大自然怀抱中的一片绿地上，跟着老师学习踢足球…这次，老师带了很多足球给我们栋梁班的人，说今天要教我们栋梁班的同学踢足球，我十分高兴，终于可以学习足球了，我们分成了四组，两组跟老师去学太极拳，另外两组跟着老师踢足球，然后再轮班倒换一下，我们是第一轮踢的，我们是明队，对手是雷队，老师告诉我们足球是世界第一大运动，在世界上很多很多人都在学习踢足球，今天我们也来学习，踢足球，我们先跟着老师练习基本动作，马上我们两队比赛基本动作，我觉得很有信心。

毕竟我们组有一个，“镇组之宝”一，张家豪，他在学校里面，他是足球队的，而且足球踢的非常棒，我们还有一个老师，我觉得我们队肯定是必胜的，于是，两队开始了，基本功对决!

开始对决了，张家豪果然不负众望在开始的时候，一马当先把球传给了张怡坤，张怡坤反应敏捷，以最快的速度踢过去又踢回来……但是我们还是有些落后，因为，张怡坤出现了一点失误，于是他传回来的时候我赶紧踢了出去…这时，对方第三名选手踢的不太好，于是我就一马当先超过了他…接下来却又被对方一名选手超了过去，第一局我们打平了。

这下，我们队有点紧张了。在第二轮，我们的第一名张家豪再次出动超出了对方的选手，我们队一次也没有失误，加上我和孟圆明的出色表现，我们拿下了第二轮的胜利，再后来，我们屡战屡胜，嗷…嗷…我们赢了…我们兴高采烈，得意洋洋，而对方呢?却是垂头丧气，精神不振…

Then the representatives of the naturalists from all over the world decided that March 21 is the world forest day. In some countries, this day is also deemed as the tree-planting day. After 4 decades, the world forest day is more than a day to call on people to protect the forest, making people realize the relations between human being and the forest is also the aim of the forest day.

It’s generally accepted that the forest has the functions of cooling off the global temperature, refreshing the air, preserving soil and water, protecting the nature links and so on. The forest is also the key to solve the severe environmental problems. In American Indian’s cultural, the local people believe that the forest raise up the sky. If the forest disappears, the sky will collapse, and the living beings would die out. With the rapid development of human society, the forest coverage rate is decrease. While the demands of the woods and papers products keep increasing. It can hardly meet the needs of human beings. Everyday, countless trees are cutting down to make various paper products. In order to make more money, people destroy the forests, and there comes different kinds of problems. For instance, soil erosion, global warming, glaciers melting, and sea level rising. The forest is so important to this planet. We should do something to protect the forest.

人们普遍认为森林具有降温、净化空气、保护水土和维持自然链等功能。森林也是解决严峻环境问题的关键。在美洲的印第安人文化中,当地人认为树木撑起了天空,如果森林消失,那么天空就会塌陷,世界上的生物就会随之灭亡。随着人类社会的快速发展,森林覆盖率在逐渐下降。而人们对木材及纸制品的需求量日益增长,所砍伐的树木难以满足人们的需求。每一天,不计其数的树木被做成各种各样的纸制品。为了赚更多的钱,人们摧毁了森林,然而问题也随之而来。例如:水土流失、气候变暖、冰川融化、海平面上升等等。森林对我们的地球来说如此的重要,我们应该好好保护它。

Last but not least, we can reduce the use of paper, such as avoid using disposable paper goods. Protect the forest is to protect ourselves. Without the forest, we can not live on the earth either.

首先,我们要停止盲目的砍伐森林。如果不得不这样做,那就种植更多的树木。其次,政府宣传森林的重要性,以此提高普通民众保护森林的意识。最后,我们应该减少纸质用品,例如避免使用一次性的纸制品。保护森林就是保护我们自己。没有了森林,我们也不能存活在地球之上。

sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may

long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do

not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make

people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual

outlook. A person who lacking of sleep always looks tired and has no power to do

things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of

thought. They always can’t be active in mind.

今晚，米丝鱼老师和我们有个关于“矿泉水瓶变身秀”的作文约会。我好期待啊!

可是，当我和妈妈坐在电脑前迫不及待地等待米丝鱼老师教我们做实验的时候，米丝鱼老师却好像忘记了这件事似的，一直讲画导图的技巧，过了好一会儿才用充满激情的声音对我们说：“同学们，我相信你们想做手工已经很久了，现在，我们就来玩矿泉水瓶大变身吧!”“好!”同学们边积极回应边急不可耐地握紧材料，随时准备做实验。

终于，老师打开了实验的大门。实验第一站是拿小刀在离瓶盖四分之一处戳一个眼。我很疑惑，戳眼干什么呢?但我还是戳了，结果使劲试了很多次都失败了，只好请“超级老妈”来帮忙。只见“超级老妈”对准矿泉水瓶轻轻一戳就成功了。“天啊，果然是超级老妈啊!”我感叹道。可是“超级老妈”戳成了离瓶盖四分之三处了。“嘿嘿，原来超级老妈也会做错啊!”我在心里偷偷地乐。

实验第二站是在戳了眼的地方把矿泉水瓶剪成上下两截。我拿起剪刀，对准矿泉水瓶上刚戳好的小洞，猛扎下去，可剪刀和矿泉水瓶却不配合地跳起了斗牛舞，我不甘心，左手紧握矿泉水瓶，右手拿稳剪刀，再次对准小洞使劲戳下去，只听“咔嚓”一声，终于剪开了一个口子，我沿着瓶身好不容易剪了下来，却剪得参差不齐，我不气馁，再次耐心地尽量把剪下来的矿泉水瓶的边沿修剪平整。这时，米丝鱼老师对我们说：“现在把上半部分的瓶盖拧下来，上半部分就变成了一个漏斗。”我拧开一看：哇哦，真的耶!

实验第三站是给下半部分矿泉水瓶做装饰。我先拿来了黄色的彩纸，剪成相等的两根小条，分别贴在它的上下两端。接着在中间贴了一个绿色爱心形便利贴，由于贴得不稳，于是我贴上了双面胶，让它牢牢地固定在了矿泉水瓶下半部分的中间。都贴好以后，我还用勾线笔在便利贴中间写了两个大大的黑字——作文。然后用蓝色笔在便利贴上轻轻地画了很多小星星。最后我在黄色纸条上分别画了红、粉两种颜色的双重三角形，做成了一个漂亮的笔筒。我赶紧装了一些笔进去，美滋滋地看着它，仿佛听到了笔筒对我说：“谢谢您让我变得有价值，我将忠心为您服务!”

没用的矿泉水瓶成功变身为实用的笔筒，真的是变废为宝了。我将它取名为：文采飞扬。愿它见证我的文笔变得文采飞扬!

它被禁锢在石头缝中，一动也不能动。这里没有新鲜晶莹的雨露，没有温暖耀眼的阳光，有的只剩下渴望。

可爱的鸟儿在枝头吟诵着优美的诗篇，悠悠的白云在天空中悠闲地散步，淘气的孩子一跳奔跑玩闹，活泼的鱼儿，好动的虾，懒洋洋的龟，扭着腰的水草……它们组成了水底的大家庭。它向往外面这样美丽而又生动的世界。

每天扭动着身子，努力往上攀爬，每攀一步都如同失去水的鱼儿，身体异常干燥难受。只能伸长了腿在地下寻找着可口的水源如饥似渴地饮着。它不断的告诉自己和朋友：“外面有着一个精彩的世界，和我一起去看看吧!”有不少人加入了它的阵营，也有不少的饥讽嘲笑：“就你也想去地上瞧，别白曰做梦了，还是好好呆在地下吧!”“你就别生在福中不知福了我们多快乐啊!低下头可以和蚯蚓弟弟做游戏，和姐妹们谈谈心，多好啊!”

不断的，它的压力越来越大，好像千万斤的巨石重重地压着它，看到许多朋友们都退缩了，身体枯黄像一位八十多岁老人。让它明白只有坚持不懈才能成功!一咬牙，把眼一闭，使尽全身力气，用力一顶，感受破土而出的奇妙，那一瞬间，仿佛重获新生，汁液在沸腾。

阳光轻轻抚摸着它的脸颊，风，在帮忙着梳理头发，鸟儿跳着曼妙的舞蹈，那悦儿的歌声在耳边回荡

它看见了柳条儿在梳着小辫子，欣赏水中的自己，蜗牛大叔背着自己的小家不知想要去哪儿，鱼儿跃出水面，是想去跳龙门吗?树叶在枝头弹着优雅的小曲，是想去参加乐器比赛吗?

只要坚持不懈，努力的付出，就肯定能看到外面精彩而又美力的世界!

我又站在园中的那棵葡萄树下，抬眼望着熟悉的树干，不禁有一种久违的感觉。我轻轻地抚摩着苍老的树干，望着盘曲嶙峋的树枝，不知怎的，心中一阵悸动，眼泪不由自主地流下来，而思绪却飘出了好远好远┄┄

我是跟外公外婆长大的，是他们疼爱的宝贝，直到现在，我还是他们眼里长不大的孩子。小时候，外公总爱带着小小的我在院子里玩耍。我最爱那棵葡萄树，因为每当葡萄成熟的时候，外公总会摘下最大最紫的葡萄洗净，一粒一粒的喂我吃。我喜欢坐在外公怀里，开心的吃着。每当这时，外公的脸上总会洋溢着笑容。即使偶尔偷嘴，一不小心从摘葡萄的凳子上跌下来，外公也绝不会责怪我，他会摘一串葡萄，放在脸上挂着泪珠的我的手中，再擦干我的泪。

时光如白驹过隙，我已经长大了。由于种.种原因，我不能长期回到外公身边，但我总会抽时间去看外公。每当这时，外公会停下手中的活计，带我到院子里走走。他还会像对待小时候的我那样，亲手洗净一串葡萄塞到我的手里让我吃，我会笑着服从他。有时我的情绪很低落，外公从妈妈口中得知后，总会给我串葡萄，并安慰我说：“没关系，让它们统统过去吧。”我知道，不善言辞的外公只能用这种方法来安慰我，不让我难过。有一次，考试的压力让我十分难过。一天，我回到家，刚走进卧室，便发现桌子上有盘洗净的葡萄，紫色的果实散发着诱人的光泽。“那是你外公让我给你带来的。”妈妈在身后轻轻的说。妈妈走后，我留着泪，把葡萄吃了下去，耳边仿佛回荡着外公的话：“没关系，让它们统统过去吧。”我擦了泪，又重新鼓起了勇气。从此以后，每当我难过的时候，我总希望拥有一串葡萄。

“干吗呢?”一阵声音传来，是外公。我擦干了泪，回过头去。“楼上有洗净的葡萄，去吃呀?”外公笑着对我说。“哎，知道了。对了，外公，你不是说要伐葡萄树吗?”“不伐了，不伐了，要伐了，你明年吃什么呢?”外公慈爱地笑着对我说。

不知怎的，我又想哭。其实，无论伐不伐葡萄树，我都不会感到遗憾。因为，在我心中已经有了一串永不消失的葡萄——外公的爱。
