阳光明媚，又是一个好天气。我们一家此时正在武当山的脚下。仰望那高耸入云的武当山，一股征服它的豪气油然而生，我便迫不及待地拉上爸妈朝武当山前进。小路两旁，树木葱郁，我像一只小鸟一样，欢呼着，雀跃着。才刚走两里路，我便气喘吁吁，满头大汗，四肢发软。心中生起放弃的念头。正当我准备劝爸爸不要登金顶的时候，这时我看到一对老夫妇，他们互相搀扶着，口中却没有一句抱怨，我在他们身上看到了我所不具备的毅力，令我心生敬佩。顿时感觉自己充满力量，向着金顶前进!

坚持取得胜利

“今天要训练女子800米，男子1000米跑。”体育委员一声号令，一种恐惧感便袭上心头，但我依然加入了跑步的行列之中。第一圈，我还能轻松地跟上队伍;第二圈，我被抛到了队伍的末尾，有时还跟不上;第三圈，我便气喘吁吁，汗如雨下;第四圈，我头昏眼花，咽干舌燥，四肢无力，还险些摔倒在地上。最后，我跑的比蜗牛还慢。我真想要放弃，但一想到比我身体素质还差的同学都跑过了，想到跑步还要纳入中考中，想到跑步可以加强我的身体素质，想到坚持就是胜利，我便咬紧牙关，坚持跑了过去。我现在每天坚持跑步，身体素质已经提高了很多。

困难像弹簧，你弱它就强。我幸运找到了战胜困难的三大法宝:勇气、毅力、坚持。我将携着这法宝铸就我辉煌的人生。

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me

six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we

have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it

whenever it comes up.

What’s more, success goes along with opportunities. We should develop the

ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make

our way to success more easily.

每个人都会有自己爱好，都有自己的特长，每个人的特长都是不一样的。而我热爱体育，每当老师对我们说，运动会到啦!足球比赛又到啦!我不知道为什么那么兴奋，但我知道我喜欢体育。

今年的足球比赛，我非常荣幸的代表南白象一小参加了本次足球比赛。我们跟着郑老师和倪老师来到了东欧大酒店，看见了以前我们在绿茵场上奔跑的战友们和伙伴们，大家聊一聊，谈谈心，相互抱一抱。来到瓯海实验小学，我们要开始比赛了，我们面对的是以前非常厉害的郭溪燎原小学。我想，没关系的，反正以前六年级厉害的人已经毕业了，我们怕什么?

啊!站在那绿茵场上，看着那球门，和那呼呼吹来的凉风，好清爽!哨声一吹响，我奔了过去，冲那球而去。他们还是挺厉害的，好像是我们低估了他们。我猛的停下了脚步，啊!他们又进了一球，是我的错!我想这哨声仿佛离我慢慢靠近，马上比赛就要停了，我有点气馁，刚开始第一场就输了，怎么能这样?

我们一直盼着第三天，因为第三天，我们要跟温州育英来一场比赛，如果赢了我们就进八强，如果输了，就收书包走人，现实就是这么残酷!

我们盼星星盼月亮，终于盼到了这一天，看他们一个个高高的，我有点害怕我们输，害怕，我们再也不能站在绿茵场上踢足球了!比赛开始了，我认真踢。就这样，我们以7：2的球分战胜了他们。我大声的叫了起来，我们进八强了!我们进八强了!我太高兴了。你们一定知道了，我的梦想，是当一位足球运动员。

我热爱体育，我热爱足球。这是我的梦想!

温暖是黑夜里的一盏明灯，是冬日里的一片阳光，是手心里的一杯奶茶。 ——题记

冬日的早晨，当地一束耀眼的阳光偷偷的投入我的双眸，一股透彻心扉的.温暖油然而生，久经不散。慢慢掀开厚重的棉被，起身走到窗前，瞧见那窗台上的小雏菊，也都伸着懒腰，打个哈欠，摊开双臂来，昂头注视着远处正冉冉升起的红日。他们又何尝不是需要温暖呢。

秋日，树林。

日落西山，夕阳余晖还浮在树林上方，灿然而柔软。我漫步林间，享受着新鲜的空气。一阵风从身后刮过

。转过身只见漫天飞舞着的黄叶，有如千万蝴蝶，别样迷人。突见不远处一只小鸟从树上落下，摔伤了站不起来，我跑过去拾起小鸟，将这小小生命捧在手心。我看着它，它也一脸茫然的望着我。我抚摸它的羽毛，又柔又温暖。它的母亲来了，我只好将它放下。远行几步，又悄悄回头。那母亲从树上飞下，轻捷的身姿即刻印在我脑海。它想托起小鸟，却无能为力。小鸟笨重，母亲一次又一次飞起，却总是落下。在我看来，如此短小的距离对于它来说却很艰难。就这样好一会儿，树上又飞下来一只更壮的鸟，母亲却稍显迟疑，不让靠近。明白它没有恶意，才一起托起了小鸟。那鸟从我的视线里消失了，母子俩在了一起。我看着这一幕，不知是什么感动了我，只觉心中一震，温暖便涌上心头。

初冬，细雨。

阴冷的雨水，让整个世界又得以难寻的静谧。一个人坐在窗前，挥舞着生涩的音符，侧耳倾听时间流过的声音。咚咚地，门响了。我放下吉他，走到门前。母亲抱着一床棉被，拿了件外套，走进来，说“天冷了，换床厚些的被子，”母亲把外套搭在我身上，“多加点儿衣服，小心感冒。”又走出门去。这阴冷的天气，披着外套的我倍感温暖。母亲总是知道什么时候天冷了该加衣服，每次都会提醒我。寒冷来袭的时候，躲进被窝里，总是暖洋洋的，就如同小时候躺在母亲的怀里。母亲带给我的温暖，那么美好，那么难忘。

伴着皎洁的月光，合辙押韵的歌声穿入耳幕，有如一股清泉流淌在山间，宁静适闲。温暖的回忆，宛如平静又时而荡起微波的小湖。我愿做那一叶扁舟，静享温暖的湖水。我更原做那湖畔小草，一边沐着春风，一边接受着湖水的滋润。不经意间，那缠绵的温暖，静静敲开我心房，与我同在。

2015年世界防治结核病日，世卫组织呼吁政府、受影响社区、民间社会组织、卫生保健服务提供者以及国际合作伙伴共同努力推出这一战略，以覆盖、治疗和治愈目前所有结核病患者。

equals happiness actually reduces their chances of ever obtaining real
