When people really love their families ,they will surely find the purpose of life.In other words , our emotions can be surely content when we stay with our families and friends. One’s life without love is like the sky without sunshine. Work and Love play the most important two roles in the purpose for which we seek throughout our life . But other aspects such as devotion and learning knowledge also have an deep influence on our life . These things affect our behaviour and values more or less ,even though most of us can’t realize it clearly . As the saying goes :“When we do good , we feel good , and we are good.” Set the correct purpose of your life now , And you will make a difference to your life.

我有很多兴趣爱好，有下围棋、跑步、摔跤……但我最喜欢的还是“课间足球赛”。

“叮铃铃”，下课铃响了，同学们如同离弦之箭般地“飞”出教室，一部分同学去操场踢足球了，这其中当然也包括我。

我被分到中后卫去了，正好这也是我擅长的“职位”。

振奋人心的足球赛开始了，首先，由朱恩泽开球，他一个大脚直接把球过了半场，正当快要入门的时候，被对方球员一个“倒挂金钩”，防住了这一球。

轮到对方发球了，但与我们的方法截然不同，他们把我方队员都“晃过”了，再一个“大脚”射门，但还是被我方中锋拦住。不但拦住了，我方还准备反攻，并把球带过了半场。这时，我做了一个胆大的决定：直接中后卫补位前锋，将球带入球门。说干就干，我以每秒8.5米的速度，将球带入对方半场，直接射入球门，全场顿时响起欢呼声。

但我的这个举动似乎激怒了对手，他们的主力一下子冲过半场直奔我方球门，幸好我一个“抢球”，把球抢了回来。不过，“一波未平，一波又起”，对方一位前锋像火箭一样向我冲来，我“怂”了，一下子跑到左前锋的位置后面，被他进了一球。

最后一局是决胜局，我也自告奋勇地跑到前锋位置，要当主力。“裁判”立刻答应了我的请求。太好了，终于可以“过把瘾”了。开局，我马上一个大脚开到对方球门口，不过出界了。没事，再接再励。当对方冲过来时，刘孟航一伸脚，把对方主力绊倒了，因此，他就被红牌罚下场了。我方失去了他，就等于没了一个“MVP”，对方就轻轻松松过了半场。关键时候，我把这一球拦下了。但对方又一个前锋冲过来，僵持了一会，我们便只有“招架之力，毫无还手之力了”。就在这时，朱恩泽把球抢了过来，攻到了对方球门前，就在我们快要进球之时，上课铃响了，我们只能遗憾地放下手中足球，乖乖的回教室。

通过这场比赛，使我明白了：足球，不是光依靠个人的力量，而是团队精神!

7月28号是滑冰聚会的日子，这真是妙不可言，虽然没有全班同学到场，但我们一样很开心、愉快的度过了一个上午。

早上，因为等车的缘故，我们耽误了许多时间，导致10点多才能真正进入滑冰场。和陈陈见到后，我们去买了优惠的滑冰劵，谁知陈陈并不去滑冰，因为第二天要去……(提到就郁闷，还是不说呐——)但这似乎并不影响我的心情，因为我的好朋友都在同一时间相遇了，可想之后的乐子是多么好找。

穿上了费劲的真冰鞋子，谁不想马上下冰场一撒欢喜。我和朋友们下去一阵痛快后，回来继续整理东西。发现有一批“奋斗”族。因为这个滑冰鞋实在难穿，要不是去年暑假学了滑冰，我也不会这么快穿好鞋子。眼前的这些同学。正想尽各种办法去穿鞋，为穿上冰鞋而“奋斗”着。

再度上滑冰场时，不知因为什么，某些同学竟跟我们打起了“雪球”。其实不过就是在冰场边缘凑齐一些小冰块，搓成个球。其实打来打去也不是很好玩，只不过兴致在头，某些家伙还越玩越狠，搞的雅露(婉)在那里直跺脚。不过也真是的，没事找事嘛，虽然打着玩可以，但也不能下手太重啊。

后来的时间，我用于专门回顾了一下以前滑冰的动作，不过这真冰鞋实在是太不好穿了，老是把脚搞的摩擦般疼痛。不过我们还是玩的很开心。有许多次，当时太过在意于自己的滑冰姿态，差点就摔跤，惹来不少笑话，中间累的时候可以去休息，吃吃雅露带的蜂蜜面包干，上午就这样美好的过去了，虽然脚很累，但也很快乐

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

As is well known by now throughout the world Harvey Ball, a commercial artist from Worcester, Massachusetts created the smiley face in 1963. That image went on to become the most recognizable symbol of good will and good cheer on the planet.

As the years passed Harvey Ball became concerned about the over-commercialization of his symbol, and how its original meaning and intent had become lost in the constant repetition of the marketplace. Out of that concern came his idea for World Smile Day. He thought that we, all of us, should devote one day each year to smiles and kind acts throughout that world. The smiley face knows no politics, no geography and no religion. Harvey’s idea was that for at least one day each year, neither should we. He declared that the first Friday in October each year would henceforth be World Smile Day.

The very first World Smile Day took place in Worcester, MA on October 1, 1999. What a celebration it was! State and local dignitaries gathered and read proclamations in support of the day. Another proclamation recognizing the day was read on the floor of the United States Congress and is now part of the Congressional Record, the reporter of the official proceedings of the US Congress. Thousands of Worcester school children created World Smile Day® cards that were then delivered to area hospitals and nursing homes. The event became national and even international news.

The US Postal service came to Worcester that day to unveil its new Smiley Face stamp design. And, the Postal Service issued a special cancellation just for that event. Each year since then the USPS has issued a different cancellation commemorating the day.

In his inaugural address on that very first World Smile Day Harvey Ball laid the groundwork for that World Smile Day saying that the smiley face “…just reflects what is inside every one of us – a smile is what we want to see when we look at another human being.” He said, “Sometimes we forget that. Sometimes the world seems big and filled with problems that are too hard to understand much less solve. We start to believe that we are too small to make a difference. But that’s not true. The truth is that every one of us has the ability to make a difference every day.”

Harveys hometown of Worcester, MA has been and continues to be the epicenter for World Smile Day.

一次，我在妈妈办公室做作业。完成后，我来到窗台边上准备放松一下。我刚坐下，便发现几盆多肉植物。我因为好奇，随手摘下几瓣。回到家里以后，我找来一个空花盆，往里面添了些土，就随手把多肉的几瓣叶子放在了土里。多肉半埋半露，让人感觉像是随手扔掉的一样。

奶奶家的旁边有一块野地。上面杂草丛生，并不美观。一年，我一不小心点着了火柴，就把它扔到了野地里。草，被烧掉了一些。于是，我划了整整三盒火柴，把杂草全部烧光了。我自以为干了一件大好事，蹦蹦跳跳地跑回了奶奶家。虽然没有告诉大人，但我心里仍是美滋滋的，十分开心。第二年春天，当我又来到那片野地时，我惊呆了。杂草又长出来了，我一瞬间被震撼到了。区区野草居然也有如此强大的生命力!火烧掉了它的茎，却烧不掉它的根。火烧掉了它的身体，却烧不掉它生长的决心!那一刻，我才真正明白“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”的喻意。

多肉，摘掉放进土里，还能长;杂草，被火烧掉了还能生。可人的生命却永远只有一次。来，一起努力，为了我们的生命，奋斗吧!

顾不上沉重的书包，我向家的方向飞奔而去，冲进家门，跑进厨房里，向正在炒菜的奶奶汇报我那不理想的成绩。我本就做好被挨批的准备，没成想，奶奶摸了摸我的脑袋瓜，说道：“没关系，虽然没有达到我心中理想的分数，但是你已经很棒了，只要你努力了就好。看，奶奶做了你最爱的红烧肉，快尝尝…”

泪水在我眼眶里打转，我不知是如释重负还是暗下决心。那次，是你给我的鼓励，让我在下次考试中取得了理想的分数。

一路上，任何的坎坷都有最亲密的人扶着我，让我在前进的道路上越比越勇。

虽然说，踢足球是男孩子喜爱的一项体育运动，但它并不是男生的专利，因为，作为女孩子的我，也很喜欢踢足球。

每个星期五下午放学，我都会约上我的几个好朋友，一起到操场上踢足球。这其中有男生，也有女生。来到操场上，我们先把人员分成两组，男生一组，女生一组，然后各组再推选一名防守意识极强的人来守门。我们女生组通常都派活泼可爱的凌星小雨当守门员。

又到周五了，我们来到操场，放下书包，各自准备就绪，球赛便开始了。一开始，双方就打得非常激烈，互不相让。别看男生队汪昊个子小，可是他的动作却很灵活，而且跑动积极，一会儿勾球，一会儿铲球，一会儿又快速回身防守，活像一只猴子，在人群中来回穿梭。这时，由于我们队吴雨涵的失误，把球传丢了。只见，汪昊一个箭步窜上来，用脚带起球就跑，眼看逼近我方的球门了，而我拼命往回赶也已来不及，只见他猛地一脚，球在空中划了一道美丽的弧线，飞向球门，进了。此时，我们只能望“球”兴叹。

被对方进了一球，我们女生队失望极了。但是我们并不灰心，反而斗志更勇，带球传球也更加小心谨慎，以避免历史重演，只要控制好球，就有扳回的希望。就这样，球在我们的脚下传来传去，对方总是抢不到球，便有一些急躁，队形也乱了。这时机会来了，我的面前出现了一个空当，球在徐书娅的脚下，我大声喊:“传给我，传给我!”徐书娅一脚把球踢给了我，我瞅准球门，猛地起脚，皮球好像长了眼睛似的，正中对方的球门，而对方守门员则判断失误，居然向相反的方向扑去，结果可想而知。看到球进了，我们欢呼着，跳跃着，操场上空飘荡着我们快乐的笑声。

一比一，平了。虽然我们没有分出胜负，但是这并不重要，重要的是，我们在踢球中找到了欢乐，放松了心情，锻炼了身体，增进了友谊!

从前，有只小熊叫贝利，他从小的梦想就是长大后能成为一位魔法师。

在他20岁时，终于如愿以偿。成为了魔法师的他决定开一个服装店。

首先，他使用魔法变出了一个三层楼房，他在第一层放入了童装，第二层放女装，第三层放男装。室内分别用油漆涂上了灰色，紫色和棕色，外墙则用彩漆喷涂。

开业第一天便有许多人前来参观和购买。可是人们刚进去不久，便纷纷抱怨“：好冷啊，

怎么这么冷?”人们实在太冷了，便都离开了贝利的服装店。

从此，就再也没人去贝利那儿买衣服了，所以店铺也倒闭了。贝利伤心极了，怎么想也想不通，人们为什么会觉得冷。

于是，他找到了科学家猩猩博士，把事情一五一十地告诉了猩猩博士，猩猩博士听后哈哈大笑地说：“你呀你，房屋的颜色多选不好，人家不说冷才怪。你看，深色会使人感到冷，所以颜色要选比较鲜明的颜色，比如红色。”贝利听了连连点头，回家去了。

第二天，贝利想：“我不开服装店，开个旅馆吧。”

吸取了上次的教训，贝利这次将墙壁涂成了红色。可是，旅客们刚睡了一晚，就反映夜里总是失眠，血压上升等问题，旅客实在呆不下去了，便都离开了。贝利只好将旅馆关了。

他再次来到猩猩博士家，生气的说：“ 猩猩博士你到底靠不靠谱啊?”然后，他将事情的来龙去脉说了一遍。猩猩博士笑得比上次更厉害了，边笑边说：“

你呀，真是的，红色会使人大脑变得异常兴奋。所以，旅馆肯定不能用红色，要用一些使人放松的颜色。你虽然学了魔法，但要使用恰当，不然会闹出许多笑话的。”贝利不好意思挠挠头，红着脸走了。

从此，贝利把魔法利用的十分恰当，再也没有闹出笑话了，成为了一个真正的魔法师。

初晨的阳光刚触碰到远边的山，隐隐约约显示着一条山的轮廓线。揉开惺忪的睡眼，看见的是厨房里忙个不停的`妈妈。一头利落的短发，头顶的头发有些稀疏了;陈旧的黑色短袖，几乎快洗白了的橘色七分裤，土蓝色人字拖。随手翻开放在床头的相册，阳光照在棕色的封面上有些反光。

长发飘飘带些懒意的女子站在杨柳堤岸，白色衬衫，红色紧身的长裤正好裹住腰，显得很是凹凸有致。她是谁?当然是我年轻时的妈妈。暖风拂过她的笑靥，眼里充满着对未来的憧憬。在我出生之前，她也是没有忧虑的女孩，城市或是乡村的任何一处空气都让她感觉到自由的气息。下一张，一个疲惫的母亲映入我的视线。总觉得与上一张有着许多年的距离，那时候的我那么小，睡在她怀里，她已不再是青春活力的女孩了，她有了我，有了负担，也有了责任，她不再喜欢贴身的衣服，而是成日里穿着宽大的运动衫，她不再在意她的长发，而是随意地捆了个低低的马尾。再翻，一个母亲的笑脸占据了我的瞳孔。她扶着刚学会走路的我，双手不紧不松地撑着我的胳肢窝，兴奋的我露出两颗还没长好的门牙。我长大了，这是值得开心的事，可是没有人会注意到妈妈渐渐变老的容颜。

记忆里的妈妈总是一副坚强、不会累的模样。

妈妈年近四十了，也犯了岁月溜走后留下的毛病，腰痛、腿酸，体质一向好的她也终于不服气地打了吊针。这一切，都在告知着，妈妈老了，老了。

“早饭我做好了，起床后去厨房自己端，我要去上班了。”还没等我回答，妈妈已经拿着钥匙走出门了，只听见门轻轻地“嘭”了一下，随后是楼梯上渐而远去的急促的脚步声。

我站在阳台上看着妈妈的背影，阳光金灿灿地洒在她身上，在我视线里格外耀眼。

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.

I seem to recall best a journey we made by tram one winter night.

We were going to visit my Granny at Westoe, and I was very excited, because an evening excursion was something quite unheard of for me. It had been raining; the gas lamps lit the gleaming pavements and cobbles with a doubled radiance. The shaking tram wires were sending down showers of white raindrops. Everything in the ram seemed fresh and glittering. The breezy windows sparkled with long zigzags of rain and the passing street lamp flared gorgeously through the panels of blue and yellow and ruby glass. Outside, it was cold and windy, and we could feel the gale buffeting against the side of the tram, making it sway and lurch ore than usual, and throwing the passengers of song, and the fresh, clean, cold sea-wind was blowing right through the upper deck. Above, a high half-moon seemed to be skidding along on its back through piles of black, white-lined rags. It was a wild night, with a sense of magic in the offing. The people in the tram did not like ordinary mortals; a kind of exhilaratinggaietyhadseizedthem,anditseseememed to lighten their bodies and illuminate their faces. At times I was sure we were really flying.

人总渴望着去外面走一走，外面的世界有着太多的精彩与刺激，我也贪婪的奔向外面世界。

外面的世界可以范围很大，离开这片故土;也可以范围很小，走出家门便是。但是我只到过两次外面的世界。

第一次走到外面是那年夏天。放了暑假，父亲带着我去了内蒙，当时我认为离开了江苏省便是外面的世界。也许所有人都和我一样，对第一次的外出旅行总是觉得兴奋不已。当踏上那片土地，看着草原那无边无际的壮阔景象，我体验到了自己的弱小、贫乏。

我看着草原。我看见了马群在这大草原上仰天长啸，我知道了历史的兴衰，我读到了生命的长河。外面的这个世界讲述着我不曾知晓的一切，那些存留的`遗址又告诉着我曾经祖先们保家卫国的经历。外面的世界让弱小的我开阔了眼见，增长了知识。当我第二次走到外面的`世界，那只是一次机缘巧合。

秋天，我无意间走进了家门前的那片田野。踏在那柔软的土地上，田野的风挟裹农作物的浓郁芬芳钻进鼻孔，瞬间洗涤了我的五脏六腑，似乎将要我融化在这田野间。看着那勃勃生机的田野，一大片一大片金黄的稻谷被一小垄一小垄深褐的田埂整齐的分割，就如一幅和谐优美的乡村田野图。原谅我的粗心，我还从没有仔细看过这片生命的沃土，还没有体验过这生命的无穷力量。

田野的尽头站立着一片常青树，鹅黄浅嫩，苍翠葱郁，青碧墨黛，层层叠叠，过渡自然，独立鲜明，展现尽你能想象出的每一种差别的绿色。我第一次发现绿竟有如此丰富的层次与差别。在一片常青树围绕下的田野，更显出那盎然的生机。

在田野的深处，我似乎看见了农民们那辛勤劳作的背影，懂得了“粒粒皆辛苦”的道理。这小小的外面世界是大自然最杰出的作品，即使很小，却给我的内心世界带来了巨大的震撼。外面的世界可以不是很大，但是却不能丧失生命的活力和意义，该有他自己最深层的内涵。物欲横流的外面世界不该是我们向往的世界，我们要找到和拥有能使我们心灵澄净的外面世界。

It has been over 100 years since the very first plane, invented by the Wright Brothers, flew into the sky. The first plane, which was made of wood, had only been able to fly for 12 seconds in the air, but it opened the door of the aviation world. I wonder how the Wright brothers would imagine such a magnificent idea. They must have some kind of dream----human beings like birds, flying freely in space----they attempted various kinds of material to make planes, finally making their dream come true, although only a short 12 seconds for the first flight! We students often have different dreams: to be scientists, engineers, doctors, etc. Like the Wright brothers when they were young, we should try our best to experience different things, for example, going out of doors to watch different animals, watching butterflies in the air, or watching fish in the water. With more knowledge in these fields, we can become biologists in the future. Generally speaking, we’d better make greater efforts in our studies. In this way, we can make our dreams come true, not only like the Wright brothers in the sky, but also like Yang Liwei in outer space.
