he found his pace

and controlled the match. At last, he beat his rival and finally fulfilled his

career Grand Slam. The dream was not easy to realized but insistance helps him

wins.

When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to

a person’s character and success.

They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful

business owes much to mutual trust; on another hand, great people in history

such as Abraham Lincoln andGeorge Washington set us good examples of being

honest, they are great because they are honest.

Their reasons run as following: to begin with, cheating on exams is

becoming more and more popular; in addition, some singers and movie stars cheat

on taxes; last but not the least, if you are not careful enough, you’ll buy some

defective goods and fake products.

It is high time we emphasized and encouraged honesty. We can take effective

measures to restore it.

For example, kids should be taught to tell truth, strict rules and

regulations should be carried out to stop cheatings on exams and taxes, etc.
