因为疫情，哪里也不能去，你却在十一长假带我和妹妹去绿色公园玩一整天，陪我们去动物园，和我一起坐过山车，陪妹妹一起游乐场内玩耍，陪妹妹能钓鱼一小时……

确定世界卫生日的宗旨是希望引起世界各国对卫生问题的重视，并动员世界各国人民普遍关心和改善当前的卫生状况，提高人类健康水平。世界卫生日期间，包括中国在内的世界卫生组织各会员国都举行庆祝活动，推广和普及有关健康知识，提高人民健康水平。

我最喜欢的食物就是土豆了，我对土豆可是百吃不厌，就是让我一日三餐都吃土豆，我也吃不腻，下面就向大家介绍一下土豆吧!

土豆是茄科茄属一年生草本植物，羽状复叶，小叶有柄，卵圆形，花白色或蓝紫色，地下块茎肥大，供食用。又称马铃薯、洋芋、山药蛋、薯仔等，是重要的粮食、蔬菜兼用作物，许多国家都拿它当主食呢!

土豆价格低廉，味道鲜美，故为大众所爱，成为百姓家中的常客。记得有一次，我非常想吃土豆，就去市场买了三个大土豆回来，炒好之后装了满满一大碗，转眼就个我吃个精光，连汤都没剩下，把一旁的`妈妈惊得目瞪口呆!

土豆营养丰富，味道鲜美，单吃土豆要注意以下三点：一是吃土豆要削皮;而是土豆不能生吃，因为土豆含有大量的淀粉，生吃不易消化;三是发芽或发青的土豆不能吃，因为这样的土豆含有大量的龙葵素，龙葵素在未发芽或发青的土豆里含量极少无法对人构成威胁，但在发芽或发青的土豆里，龙葵素的含量却比平常大大增加。人吃了发芽或发青的土豆，轻则出现头晕目眩、恶心呕吐等症状，所以千万不要吃发芽的土豆!

好了，今天就说到这里，我要去吃我的土豆焖排骨了，拜拜……

眼见着雨势大起来，黑云压城一般，我却只能任雨点打落在身上，脑海中一遍遍地浮现着这次考试的成绩，旋转木马一样——真是糟糕透了，连天气都要和自己作对啊。回去该如何向爸妈开口呢?我一边想着，一边加快了骑车的速度。到家时，虽未淋成落汤鸡，但外套已然湿透。我默然地将成绩册放在桌角便走进了房间。

吃午饭时，我仍是一言不发，妈妈询问的话成了耳旁风，想必他们都知道我的分数了。爸爸突然问我吃过午饭去不去河埂边。他说，最近总会和朋友去那边散步。尽管我并无兴致，但转而想到妈妈的唠叨，忍不住有一丝心动——或许出去转转才更好吧。

雨依旧淅淅沥沥地下着，我和爸爸各撑起一把伞便出发了。正是夏天，河水上涨了不少，草地已被淹没。但河埂边的空气很清新，凉风拂面，倒有些心旷神怡的感觉。一路上，我很少言语，只是听着爸爸说话。我感到意外的是他没有提及我的成绩，而是讲起他儿时的事情，讲到他在外地收买茶叶时的一些经历和趣闻，如爸爸小时候，常去池塘里游泳，和同村的小伙伴们进行比赛，偶尔也会潜在水中躲藏起来，看见别人游过来时，就猛地将其拽进水里……欢笑撒满了整个童年。

雨渐渐停歇，我的心情平复了许多。我们收起伞，慢慢走着。爸爸忽然道：“有一次去山里一位朋友家吃饭，他们家的豆芽种得很好，你可能绝对想不到是用了什么方法——那些芽苗上尽全部有石头压着。所以说啊，想要成长，就必定要经历点坎坷、受点挫折，一次考试算得了什么呢?”一瞬间，我明白了爸爸的心，他的那番话化成了一缕阳光，将我心中的阴霾轻轻地驱散了。

回去的途中，天空开始放晴，太阳真的从阴云之后探出头来。偶经一片荷塘，荷花还未盛开，爸爸走过去帮我摘了一片荷叶，恰有一缕阳光落在上面，我忽然觉得心头一暖。我知道，那阳光，不仅洒落在了荷叶上，更洒落在了我的心上。
