摸着下巴上任未消去的疤痕，回想起那次不幸的经历，脑中便会随时随地地闪现出“慎重”两个字。

那是在我初一时发生的一件惨不忍睹的事。由于贪玩，不幸被同学绊了一脚，摔了个跟头，破了相。脸是没什么大碍，只是下巴裂了条缝。

地上的血不多，但下巴上却是一阵又一阵刺骨的疼痛。因此，在我刚跌倒的一瞬间，身体失去了知觉，有力也用不上。而耳边萦绕着很多模模糊糊的叫喊声。

意识稍微恢复了一点时，感觉身子正在挪动，用力睁开双眼，面前是蓝蓝的天空，我下意识地下了地，脚又扭了一下，幸亏同学们“一方有难，八方支援”，我才安全抵达医务室。同学们一个个大汗淋漓，戴眼镜的同学，眼镜上蒙了浓浓一层雾，看来出了不少力。

在医务室中，老师也都来看我了。我心中感激不尽。

爸爸来接我去医院了，这让我心中忐忑不安。

进了医院，浓浓的中药味扑鼻而来，这让我感觉下巴更痛了。抬着头，进入了医疗室。几个蒙面医生微笑着向我走来，我心惊胆战。

他们让我躺在一张白色床上，见他们忙了好一阵子，才拿来一枝和花露水瓶子一般大小的针筒，向我走来。然后，一个医生用布遮住了我的眼睛。

我心中抖了一下，这么大的针筒，平生头一回见到。我想着自己被扎的样子，苦笑着。

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

今晚，米丝鱼老师和我们有个关于“矿泉水瓶变身秀”的作文约会。我好期待啊!

可是，当我和妈妈坐在电脑前迫不及待地等待米丝鱼老师教我们做实验的时候，米丝鱼老师却好像忘记了这件事似的，一直讲画导图的技巧，过了好一会儿才用充满激情的声音对我们说：“同学们，我相信你们想做手工已经很久了，现在，我们就来玩矿泉水瓶大变身吧!”“好!”同学们边积极回应边急不可耐地握紧材料，随时准备做实验。

实验第二站是在戳了眼的地方把矿泉水瓶剪成上下两截。我拿起剪刀，对准矿泉水瓶上刚戳好的小洞，猛扎下去，可剪刀和矿泉水瓶却不配合地跳起了斗牛舞，我不甘心，左手紧握矿泉水瓶，右手拿稳剪刀，再次对准小洞使劲戳下去，只听“咔嚓”一声，终于剪开了一个口子，我沿着瓶身好不容易剪了下来，却剪得参差不齐，我不气馁，再次耐心地尽量把剪下来的矿泉水瓶的边沿修剪平整。这时，米丝鱼老师对我们说：“现在把上半部分的瓶盖拧下来，上半部分就变成了一个漏斗。”我拧开一看：哇哦，真的耶!

实验第三站是给下半部分矿泉水瓶做装饰。我先拿来了黄色的彩纸，剪成相等的两根小条，分别贴在它的上下两端。接着在中间贴了一个绿色爱心形便利贴，由于贴得不稳，于是我贴上了双面胶，让它牢牢地固定在了矿泉水瓶下半部分的中间。都贴好以后，我还用勾线笔在便利贴中间写了两个大大的黑字——作文。然后用蓝色笔在便利贴上轻轻地画了很多小星星。最后我在黄色纸条上分别画了红、粉两种颜色的双重三角形，做成了一个漂亮的笔筒。我赶紧装了一些笔进去，美滋滋地看着它，仿佛听到了笔筒对我说：“谢谢您让我变得有价值，我将忠心为您服务!”

每当看到自己喜爱的，我都忍不住拉出来翻一番，经过再三权衡，大多数又被放了回去，就这样，我沉浸在一片书的海洋里，忘记了时间的流逝，也似乎忘记了窗外的寒风，忘记了工作生活中的琐碎与繁杂，心中只有单纯的书里的天光云影，眼前浮现着书中那些先贤智者的音容笑貌……

忽然，听到图书室门响，和一阵急促的脚步声，我回头一看，原来是管理员老师，他看见我，放心似的，同时又带着一点歉意的说：“还以为你走了，继续选吧，就是有点冷！”

一股歉疚之情油然而生，我连忙说道：“我已选好了两本，让你久等了！”说这话时，我才发现，今天确实很冷。

当我拿着选好的两本书登记时，管理员老师看了看书名：一本是《南怀瑾解读圣人的智慧》，一本是《西方哲学史》。他用敬佩的眼光望着我说：“你真厉害，每次借的书都这么深奥！”

“哪里啊，我只是看着耍而已”我诚惶诚恐的连忙回应。那一刻，心中真是五味杂陈。因为自己读了一本书，似乎就比别人深刻、高深吗？还是担心别人以为自己是为了装点门面而附庸风雅呢？我不敢想了，连忙向他道了谢就逃跑了。

回到办公室，翻着新借的书，心里却不停的扪心自问，我为什么读书呢？

于是，几十年来读书的感受一幕幕浮现在眼前。童年时的梦想现在早已成了美好回忆，青年时渴望从书中求得功名利禄的想法早已被岁月消磨尽净了。今天，已至不惑之年的我，还依然酷爱读书，或许只是为了获得聆听先哲启迪时的那种豁然开朗，抑或只是为了享受读书时的那份平静与从容吧。

“豪情壮志付流水，缤纷梦想化云烟”，我爱读书，只为读书时所拥有的那份特有的愉悦！

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it

whenever it comes up.

今天早上，我学书法。一出门发现外面灰蒙蒙的一片，就像走进了一个没有四季，没有颜色，只有黄色的大雾陪伴的国度一样。走在马路上，我感觉三米之外都看不见人，就像双目失明一样。呛人的空气隐隐约约的有股臭味，我觉得这样的世界，万物都没有了生机。

记得书里描写的雾非常的美，人们把它比作白纱，虚无缥缈。人们走在云雾里如同走进了人间仙境。可是现在，我们却称之为雾霾，我们的环境到底怎么了?是谁破坏了它?

这一切的一切，都是我们人类自己造成的。因为汽车的增多排放大量的尾气，工厂随便的排污，森林不断地被采伐，绿地不断的减少，等等，使环境被破坏了，所以才会有了今天这样的雾霾天气。

今年的雾霾天气已经出现了多次，持续时间长，涉及范围广，危害程度重，极大地影响了人的健康，诱发了很多疾病，比如心脏病，肺病，气管炎等等。这种天气给我们一次次敲起了警钟，环境治理刻不容缓!

所以我们要提倡，爱护树木，种植树木，不要焚烧垃圾，随便排放污染物。我们必须要科学发展，尊重大自然，与大自然和谐相处。这样既保护了环境，又保护了我们的生存环境。蓝天、碧水、绿地、新鲜的空气，就能时时在我们身边!

久盼的暑假终于来临，我不用每天早上赶时间去上学了，一直可以赖在床上睡大觉睡到自然醒，但是每天上午9点钟，我还是得去数学补习班上课，总觉得这个暑假还是有些不过瘾，总是摆脱不了学习的困扰。怎么就不能让我痛痛快快地玩耍呢?

那天上午，我照样提着我的学习资料来到培训班，数学老师很友善地和我打着招呼，我却懒洋洋地没什么心情。接着她给我们每人发了一张七年级试卷，说想了解我们这学期的成绩。我本来就不喜欢数学，成绩也不好，没想到，一进教室，还是考试。本就毫无心思的我，开始反感这样的补习了。

老师揣测出了我的心情，招手示意我出教室，她带我来到阳台边，我低垂着头，知道老师要说什么了。但出乎意料的是，老师却指着天花板上的一个燕子窝说：“你看，小燕子马上就要离巢觅食了，那只受伤的小燕子，它可能就永远飞不起来了。真可怜!”我抬头，惊奇地发现，有只稚嫩的小燕，在燕子妈妈的叫唤催促下，慢慢地试飞，但它那柔弱的翅膀怎么也承受不了它那娇小的身躯，没跨出巢的边缘又跌回巢里。一次又一次，小燕子始终没有放弃。我看得出了神，心想，老师是不是要我学这小燕子呢?我回头望老师，老师早就走进教室，看其他同学做数学作业去了。我没有折回教室，当我再一次抬头望时，“呀，飞起来了!”我不禁轻声地自言自语道，只见小燕子已经飞离了窝巢，停在离巢一尺远的电线上，燕子妈妈在它头上盘旋着飞来飞去，似乎在鼓励自己的孩子：“加油加油!”小燕子也似乎明白了妈妈的意思，努力拍打着小翅膀，渐渐地向室外飞去……

我望着这只已经飞远的小燕，若有所思，自觉地回到座位上来，摊开数学试卷，拿起笔，现在眼前没有什么不可战胜的了。但我也只零星地完成了几道简单的选择题，其他题目简直无从下手，此刻，心里想的，不再是早点放学回家，而是期待着老师的讲解了。那天听课，从未有过地认真，原来，数学没有我想象中的那么难，有点甚至还蛮有趣味性呢。

我觉得人生就是和自己的一次较量，当你和自己的缺点作斗争的时候，就犹如打仗，你每打一次胜仗，你就向成功迈近了一步，要对自己有信心，与懒惰这个可恶的敌人奋战到底。古人说：“人生在勤，不索何获”?我们应该要战胜懒惰，战胜自己，才能获得成功。

What’ s worse, the animal instinct dormant deep in our sub-conscious will come to life, weakening our will to pursue our noble ideas, undermining our determination to sweep away obstacles to our success and strangling our desire for the refinement of our character. Lack of learning will inevitably lead to the stagnation of the mind, or even worse, its fossilization. Therefore, to stay mentally young, we have to take learning as a lifelong career.

一旦学习停止,植被。这是一个常见的谬误作为学校知识的唯一场所。相反地,学习应该是一个永无止境的过程,从摇篮到坟墓。与世界变化的如此之快,停止学习几天就将使人落后。什么更糟的是,蛰伏在我们潜意识深处的动物本能就会复活,削弱我们追求我们高贵的想法,破坏我们决心扫除障碍我们的成功和扼杀我们渴望的细化我们的品格。缺少学习将不可避免地导致心灵的停滞,甚至更糟的是,它的僵化。因此,为了保持心理年轻,我们必须将学习作为终身职业。
