我出生在一九九八。

记得那个时候，家里还没有手机，还没有电动自行车，也没有电脑，用的都是“第二次工业革命”的成果，甚至那个时候，我还不知道什么是“虾条”。那个年代，只有“亲亲”一种果冻，“喜之郎”还没出生。我也只信赖张娜拉代言的小洋人，从没接触过什么“妙恋”果粒多。

出生时，生了一场大病。妈妈说算命先生管这叫“冲”，我家的窗子正对房门，犯“冲”！我是从来不信这些东西的，总认为这是窗子和门最有好的欢迎方式，它们这么做是在欢迎它的小主人吧！

再大一些，我沿着沙发，登上了窗子。窗子外是小时候的我用无限好奇结成的世界。外面出了很多土堆，什么也没留下，我问妈妈外面隆起的土堆是什么？她告诉我那叫——坟。小时候的我恐惧、害怕，再也没有登过那扇窗子。

八岁那年，有了妹妹。奶奶家重男轻女，从那时起，家庭纷争便开始了，也正是从那时起，我才真正明白什么叫做冷血和狠心。每天奶奶总会找很多理由来我家闹，甚至伸手打妈妈，我唯一不明白的，是妈妈从不还手。到现在我才懂，那是妈妈太爱爸爸，不想让爸爸为难。我看不清奶奶，所以又一次登上了窗子，看奶奶以怎样的步伐走向我家……每次当我看见她给叔叔家的表弟送吃的的时候，我会心酸，为什么我就得不到奶奶的关怀呢？

从此，我决定再也不登那个窗子，幼小的我不敢去尝试。第一次看到了恐惧，第二次看到了罪恶，第三次，我再也不敢去尝试。

直到我十七岁，是的，我长大了。那次为母亲擦窗子时，看到窗外，自己却笑了。我远离了懦弱，远离了自卑，我不会再让我的家人白白受欺负，但我不恨奶奶，因为我爱爸爸，我不想让他为难。太阳的陨落会迎来早晨的朝阳，不是吗？我要自实其力，因为我懂我和别人的不同。

窗子还是以前的窗子，但有七年没有留下过我的脚印，因为我的世界不会止步不前。母亲为了我和妹妹念书，从没有装修房子，也没有动过窗子，窗子留在了七年前，而我却在试图打开大学的窗子，我知道，那是我们全家人的希望。

What’s the purpose of life ? What are we seeking for in our short lives ? For privilege,for money ,or just for enjoyment ? It’s the problem that everyone wants to explore. As a matter of fact , everybody needs a proper purpose in order to struggle against life . A clear purpose not only guides us but also gives us hope and energy . When unknown challenges stop our steps toward the dream, our purpose will help us overcome the difficulties . Because of purpose and our efforts , we become useful for the world . Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest also reflects ones ability or wish. No Smoking Day is an annual health awareness day in the United Kingdom that helps smokers that want to quit smoking. On No Smoking Day 2006 1.5 million smokers made a quit attempt and millions more used the Day to take a step towards stopping smoking.

With the growing awareness of healthy eating， more and more people now are

paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life。 But

at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught

everyone’s concern。

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 2008 Chinese milk

scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 2008， a

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.

从前，我和我的青蛙兄弟姐妹们，每天在大自然的绿色氧吧里，过着幸福无比的生活。我们白天帮农民伯伯捉害虫，让农民伯伯专心锄草，不用再花时间去清除害虫。夜晚，我们为农民伯伯的庄稼唱歌，让满山的玉米棒子长得更肥更胖，待农民伯伯秋收的时候，脸上露出满意的笑容。

农药太毒了，只要它走过的地方，寸草不生。玉米、稻谷、蔬菜、水果……全被污染了，并且含有农药的毒素。人类吃了这些含毒素的食物后，生了许多疼痛难忍的怪病。农药太毒了，只要它流进河里，鱼虾全无。小河被彻底污染了，也失去了往日鱼虾嬉戏打闹的生机。小河留着痛苦的泪水，一边哭泣，一边投入大海妈妈的怀抱。大海也因此而受到污染，让许多海洋生物在劫难逃。

再后来，田地完全被农药侵占了，我们的绿色世界与健康空间快要油尽灯枯了。我真想对人类说：“请不要再洒农药了。”我是一只小青蛙，我见证了昔日的绿水青山，是人类珍爱环境的结果。如今绿色渐少，诸多河流干涸，也是人类破坏环境的结果。我是一只小青蛙，我呼吁：“保护地球，人人有责。”

fruit seller, standing behind piles of fresh fruit, greeted me warmly, trying to

persuade me to buy some. he felt a little disappointed when i shook my head.

Water is very important to us. If you don t have water for three days, you will die. We can use water for flowers, swimming, washing and many different things. We use it to cook, make electricity, and put out fires and so on. We use millions of liters of water every day.

Do you know how does the water come to your home? It travels through water pipes. Some are long and wide but some are short and narrow. Then the water travels through the water pipes to the reservoirs. Then it travels through the water pipes to the river and to the special factories that purify the water. When the water is purified, we can drink it. Please don t leave garbage in the water on which we line, and keep the water clean.

There is a saying,”A girl changes fast in physical appearance from childhood to adulthood”.

I just had my eighteen years birthday. It’s certain that I have grown much more beautiful now.(laugh) My biggest change is not the appearance but in mind. I have become much more mature. I don’t always think about going out to play instead of focusing my attention on study. I start considering my future. I try my best not to quarel with my parents as I know what they do is for me. I know I should filial my parents. What’s more, I don’t bully my younger sister and brother any more.

I have changed a lot, because I have grown up.

Especially in vacations, phenomena of uncivilized behavior in parks or museums everywhere. Even in foreign countries, our Chinese citizens still do naturally, it seriously affected our country’s image. Of course, it has caused bad loss in ancient buildings and antiquities and our environments. So it’s urgent to advocate to have a cultural tourism.

Firstly, we should keep in mind the sense of protecting the environment. And when we have a tourism, we had better watch out the warning words carefully and then obey the rules. For the sake of ourselves and our country, let’s do some meaningful things for cultural tourism.

期中了!期末了!升初中了!这些词像我的影子一样，每天都紧紧地跟在我身后，使我失去了应有的放松。

在匆匆忙忙中度过每一天。睡觉、吃饭、学习、作业，早已成了一组无限循环小数，反反复复，没有一丝创新，我们被学习缠绕着。

以前，我认为期末是最忙的，各主科老师抢课争执不休，副科早已飘到九霄云外，我对“一节课两位老师在场”的争执早已见怪不怪，毕竟这是期末。可现在，期末连影都还没有，反倒比以往的期末更紧张了：第一节数学下课了，“今天没有晨会，再讲下一页吧!”下午托管结束了，“这篇作文没写完，这篇课文没背的别想回家!”

学习是那样使我们喘不过气来，在学校有时甚至失去了呼吸的机会，这是为了什么呢?回家，成了我们喘口气的唯一时间。听听音乐，玩玩qq，跟大哥聊天，他也没有回复，他也被工作所困挠吧。在床上躺一会、自己做一些西点、练字、弹钢琴、改个性签名来发泄情绪。娱乐后，回想起还有作业没写，还有圆周率没背，便又回到书桌前忙碌起来，顿时觉得自己满血复活了，大脑十分清晰，精神特好，这也许正是停下来的好处。

父母回来了，帮着他们做晚饭，让他们也小停一会儿。吃完后，我让妈妈陪我去逛街，买早餐，买做西点的食材。出去逛街时，算是散心，饭后走一走，也算是偶尔停下来。出去时，与她谈论着她工作的烦恼，我学习的问题。有时妈妈也会问我，“作业写完了吗?单词背了吗?语文素养复习了吗……”我会一一回绝：“写完了，背完了，复习了……”好不容易才从学习中解脱，现在差点又被抓回去，这时的情绪肯定是比较烦的。

偶尔停下来，散漫一小会儿，能让生活更充实，让八成旧的大脑更清新，这样可以充满能量地工作与学习。匆匆忙忙，也不见成绩进步，不见工作进步，还不如在“生活书架”中插入一些漫画、娱乐丛书呢!

黎明之前阴霾与希望共存。——题记

大海轻轻地拍打着海岸，卷起层层浪花，撑着小舟的孩童直起身，望向那与天际一线不见尽头的海洋。双手紧握成拳头，弯腰拾起脚下静躺的贝壳，掷向远方。“我要出去，走出这片大海!”男孩喊着，他卖力的划着小舟，奔向家中，他要告诉母亲，他要出去，他要告诉全世界的人，他想出去，喜悦的气氛弥漫在流动的空气中，风带着吹向远方，一颗种子落在另一边的远方，生根，发芽。

当太阳撒下大地，男孩带着祝福来到码头。哦，那艘“远方号”便是他要登上的船了，它停泊在码头边，稳稳立于波浪之上，铃声响起，船驶出，停在夹板上的海鸥拍着翅膀飞向别处。男孩站在岸板上，海风拂过他的脸庞，头发肆意的飞舞着，看着海鸥的远走，眸子中带着些许期盼。一身明黄的衬衣，双手似是不紧意的扶在栏杆却是骨节分明、指尖泛白的激动与紧张。

这些时日渐渐过去，海很是温驯。

下午，在床板上，船身猛的摇晃，他一个转身，跌在了地板上，这是睡意全无，浑身打了一个激灵，想起了父亲在离别时的话语：“孩子，大风之前是平静的，不要安于现状，若你执意的话就去吧，去接受风雨的洗礼，岁月的打磨。”这场风浪注定了不平静。头甲板，水手们要求乘客回到方舱，他却在看着，风助浪势，煞是吓人。他努力的让自己平静。这时海面汹涌澎拜，每几分钟都会有大浪拍过来，在他几乎绝望时，暴风与浪没有肆虐。

出海的第七天，他们到达了一个锚地，在那里他们遇到的风暴大得可怕，水手们也开始惊慌，船长也紧张起来。狂风不停的劲吹，情况万分紧急，滔天大浪不断冲进船中，大家都回到舱内去躲避，他第一次如此接近死亡。听见“吱呀”的一声，桅杆也被狂风吹掉，他似乎听到了有人在嘶吼，心中漏了一拍，倒在了舱内。

翌日，船长召集了所有人，告知大家有三名水手已经失踪，经过打捞，一人无果，二人尸体发白。他看见剩下的水手们将那两名水手的尸体放入破帆布中，送上自己的祝福，抛入海中。他不解的冲上去问：为什么何样做?回答他的只有：海，有着博大的胸襟，和海生活在一起会让你也变得有气度，一切都会归于平静，大海赐予了我们很多，我们自然也要失去很多，海洋是他们最好的归宿。

In 1971, the Spanish naturalists suggested that we should set up a day to call on people to protect the forest and make the full use of it. Then the representatives of the naturalists from all over the world decided that March 21 is the world forest day. In some countries, this day is also deemed as the tree-planting day. After 4 decades, the world forest day is more than a day to call on people to protect the forest, making people realize the relations between human being and the forest is also the aim of the forest day.

The forest is also the key to solve the severe environmental problems. In American Indian’s cultural, the local people believe that the forest raise up the sky. If the forest disappears, the sky will collapse, and the living beings would die out. With the rapid development of human society, the forest coverage rate is decrease. While the demands of the woods and papers products keep increasing. It can hardly meet the needs of human beings. Everyday, countless trees are cutting down to make various paper products. In order to make more money, people destroy the forests, and there comes different kinds of problems. For instance, soil erosion, global warming, glaciers melting, and sea level rising. The forest is so important to this planet. We should do something to protect the forest.

人们普遍认为森林具有降温、净化空气、保护水土和维持自然链等功能。森林也是解决严峻环境问题的关键。在美洲的印第安人文化中,当地人认为树木撑起了天空,如果森林消失,那么天空就会塌陷,世界上的生物就会随之灭亡。随着人类社会的快速发展,森林覆盖率在逐渐下降。而人们对木材及纸制品的需求量日益增长,所砍伐的树木难以满足人们的需求。每一天,不计其数的树木被做成各种各样的纸制品。为了赚更多的钱,人们摧毁了森林,然而问题也随之而来。例如:水土流失、气候变暖、冰川融化、海平面上升等等。森林对我们的地球来说如此的重要,我们应该好好保护它。

First, stop cutting down the forest blindly. If we really have to, plant more trees. Second, the government should do something to enhance the people’s awareness of forest protection. Last but not least, we can reduce the use of paper, such as avoid using disposable paper goods. Protect the forest is to protect ourselves. Without the forest, we can not live on the earth either.

首先,我们要停止盲目的砍伐森林。如果不得不这样做,那就种植更多的树木。其次,政府宣传森林的重要性,以此提高普通民众保护森林的意识。最后,我们应该减少纸质用品,例如避免使用一次性的纸制品。保护森林就是保护我们自己。没有了森林,我们也不能存活在地球之上。

今天，在这个以经济为发展主流，充满物质诱惑的社会中，要保持一颗淡泊名利，“宁静而致远”的简单心境是非常不容易的。“淡泊以明志”是人生的最高境界，淡不是平淡，是绚烂至极也，是素静质朴，宁静深沉，是深邃的执著，是内心的祥和，是深入的淡定，是物我两忘的境界。

高山无语，深水无波。淡泊名利--作为做人的一种准则和风格，它是对人生的深层领悟，是人生境界的极致。淡是一种醒悟和超脱，坚持“有所不为然后有所为”，特立独行而不趋炎附势，稳重坚韧而不浮华燥动，义无反顾而举重若轻。

淡泊名利，就要把事业看得神圣，把明利看得很轻，不经心在意。不能把高官厚禄，物质生活成为约束自己的桎梏。淡然，无影无形，却是一种大智慧。淡者，宽容，谨慎，执著，从而不忘乎所以。淡是底色，成就华章。心灵淡然若水，人生就如行云流水，轻盈飘逸。大家大成莫不如此。

世界上凡是贪图物质享受的人，他们的生活就会陷于靡烂，精神空虚不堪，品德不会高尚。为了能得到更高一层享受，可以不择手段，钻营名利，勾心斗角，甚至于卑躬屈漆，丧尽天良，投人所好，失去了大节，丢掉了人格。

当前，绝大多数人还是为生计而奔波。一些人还是为名利而周旋于社会，人际，工作之间。我并不排斥物质，人人都有追求较好物质生活的权力，但也要“君之爱财取之有道”。正当的追求上进，积极进取是无可非议的，要大力弘扬的，奋斗者可敬，进取者可钦，所向披靡者可佩，热烈拥抱生活者可亲。

淡泊名利，说到底是一个人如何看待和处理得与失的问题。人的欲望是永远不会满足的。当你用不正当的行为得到了高贵的社会地位出人头地了，但你不知不觉中失去了青春，朋友，甚至是做人的尊颜。你每天山珍海味，食之无味，不如粗茶淡饭活的自在。“人生一世，草木一秋”，生命是短暂的，生命易逝，美好的东西难以保持。

我们每个人应该抱有这样得人生态度，在社会上尽可能积极进取，在内心深处为自己保留一份超脱，一份淡然。
