It also calls on each and every one of us to act. Do we want to keep seas and oceans healthy and alive or polluted and dead?

The main international celebrations of the World Environment Day 2004 will be held in Barcelona, Spain in close collaboration with the Universal Forum of Cultures. too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

踢足球是我最大的爱好，每当踢足球的时候就是最开心的时候了。周末的时候，我又邀上了伙伴们去踢球，他们很高兴的答应了。

我们先把人员分了两组，六个人一组，我们这一组有鲍晨、周彬彬和我等六个人，对方有詹永健他们六个人。比赛开始，首先由我方开球。我接过别人传来的足球，用脚带着往前跑。很快，我就把足球带到了对方的球门区域。我正要摆好姿势踢球射门，可是没有料到竟然有一个可恨的家伙从后面趁我没有防备的时候，把足球给勾走了。我方人员马上追上去拦截。可是那个人竟然像猴子一样灵活，躲过了我方人员的拦截带着足球直冲我方的球门。“啊，不好!”我急得大叫。可是，已经没有什么用处了。因为，他已经来到我方的球门区域，而且躲过守门员提起脚来用力一踢。足球直向球门里面射。完了，我方失了一球，对方赢了一球!他们队高兴得又是蹦来又是跳。我们一方立刻聚在一起商量了一会对付对方的办法。然后，我们立刻采用新的战术和对方比赛。

下半场开始了。我带着足球来到左边，对方一个人冲过来拦截。我趁他还没有近前，就把足球踢给了鲍晨。鲍晨马上把足球踢给了周彬彬。周彬彬在球门附近，接住传过去的足球迅速冲到球门旁边，扭动了一下身子，躲过了球门的拦截，乘机一脚把足球踢向球门。“好球!”我大声喊了起来，同时，继续向前冲。这时，那足球，竟然撞上球架，给挡了出来。我一看，赶快猛冲一步，补了一脚，把足球踢进了球门。啊，终于让我们也踢进了一球!现在双方一比一成了平局。

最终我们以5：1，战胜了对手。可能是因为输了，所以对方就一直处于沮丧的状态。我就过去跟他们走在一起，安慰着他们说：胜败是兵家常事的，没必要为一次的失败而失去信心，等下次你们踢赢我们就好了呗。

最后，我们一起开开心心的回家了。

有许多人热情开朗，当遇到他人的质疑和矛盾时，能够从容淡定、不慌不忙的去反驳，但另一些人，他们羡慕那些强大之人，有无数次想去效仿，却在真正遇到之时，再一次成为了缩头乌龟。有时他们会自卑，会独自忍受那些嘲笑与讽刺的话语，而不去勇敢反击，导致为自己的内心世界丢失了一盏灯，但我们应该做的并不是忍受，而是果断站起。

强大，不仅只是指身体健壮，更是指内心的、思维的强大，每个人都应该强大起来，因为我们只有这样，才能够不被某些欺软怕硬的人欺负，才能够让自己由渺小变为强大。我们一定要坚信：我们永远无法改变内心阴暗之人的想法，那么我们就必须要让自己强大起来，不必将恶意、讽刺、嘲弄的行为话语放在心上。不要在任何时候低头，这是懦夫的做法。

要想让自己强大，可以说轻松也可以说不易，因为总有些人会这样强大与强势混为一谈，两者表面意义会令人认为相同，但却不知是大错特错。人们都会讨厌那些以自我为中心，让他人俯首称臣的人，因为这是一种霸道，这是一种自私，更是对人的不尊重，他们自认为这种行为很酷，是赶上潮流的，可在事实上确实对他人的欺负与不公，这就是强势。而强势总会让别人去更加讨厌、厌恶你，最终他会带领着你走上歧途。所以，我们要将强大与强势区分开来，对强势说no。小至个人、大至国家都需要强大起来，国家若是不强大，那么国土就会被侵占;个人要是不强大，就会让别人认为你好欺负。那些强势之人就像刺猬一般，浑身都是锋利无比的刺，让人无法与他们去交朋友、无法靠近。为人处事应当强大不强势，因为弱者总是无法保护自己与自己的身心健康，我们只有穿上了这一层铠甲，那么将会在人生的道路上勇往直前。

在中杉火车站的四层，是九又四分之三车站的入口，当你推动地球的标志时，它将带你去到一个神奇的世界。

在这个世界里有五颜六色的花朵，枝叶茂盛的松树，松树上还有活泼可爱的小松鼠。在这个美丽的树林后面，有一座神奇的学校，这是一所培育梦想的学校。一走进门是那纯洁无瑕的大厅，这里是梦开始的地方，在这里种下一颗梦想的种子让它生根发芽。

当种子还是小芽的时候是绿色的，绿色的是这所学校最喜爱的颜色，它是杉树的颜色。所以我们都希望它茁壮成长。

当小芽变成小树苗时是蓝色，它就好像一只马上要展翅飞翔的小鸟正在在自己积蓄能量，好让它在蔚蓝的天空上自由翱翔，搏击长空。

当小树苗结出第一次的果实时，它是金色的，金色是荣耀的光辉，它的果实是一块块金奖，那是同学们每天为他浇灌的成果。

小树苗终于变成了参天大树，开出那艳丽的红色花朵时，是他一生最美丽的时刻。红色是最庄严的颜色，红色也同样是祖国和平美好的象征，是祖国繁荣昌盛的标志。在这个充满梦想的学校里，让我们放飞梦想，问鼎天下。

There are many people are deaf among the sixty billion population. They dont have a sound body. They have to face much more difficulties than common people in their daily life. However, there is a big problem they have to face. It is the unfair treatment. As they are disabled, they often looked down upon or teased by others. Many people regard them as useless. In fact, this behavior is not approval. The deaf are human beings that need to be treated equality. They can also make contribution or be useful people for the society. They just couldnt see everything by eyes instead of foolish. For example, Helen Keller is a blind person, but she uses her own story to inspire thousands of people around the world. So, I think we should give a chance to the deaf. Do not discriminate them and try your best to offer them help. The world will be a better world.

在六十亿人口中有很大一部分是聋人。他们并不拥有健全的身体。他们在日常生活中要比普通人面对更多的困难。然而，有一个他们不得不面对的大问题。那就是不公平待遇。他们都是残疾人，往往会被歧视或欺负。很多人认为他们是废人。事实上，这种行为是不应该的。聋人也是人类也需要公平对待。他们也可以为社会做贡献或成为对社会有用的人。他们只是眼睛看不到东西并不是笨蛋。例如，海伦凯勒就是盲人，但是她用她自己的故事来激励了世界各地成千上万的人。所以，我认为我们应该给聋人一个机会。不歧视他们，尽量帮助他们。世界将会变得更美好。

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a note on the table for my mum and it said,Today is my birthday,dont forget it!At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,Coming home late tonight,mum and dad.I try to call them but there was no answer.I was so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.
