Because a lot of reading, but also let me learn better. 说起阅读，那可是和我有着很深的缘分呢!在阅读中，我学到了很多知识，懂得了很多道理。使我受益匪浅!

小时候，不管我喜欢不喜欢，妈妈总会在睡觉前给我讲一个“睡前故事”，还和我一起“读书”。渐渐的，我就喜欢上了书本，一直想自己去看书。

慢慢地，我已经到了上幼儿园的年龄了。这个时候，我开始尝试着去读一些绘本了，这个时候的我，从绘本中明白了很多道理，懂了很多知识。而且，妈妈还给我订了《幼儿画报》，我看起来总是爱不释手。有一次，我正在看《幼儿画报》，妈妈大声喊我吃饭，我却连听都没听见，继续看自己的《幼儿画报》，过了一会儿，妈妈等不及了，走过来让我去吃饭，我这才梦如初醒般的，走到了饭桌上。

很快，我上小学了，妈妈就在邮局给我订了《我们爱科学》、《小哥白尼》、《科学探索》等书，也在图书馆里借了很多书，还在网上给我买了很多好书!我呢，也经常习惯性地钻研家里的好书，很快，我就把很多书都钻了个透，在这期间，我掌握了大量的知识，比如看科普类的书：我知道了树是由顶端开始生长的、纸张最多可以折七次、蜡烛在水里也可以燃烧、摩擦力在生活中的应用等;看历史方面的书：让我知道了中华五千年的文明历史、知道了我国古代的四大发明、知道了很多的名人趣事、知道了“水可载舟，亦可覆舟”的深刻道理;看文学方面的书：让我懂得了很多做人的道理、做人要善良、要有爱心、要懂得感恩、对他人要宽容、做事要持之以恒、要勇敢等。

因为大量的阅读，还让我的学习更优秀。做数学题时，我能很快的读懂题意，抓住关键点，巧妙解题;做语文的阅读题时，由于阅读量大，我很少在这上面失分。作文就更是我的强项，我的作文常被作为班里范文呢!在写博客的时候，因为阅读量大，写出的文章时常被推荐。

现在，我已经成为了一只名副其实的小书虫，阅读呢，自然将伴着我成长。

回望所走过的路，细读过去的种.种……

在困难中学会了坚持，在失败后学会了面对。回想过去的一幕幕画面，令人揪心、难过以及沉思。

以前总认为自己是人间的不重要的一部分，很渺小，不被注意，不被重视。辛苦制作的小礼物被当做便宜货;花了很多心思得画的画，被轻视地丢进垃圾桶;也总因为自己的不擅言辞，而被冷落忘记……一个人，总是一个人，在同学们成群结队，手拉手去吃饭时，在空无一人的实验楼跑楼梯，觉得这是唯一可以忘记一切烦恼的方法。一个人，也是一个人，蹲在草地上，看着草儿、花儿发呆。讨厌这样的孤独，这样的被人嘲笑、遗忘，渴望离开，渴望摆脱一切的一切。

而如今，当我试着改变了，似乎连身边的一切也跟着变。曾经无视我的人，成了我要好的朋友，开始关心我，保护我。我也开始不再怨天尤人，开始爱上了身边的所有。回望过往的种.种，似乎都有点不认识以前的我了，那时的抱怨，哭泣，如今已经不再属于我。也许，过去的我是太自大，不与人交流，总是希望人家能明白我。都说人是在经历中认识自己，在困难与挫折中学会成长。学会换一种眼光看待世界，学着使自己适应生活。

妈妈夸我，长大了，懂事了;爸爸夸我，长大了，听话多了;姐姐夸我，长大了，学会爱别人了;爷爷奶奶夸我，长大了，会孝敬长辈了。是啊，我也觉得我长大了。人若把自己关在黑屋子里，阳光就进不来，自己看到的也永远只是黑暗，只有打开门，打开窗，让阳光普照，才会感到明亮与温暖。人若唯我独尊，别人就不愿靠近。

我在长大，也在不断必须寻找自己的不足，我要向生活证明，我可以变，变得更好，变得更快乐!

著名国学大师王国维在其《人间词话》中谈到人生的三种境界，一曰：“独上高楼，望尽天涯路。”;二曰：“为伊消得人憔悴”;三曰：“蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处。”与此相似，跑步也有三种境界。

一个人从呱呱坠地到咿咿学语，首先学会的是走，其次才是跑，但我却对跑有着莫大的兴趣，因为在奔跑时，我能清楚的感觉到周围的空气在我的带动下不再一成不变，而开始诡谲莫测、变化多端，仿佛它们都随我而动，任我调配，这是走所不能给予的。在走路时，或许能感受到微风拂面，但这是风儿在带着我走，而不是我引领它，比起随“风”逐流，我更乐于勇往直前。

这是跑步的第一种境界，源自于兴趣及对跑步最直接、最浅显的感受，我仅仅因为喜欢跑步而跑步。

随着年龄的增长，学校开始举办运动会，其中径赛的代表便是跑步。作为从小跑到大的我来说，自然不甘落于人后。于是我开始为比赛做准备，为获得名次而训练，为赢得第一名时同学们为我呐喊、欢呼时潜藏在心的那一点小小的虚荣而奔跑。渐渐地，“山外有山，人外有人。”在短短的赛道上总有着我拼尽全力也不能超越的人。王安石在《游褒禅山记》中说：“尽吾志也而不能至者，可以无悔矣。”我却恰与之相反，我觉得只要我努力，总能超越他人，但当美好的梦想与残酷的现实相碰撞时，脆弱美好的幻想总是不堪一击，我渐渐陷入无尽的痛苦与迷惘中，因为我是为了争夺名次而进行痛苦的长跑。

这是跑步的第二种境界，也是最无味、最低级、最浅薄的境界。

直到一个夕斜的黄昏，我垂头丧气地在操场上跑步，速度不快，但超越了很多人，大多数人在被我超越的一刻也提速，但保持不了多久就无奈地减速，茫茫人海中我注意到一位同学，尽管他一次次被我超过，但他始终保持着他自己的步伐，全然没有被别人影响，而他满头大汗也遮不住的愉悦在黄昏中温柔地散开，轻轻飘进我的心灵，却翻起了千层浪花……

我想起了我跑步的初衷：不为名次，不为比赛，为的仅仅是享受跑步带来的快乐。小时跑步的我尽管跑不快，但小时的我跑步远比如今的我更轻松、更快乐。

我忽然间明白了跑步的真正意义，它不仅是一项强身健体的运动，不止是比赛场上虚无缥缈的名次，更是跑步时我与天地同在的胸怀，万物皆随我动的惬意，也是将压力、烦恼统统抛诸脑后，尽情狂奔的洒脱，此乃第三境是也!

Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

July 6th Tuesday cloudy;

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

do, I must write words and English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, and then …… .

Oh, my god, if I do it in the afternoon, I will ready to dead. So I wrote words, and now

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

Ofo has been favored by the public, even the foreign people speak highly of

it. These yellow bikes can be found everywhere, so the people who are in a hurry

can use it and then reached the destination in time. Especially for the

visitors, they can ride these bikes and then have a look at the scenery around.

It can saves them a lot of money and the most important thing is the convenience

it brings. These bikes can be placed any place, even the walking areas. I like

ofo so much. It makes me feel green, because it won’t produce bad air to pollute

the environment.
