九月的微风，吹走了烦躁，拂去了浑身的炎热。给操场上军训的我们带来了一丝清凉，按耐住我们浮躁的内心。不经锻炼，何时才能够成长?不经努力，怎么会获得成功?骄傲的我满怀信心地开始训练，却才发现军训很苦很累。

第一天，教官就给我们来个下马威—站军姿。本以为十分简单的一个动作，却让体质虚弱的我差点中暑。在烈日下暴晒的我们，个个汗流浃背，坚持站了一小时，仿佛腿已经不是自己的了。可这只是小小的一部分，在教官的口令下，我们完成一个又一个动作。平时看来简单的蹲起、稍息、左右转就像沉甸甸的石头，试图将我们压下去。

军训是苦的，但当我们嘴里喊着口号，昂首挺胸地大步向前走着，心里却充满着骄傲。在第一天汇报时，我们班获得了第一名。看着红艳艳的锦旗，每个人脸上都洋溢着笑容。这就是我们努力的结果，我相信努力和坚持不会白费。看着天空中几只小鸟飞过，教官带领我们唱起了军歌，我们迎着微风，将胜利和喜悦填满歌声。明天的我们，会更加努力训练。在回宿舍休息的路上，我忍不住向同学感叹道：“我觉得军训就像一杯咖啡，入口虽然苦涩，但咽下去却是香甜可口的，给我们留下了令人回味的美好回忆。”

This year’s observance of World No Tobacco Day focuses on “Gender and tobacco, with an emphasis on marketing to women”.

Although fewer than 1 out of 10 women are smokers, that still adds up to an estimated 200 million women around the world. Moreover, that number could grow, since the tobacco industry is spending heavily on advertisements that target women and associate tobacco use with beauty and liberation.

According to a recent study by the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of girls and boys who smoked was about equal in half the 151 countries surveyed. This finding is even more worrisome since young people who smoke are likely to continue in adulthood.

Evidence indicates that the prevalence rate of tobacco use among women is on the rise in some countries. Governments everywhere must take action to protect women from tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship, as stipulated in the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.

The Convention also calls on Governments to protect women from second-hand tobacco smoke — especially in countries where women feel powerless to protect themselves and their children. As WHO data show, of the 430,000 adults who die each year from second-hand smoke, nearly two thirds are women.

Around the world, more than 1.5 million women die each year from tobacco use. Most of these deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries. Without concerted action, that number could rise to 2.5 million women by the year 2030.

We must turn back the global tobacco epidemic. On World No Tobacco Day, I urge all Governments to address this public health threat. Tobacco use is not stylish or empowering. It is ugly and deadly.

“看，小孩的球!”一个大哥哥喊道。话到脚到，千钧一发之际，后面一个同学吵我大喊：“刘思嘉，走位!”这时，我想起来了，我不是有一套自创“陀螺走位”吗?于是，嘿嘿嘿……

“左闪，右闪，芭蕾舞步，护球走位，我转!”这两天靠着走位，球技突飞猛进。看，连大孩也没比过我!骄傲的我目中无人，一个潇洒的飞球，直接传给了提醒我用走位的那个同学。

谁知，那同学脚一偏，踢到抢球的一帮同学里，酿成了灾祸。原来啊，他们一抢到球，直接趴下抱着球。然后，大家一拥而上，变成了一个“人肉千层饼”。我在这“人肉千层饼”附近跺着步，大家还以为我要教训一下抱球的同学。但是，醉翁之意不在酒，我要的是球!你们以为我傻啊?

终于呀，球被他们弄出来了，正好滚在我脚下。我乐的手舞足蹈，正想踢一脚，却没踢中，一脚踢偏了!我被自己搞的晃晃悠悠的，想蹲下歇歇，但怎么也蹲不下来，好像一个不倒翁，还是真人版诶!其他同学也好不到哪里去，都累得上气不接下气。后来，快下课时，就剩我们几个人了。我们便互相抢球，炫耀自己的球技。

“叮铃铃”，下课铃响了，我为了准备上英语课，就提前回班了。这节体育课真是开心极了，而且，我还发现，同学们脸上个个挂着两个“红苹果”，哈哈。

当今社会，越来越多的人为面子而活。

为了面子，要开豪车;为了面子，要住豪宅;为了面子，不惜冒着巨大风险在脸上动刀。

这几年，整容业迅速发展，据有关方面统计，今年暑假期间，去整容医院整容的青少年高达80%。这样巨大的数字让人惊叹，同时也让人们深思，光要面子，不计后果的行为是否可取。是否改变了容貌，就可令你成功?

不禁想到伟大历史人物——司马迁，满腹才学的他因惹怒皇上而被关进大牢，摆在他眼前的只有两条路，一是立即被处以死刑，二是留他一条命，但是他需被处以宫刑，司马迁选择了后者，我相信他应是想选择一死了之的，但是思及自己未完成的事业、自己背负的责任，司马迁才忍辱负重，选择了接受宫刑。宫刑使司马迁丢尽了面子，然而司马迁却不管不顾，他不在意自己的面子没了，永被人耻笑。试想，如果当时司马迁顾及面子，现如今哪还有文学巨著《史记》的产生。虽然司马迁丢了表面上的面子，但他坚持不懈的精神却为他撑起了心中的面子。

时代的迅速发展，给人们带来了很多顾虑。身份、地位的不同使人们为面子顾虑很多，人们忘却了面子真正的含义，只为了表面上的浮华名利，那些往往是不长久的。

时间转瞬即逝，浮华名利只是过眼云烟，精神上的“面子”才是永恒的。

My name is Li Hua. I was born in Dalian, Liaoning province in February 1977. I started school in 1984 when I was seven,and I studied in Guangming Primary School from 1984 to 1990. After that I went to No.6 Middle School of Dalian and graduated this summer. The main subjects ! studied at school included Chinese, Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Computer. I like English and Computer best and I am very good at them. Last year I won first prize in the school computer competition. In my spare time I enjoy listening to popular music and collecting stamps. My favourite sports are swimming in summer and skating in winter.

World Environment Day was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1972 to mark the opening of the Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment. Another resolution, adopted by the General Assembly the same day, led to the creation of UNEP .

World Environment Day can be celebrated in many ways, including street rallies, bicycles parades, green concerts, essay and poster competitions in schools, tree planting, recycling efforts, clean-up campaigns and much more.

Heads of State, Prime Ministers and Ministers of Environment deliver statements and commit themselves to care for the Earth. More serious pledges are made which lead to the establishment of permanent governmental structures dealing with environmental management and economic planning. This observance also provides an opportunity to sign or ratify international environmental conventions.

小说以陕北黄土高原上孙、金、田三家人的命运为中心，反映了“文革”到改革开放的社会面貌，从郝红梅为了摆脱地主身份和顾养民恋爱可看出当时地主受人轻视，只有有钱有权便可呼风唤雨，而从少安与润叶真心相爱却无奈地被田福堂拆散。少安被迫背离乡可看出当时的人对身世、成份和权力是多么的重视。

读了《平凡的世界》我最大的收获便是得知了平凡中的伟大，作者路遥用自己深厚的写作功底将孙少平，孙少安及一系列人物的关系以及那农村淳朴的特点表现得淋漓尽致，让人拍案叫绝。《平凡的世界》没有戏剧化的情节，传奇性的故事却一次又一次地给我们演变了一个真理，平凡的就是伟大的，文章人物刻画也十分地独特，从细节处表现了了一个个鲜活地人物个性。

纵观全书，字里行间流淌的全是浓浓的爱意。所有人世间的真情都在这里一一的展现，这也成为了全书最大的看点。

因为有杏花的绽开，我看见了残冬的春意;因为有杏花的凋零，我懂得了坠落的美丽。因为有了杏花的一开一落四季更替，我明白了岁月，看见了时光，明白了永恒与瞬间……

残冬初春，寒意料峭，非冬非春，凄凄凉凉。就在一片泥泞中，果然，杏花开了。杏花像是一个领跑者，春意的领跑者。杏花的身后，梨花，樱花……都跟着开，一时间，春意爬满整个枝芽。

就是这样一个初春，母亲带着我去姥姥家。路边，一排古杏如云如雾。我走着，又跑起来，一转身，好像所有粉红的杏花也一起转身。我走到一棵古杏下，走在树下一堆白色的凋零的杏花下，用手打着白杏花，好像一个玩着沙子的孩子。这时，我看见一排古杏的尽头，有一个弯曲的身影——是姥姥!我急忙跑向姥姥，看见姥姥在一棵古杏下的白杏中找着什么。我对姥姥说：“姥姥，你在找什么呢?”姥姥直起弯曲如一张弓的腰身，笑着对我说;“刚烙(落)下的白杏花，泡茶，好着哩!”

我眼睛一热，看见姥姥又把身子弯下去，弯成了一棵古杏。我抬起头，止住眼里打转的泪水。突然，一阵微风吹过，几朵白杏花从树上飘下，与姥姥在空中飞舞的隐私搅在一起。顿时，我感觉姥姥在空中舞动的银丝像是在挽留什么——挽留那几朵白色的杏花!一瞬间，我感觉有一条河流从我身边流过。似是时间之河，岁月之河!他无情地带走了那些凋零的白杏花，剪了些姥姥青春的年华!

我望着姥姥身旁的白杏，第一次感觉它们是那么的惨白。因为有杏花的绽开，残冬一片的泥泞有了春意的美好;因为有杏花的凋零，孤零零的枝头才有了新的粉红;因为有杏花的一开一放四季更替，有了岁月，有了时间，有了生，亦有了死，有了生命的永恒和人生的短暂!更有了跨越生死的爱与亲情……
