放暑假了，妈妈给我报了一个足球训练班。

9月5日是训练的第一天，我早早地就起床让妈妈把我带到了一中的西门口，可是等了好大一会儿教练还没有来，妈妈只好给教练打电话，没想到教练说很多家长都不同意早上训练，就把训练时间改为下午的5点到7点了。哎，真是空欢喜一场。

第二天下午，一想到马上就要去踢球了，心情就非常激动，一遍又一遍催着妈妈赶快把我送去训练地点。一到一中的操场上，我发现很多队友比我还心急，早就等在操场上了，我们就一起在操场上等着教练来。

教练终于来了，我们先问了好，教练又交待了一些训练时的注意事项，训练就正式开始了。教练先教我们学习踩球、颠球和倒球。我们先学踩球，踩球是先用一只脚踩在球的正上方，然后这只脚下来换另一只脚，两脚交替的速度要快，要控制好球，不能让球随便乱跑。教练让我以们做五分钟的踩球训练，刚开始我的球还会随便乱动，控制不住，我就回忆着教练教的方法不停地训练，效果到另一只脚，要点也是要控制好球;颠球好难，因为教练告诉我们点球时时用力不要太大，球不能超过肩膀，否则球就会颠飞的，一开始我一次只能颠一下，不是球被颠得很高，四处乱跑，就是颠的球砸到了头。教练告诉我们只要掌握好技巧，多加训练就一定可学会的，我越来越好。五分钟之后教练让我们进行1分钟的踩球比赛，没想到我还得了第3名，真是太高兴了。教练又教我们学倒球，我按照教练教的方法不停的训练：用一只脚的角弓斜着把球踢到另一只脚，可是刚开始控制不好力度，球一直乱跑。经过一段时间训练才基本掌握了倒球的方法。颠球最难了，因为它要求必须控制好力度，用力不能太大，球不能超过肩膀。我一开始一次只能颠一下，球在操场上乱跑，教练告诉我只要掌握好技巧，多加训练，就一定能学会米看样子今后我还得努力。

这个暑假我坚持每天的训练，风雨无阻，学会了不少的足球技巧，还认识了很多的小朋友，下一个暑假我还要继续学习踢足球!
